Breakfast- buffet ( bread, simit, eggs , cucumber, tomatoes, olives, cornflakes, tea, coffee, sometimes fries , cheese, ham ). Nice staff in reception. Clean room. Breakfast is in second hotel but it's 2 metres for walking. I am not sure about cleaning room because we waited 2 days for cleaning ( put information on door) but hadn't cleaning. After 2 days of waiting she cleaning our room but unfortunately housekeeping put trush something what she shouldn't put to trush , no so big problem but anyway she shouldn't put private staff to trush. Room was clean but when we checked in room wasn't towel . It wasn't problem because when I asked in reception then worker bring me . For me bed wasn't comfortable but for me, maybe someone another enjoy .

- Ukiyeva (1/5): Улучшить сухой паек, установить кондиционер на ресепшене и вообще писать типы номеров на букинге. - Расположение, чистый номер. Отношение персонала, крошечная квадратура комнат - она маленькая даже для одного человека. Полотенца сильно пахнут хлоркой. Неисправный санузел - вечно текла вода. При бронировании не был прописан тип комнаты, бронировала стандарт, а получила лофт (маленький, ужасный), с дырками на диване и прокуренным запахом. Если хотите оказаться в бункере, то вам сюда! Комната рассчитана на 1го человека, и отелю следует взять односпальные кровати, и продавать максимум на одного человека. Сухой паек был просто ужасным - печенье бискрим и маленький один стакан сока. Не рекомендую отель, он очень тесный, не стоит своих денег (бронировала 1 ночь на двоих за 70€). Отзывы наверное купленные, выбирала по рейтингу -и пожалела. Советую отель Art city hotel возле голубой мечети, отличный персонал - нормальные комнаты.
- Ilayda (1/5): Katastrophe - Das Hotel hat mich nur enttäuscht Das Frühstück war nur Brot mit gurken und Tomaten. Beim tee gab es kein zucker man musste es jedesmal dem Hotelpersonal sagen, denn die in der Küche haben mich ignoriert. Im Hotel gab es kein Toilettenpapier und Handtücher ich musste danach fragen und habe es erst nach dem 3ten mal Fragen bekommen, handseife gab es nicht das musste ich selber kaufen. Beim Fenster in der Dusche gab es keine vorhänge man konnte alles sehen, musste das Fenster selber mit einem t-shirt zu decken. Der Ort wo das Hotel liegt ist laut einheimischen eine „schmutzige Straße“ wenn ihr versteht was ich meine.

- ABDULLAH (9/5): بشكل عام جيد جدا للعزاب او للعابرين ايام قليلة ليس لأقامة طويلة ورفاهية - جميلة ولكن كمساحة ضيقة جدا الجميل بها قريبة من شارع استقلال على بعد دقيقة او دقيقتين نظيف كان معاه فطور لكن في المبنى الثاني التابع له تنوع في الفور ولكن بدائي جدا كما وانه في بيت ريفي مكون من بيض فقط و انوع البيض يعني وخضروات واجبان وارغفة قرب النوادي الليلة في ساعات متأخرة مزعجة جدا لا تجعلك تنام لا تغلق الا الساعة 4 فجرا هذا العيب الوحيد وان الفطور في مبنى ونحن في مبنى اخر وعدم ترتيب الفطور اي في غير مكان مخصص في الوبي كان وقريب من باب المدخل للفندق

The room — Outstanding. The toilet was very tight to move and stand. As a space, It was not comfortable. We knew it is a budget room but still, the toilet and wash basin were so awkwardly small. Your body must be Medium-Large Maximum. XL is not recommended.

- Nurpeiis (8/5): - Персонал умеет разговаривать на русском, поэтому для русскоговорящих туристов будет легче. Рядом находится знаменитая улица Истикляр, за 2 минуты можно дойти, а также есть банкомат, откуда может снять наличные деньги напрямую через свою банковскую карты своей страны. На нашем 5 этаже был только один номер, благодаря чему в коридоре тихо. Персонал по запросу вызовет такси куда надо, можно сделать сим карту. Рядом много клубных заведений, в связи чем бывает шумно, но если закрыть окна и двери, то более менее тихо в комнате.

