djhurio (9/5): Jauka un moderna viesnīca hipsterīgā rajonā - Patika tiešais kontakts ar viesnīcas pārvaldniece. Visus jautājumus ļoti ātri atbildēja un palīdzēja. Moderna ēka. Skats no balkona uz Akropoli ir skaists. Vēl skaistāks skats no jumta terases. Labas brokastis, kad tās bija pieejamas. Mums istabā pietrūka galds un dvieļu pakaramie vannasistabā. Vienu rītu brokastis nebija pieejamas, jo darbinieki vēlu ieradās un man nebija laika gaidīt.

To jedno z tych miejsc, które sprawiają, że podróż staje się naprawdę niezapomniana. Apartament jest przepiękny, luksusowo urządzony, perfekcyjnie wyposażony i niezwykle komfortowy. Wszystko zostało dopracowane z ogromną dbałością o szczegóły. Lokalizacja jest idealna, a widok na Akropol… po prostu nieziemski. Wieczory i poranki z takim widokiem zostaną z nami na długo. Ogromne podziękowania należą się również menadżerce Konstantinie, która była niezwykle serdeczna, pomocna i profesjonalna. Ponieważ wychodziłyśmy bardzo wcześnie rano przed godziną śniadania, przygotowano dla nas specjalne boxy śniadaniowe dzień wcześniej — był to piękny i bardzo troskliwy gest. Dodatkowo otrzymałyśmy możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania, co było dla nas ogromnym ułatwieniem. Cały pobyt był dopracowany w najmniejszym szczególe i dawał poczucie prawdziwego luksusu, wyjątkowej gościnności i doskonałej organizacji. Szczerze mówiąc, nie spodziewałyśmy się aż tak wysokiego poziomu. To miejsce z całego serca polecamy każdemu, kto chce poczuć wyjątkowy klimat Aten w naprawdę pięknym stylu. Wszystko perfekcyjnie
Agnes (9/5): Sehr schönes Appartement fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und U-Bahn Station - Das Appartement ist einfach klasse, die Lage ist super. Auch wenn nachts die Bars in der direkten Umgebung noch auf hatten, spätestens Mitternacht war es ruhig und auch sonst nicht zu laut. Man konnte gut schlafen. Das Frühstück haben wir ab dem 2. Tag mit aufs Zimmer genommen und konnten so bequem und in Ruhe alles genießen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis ist schon etwas Besonderes. Das Internet lief ausgezeichnet und wir konnten übers SmartTV alle Sender über das Laptop schauen ohne Probleme. Das Frühstück im Cafe im gleichen Gebäude war ausreichend, aber je nach Servicekraft war es sehr freundlich oder eben nicht. Die Servicekraft von Do und Samstag war klasse, die an den anderen Tagen nicht. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, sprzątnie nawet jak byliśmy dwie noce. Ogólnie przyjemnie! Super kontakt z obsługą przez booking. Również mogliśmy zostawić bagaże i pochodzić po mieście. Udało się zameldować 3h wcześniej, wszystko bezobsługowo. Śniadania w kawiarni na dole, która jest przepiękna i ma pyszną kawę. Polecam Nie ma takiej rzeczy

Benoit (4/5): Déception - Appartement moderne L'appartement est très bruyant, nous avons tous mal dormi du aux bruits environnants. La salle de bain/toilettes est séparée par une vitre sans rideau ou occultant ce qui est très dérangeant. Manque de maintenance dans la salle de bain, elle est abîmée. C'est dommage pour un appartement neuf et à un certain prix. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas très bon, servi dans des barquettes et manquait de réapprovisionnement. Le service de chambre n'a pas le deuxième lit et les vitres étaient sales, dommage pour un appartement avec vue. (La bagagerie pourrait être sécurisée par un code)

Matthias (9/5): Schönes Appartment und freundliche Bewirtung beim Frühstück im Café im Erdgeschoss. - Die Umgebung befindet sich in einem Aufwertungsprozess, aktuell gibt es noch zu viele Grundstücke mit verfallenden Häusern in der Nähe. In den Erhalt mehrerer Häuser in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft wird aber auch aktuell investiert.

Comme nous devions partir très tôt, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les boîtes à emporter pour le petit-déjeuner, très bien garnies. La vue sur l'Acropole depuis le balcon était sympa.