There were no plates or glasses and no one to ask. Big letdown for the whole location. The reception guy was too busy with Instagram to assist me with when my room key malfunctioned. WOULD NEVER GO BACK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Staff. Terrible unhelpful slow and rude.

Qualche attenzione in più la darei ai particolari - La struttura ha una posizione davvero ottimale: al centro di strade piene di locali anche notturni, vicinissima ad una fermata del pullman e molto vicina alla strada principale di Istanbul. - Balint (8/5): Better than expected, but earplugs recommended - Location is good, near to Taksim square and the Istikal street which is a long pedestrian street that ends at Galata tower Room was clean, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, slippers were there. Tea, coffee, tea kettle was in the room too. (but it is charged) Staff was kind. Price is very good. Noise. If you read the reviews everybody mentions noise, so this was not a surprise. Hotel is near to the party area, so street noise, music, horn, scream, shouting, high rpm engine, syren, and what not? :) so we took max snr earplugs and with that we could sleep relatively well. In the booking breakfast was mentioned but we did not get any :) On the first day wifi did not work, second day it worked

Relatively spacious room, spacious bathroom, nice decoration. 24-hour reception. Good view of the streets. All kinds of shops, restaurants etc. nearby. Cleanliness -- towels were changed every day but bed linen not at all for the 3 days I was there; used tea/coffee cups were not replaced and tea and coffee bags were not replenished; also, wooden surfaces were dusty. Breakfast was very basic and served in a stuffy tiny space in the basement. In the bathroom the sink tab and toilet paper mechanism were broken Rather noisy surroundings (though not as bad as on other streets in the area), double glazing would help. No chair, only two stools.

Also, breakfast and wifi are good I recommend this stay for individuals or couples. The location is neat bus station so, it is suitable to trasportation to tourist places likr Taksim and Galata Tower. I don't recommend this for group of friends even the stay has three bed but actually not suitable for more than 2 adult in each room.

It isn’t worth it at all I don’t suggest it at all you can choose better hotel in Istanbul. I don’t book this hotel in my future trip . It was a bad memories in my mind.

- Abdu (7/5): Okay, great location! - Location was great, price is also good. The place for breakfast was really really small, so always crowded. Limited food choices. And the glass in my room was not cleaned.
- Davidandrade (8/5): Very good - The hotel waa good. Breakfast is very simple, but does the job. There are a few bars ans clubs around the hotel, it is totally safe, but it can be a bit noisy.
- Maham (8/5): It was good. - The staff was very helpful and very sweet. The location was excellent. The space was a huge issue, the room was smaller than I assumed.

No rest - The staff was kind and ready to help. the hotel is above a street with bars and nightclubs. unfortunately the sound insulation is terrible, which means that rest is greatly hampered by the loud music in the clubs. Furthermore, there is a street where cars spend the whole night beeping and also playing very loud music. a hotel with tremendous potential but spoiled by its location. I don't recommend it. Breakfast could also be severely improved - we need to ask for bread and water and there are no fruits available . Very little choice for a "5 star hotel.."
- Anna (7/5): Good - We are glad to be in this hotel. It's very suitable, friendly staff, excellent food, but location near with central street it is a problem. Very noisy with opened/closed windows all of time. May be to put plastic hermetic windows, it's can to decide this problem.

- Elmar (10/5): Exceptional - Location is in the middle of Taksim and that is very comfortable. You can walk anywhere and find everything nearby. Especially very friendly personnel and owner. They will do everything they can to help you Rooms are clean and bright enough. Breakfast is good either. Thank you Raffinn for such a great service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
- Hanna (9/5): Superb - Everything is super clean, all the furniture is new, the plumbing is new, just the case when the photo and reality are the same. Very pleasant to stay. A standard set of products for a good breakfast. The location is perfect. The room is very small but unlike all the options in Istanbul where I stayed, everything is so new and clean that it compensates for the size. The guys at the reception are very helpful, they bring my suitcases up, helped me to get a taxi and to solve the other questions. I’d say this place is ideal for a solo traveler. The only negative is the noisy street and loud music in the clubs nearby. My recommendation to the owners is to provide their rooms with earplugs, then the problem can be solved.
- Balasubramanian (9/5): Perfect location - It is extremely close to the Istiklal Avenue and the streets with bars and live music. The hotel is newly renovated, clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