Myriam (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Location ist perfekt für Sightseeing. - Sehr sauber und modern. Ums hat nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefiel uns als Familie das Bodenbett (apt. 3.3) so hatten wir keinen Stress dass die Kleinen rausfallen. Auch die Aussicht auf der Dachterrase auf die Akropolis wunderschön. Das Frühstück war super, wurde immer frisch gemacht für uns mit Croissant/Briochetoast/Brot/Gebäck, dazu hartgekochte Eier, Aufstriche etc. Wir konnten ohme Probleme Wünsche anbringen. In kurzer Gehdistanz zur Agora Das bodentiefe Fenster auf der Seite des Betts/Toilette kann nicht verriegelt werden, somit jederzeot auffschiebbar mit etwas Kraft. Finde ich etwas gefährlich. Hoffe da wird noch ein Riegel oder so angebracht.
Sanna (8/5): I would stay at the Ceramian again. Tip: Tuesdays there is a fruit&veg market on the side street! - I made a very last minute booking and was pleasantly surprised with Ceramian. Communication with the apartment manager was easy and the reception staff were super helpful. Property is new, neat & clean and my room had everything I needed for my short stay; a Nespresso machine, a great bed and a nice modern bathroom plus a good wifi. The roof terrace has a small private Bar which residents are welcome to use. Views from my balcony were to a leafy residential street with a nice cafe on the same strip and quite a few bars & restaurants on the side street. I enjoyed the residential feel of the location and that it was only a 15 - 20 min walk from the more touristy areas like Plaka. I could see a corner of Parthenon from my balcony but the real winner at the property was the Ceramian roof terrace with uninterrupted views of the Acropolis! I had seen a picture of a larger room with a kitchenette and was not expecting just a hotel room with bathroom. However, no complants 😄.

Robert (10/5): Wonderful new apartment hotel in a spectacular neighborhood - After our disastrous AirBnB we had to find a new apartment to stay in over New Year's Eve and after hours of searching we stumbled upon this hidden gem in the Keramikos neighborhood. Not only were the rooms very spacious, extremely clean and lovely decorated but also the neighborhood - the old redlight district - is an absolute gem. Lots of great restaurants, cozy, but not too touristy. On top we could enjoy our daily breakfast in the Natives Cafe downstairs. All doors of the hotels are locked with door codes, so you don't need to worry about loosing your keys. It's also very close to all the main attractions of Athens - all pretty walkable from Ceramian. The communication with the management was very easy, quick and left no questions unanswered. The nice rooftop is also a nice thing to have. Within 15min of the booking they already got in contact telling us the rooms would be ready in 60min. Overall I'd def recommend this apartment hotel and would come again without hesitations. All good.

Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και ποιοτικό, ενώ η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Christiane (9/5): Super Ausgangspunkt für einen Athen-Aufenthalt - Unsere Wohnung mit Küche, Esstisch, Sitzecke und zwei Balkonen war großzügig und schön hell. Es ist alles sehr modern, check in und check out erfolgen total einfach. Constantina, die super sympathische Hotel Managerin, war für sämtliche Anliegen für uns erreichbar und hat uns schnell weiter geholfen (als wir uns bspw. eine zweite Decke gewünscht haben). Der Aufzug ist zwar recht klein (1Person und 1Koffer oder nur 2Koffer) aber wir kamen damit gut zurecht. Es gibt inkludiert ein sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück im angrenzenden Café Natives, auch hier waren die Leute total nett zu uns. Wir waren für eine Woche hier, in der Zeit wurde das Zimmer zwar nicht nochmals gereinigt, aber es gab täglich frische Handtücher und die Betten wurden hergerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und können die Unterkunft für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Athen (aufgrund der gut besuchten Bars/Cafés in der nahen Umgebung vor allem für die jüngere Zielgruppe) auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Stephan (10/5): Perfekt, um Athen zu besichtigen und abends in einem Ausgehviertel zu sein. - Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Akropolis war super. Das Appartement war komfortabel und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber das Badezimmer ist durch eine Glaswand vom Zimmer abgetrennt.

Pui Chak (9/5): Decent Room and it's what you would expect - I really like the bed, it's very comfortable and the balcony is huge. You can see the Acropolis from the balcony and it is not too far away from city centre, so it's walkable distance. The room is quite cozy as well so I like the design. I wish there were more chairs inside the rooms since we only have 1 chair and we had to move the chair from the balcony inside the room. The cleaning in the bathroom could have done better, we found some hair left where the shampoo is stored so we had to clean it ourselves. The lift was also very small and can only fit 1 person with a suitcase which made checking in and out a bit troublesome.

Très charmant et spacieux Les équipements sont présents et la facilité de rentrer dans le lieu avec les codes sont tops ! Juste l’ascenseur qui est microscopique / on fait plusieurs aller retour pour s’installer :)

Robyn (10/5): Absolutely loved my stay, it felt like coming home! - Exceptionally clean, very modern and spacious. It has a lovely balcony looking over a quaint and leaf filled laneway with cafe’s all around. Kitchenette was a real bonus! And owner/manager went above and beyond for me and also to extend my stay for 2 more nights! Excellent! As a 1st time solo female traveller it was a little bit further from the city than I hoped and I felt quite anxious walking back after dark, but the walk itself wasn’t that far!

The place is very nice and clean and quiet with an amazing view from our terrace. The host gives us a warm welcome and with all the good recommendations. Definitely come back here again.

Siamo arrivati ad Atene in un giorno di sciopero nazionale dei trasporti in serata e non essendoci soluzioni alternative Alex è venuto a prenderci al porto all'ultimo minuto. Non avremmo trovato una soluzione alternativa ma Costantina è rimasta in contatto con noi nonostante l'ora tarda e ci ha assistito in maniera impeccabile! Ceramians è ben posizionato per visitare l'acropoli e in un quartiere con molti ristoranti e vivace vita notturna. La terrazza ha una vista sull'acropoli molto suggestiva. L'appartamento è stato perfetto per passarci una notte prima di rientrare dalle vacanze. La struttura è nuova e per la colazione c'è una caffetteria nella strada accanto. Costantina ci ha contattato in anticipo per i dettagli ed è sempre rimasta a dispisizione in caso di domande. L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente. Purtroppo l'ascensore non funzionava quando siamo partiti ma questo non ha creato disagio. Il quartiere può sembrare spento durante il giorno e la maggior parte dei ristoranti apre solo il pomeriggio ma poi la sera l'atmosfera cambia e c'è una vasta scelta di opportunità.

Ik heb dit gemeld en had een tegemoetkoming verwacht. De bedden waren te hard naar mijn smaak (dit is persoonlijk uiteraard)

I didn’t like the fact that the shower was not fully closed with glass doors (only partial glass walls in the shower), this leading to water spreading on the floor of the bathroom when showering and leaving the floor wet. Also, I didn’t appreciate the fact that they didn’t offer paper face tissues. Other than this, everything was really nice, modern, clean and pleasant.

Devonta (9/5): Great introduction to Athens for a quick stay. - The property felt new in an area that was relatively nice. The WiFi worked well and there were restaurants in walking distance. Also had ample storage for travelers staying for an extended period. Also has ample space for a couple and/ or an additional guest. The only thing I didn’t like is that the bed was pretty firm. I slept on the couch cause the bed felt like cardboard and it was hard to sleep.

Alex (8/5): - Modern and comfortable little apartment. There are no staff as it isn’t a hotel, though there are cleaners who cleaned our room each day, which was nice. The location is in a neighbourhood rather than the city centre. This is nice as there are lots of locals eating in well priced restaurants and bars on the surrounding streets. There is a fantastic small plate restaurant below, on the corner. The view to the acropolis shown in photos is from the rooftop terrace, not the rooms. There may have been a problem with the buildings plumbing as our bathroom often had a slightly unpleasant odour.
Wai (9/5): Responsive staff, even though I did not meet one single staff member during that whole stay. - The hotel staff is extremely responsive and the information / instruction sent (e.g., how to open the doors, and restaurant recommendations) before my arrival was very clear. The hotel staff was very responsive to my requests through message/chat. I thought I left my phone in the room, when I checked out the hotel. They responded in 5 minutes and helped me to search for it. They are so kind! It is a bit more expensive than I expected.
Van (8/5): I'll be back ;) - Amazing view from the rooftop balcony towards Akropolis, especially at night. Apart from the location -> great, fresh & cheap food just around the corner, amazingly friendly people & a city packed with everything you want I think I slept in a bit too much, which meant my towels weren't changed that often? Sanja (10/5): Everything was wonderful! Such a lovely place in a charming neighborhood. The view from the terrace was truly spectacula - The building is new, very clean and smells great. The interior has a nice, minimalist design. Amazing view of the Acropolis! Check-in and check-out were super easy. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy, with lots of local places that give it a real local vibe. If we may suggest one small thing – adding an extra piece of furniture, like an armchair and a small table, would make the space even more comfortable.
