Quarto limpo, bem iluminado, com itens de higiene disponíveis, frigobar e café free. Cama confortável e roupa de cama nova. Ambiente silencioso. Recepção disponível pelo WhatsApp e resolveu o transfer para o hotel. Elevador antigo que não passa confiança, logo subir com as malas pela escada. Mudança da forma de entrada (fechadura tradicional com chaves para fechadura eletrônica) no meio da estadia e sem avisar antes.

• Gheorghe (9/5): An excellent experience in Rome. Thank you! - This location has an outstanding position (on Via del Tritone, almost in the middle of every tourist attraction you can think off). The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. We were welcomed with drinking water, soda and prosseco on the room, which was very convenient, taking into consideration that we arrived late. Pharmacies, grocery stores, transportation - everything at had. We walked most of the time, but both metro and bus station were very close. An overall excellent experience. The door from the bathroom was squeaking, but it wasn't such a big issue.

Το πρωινό θα πρέπει να προσεχτει παραπάνω!Είχαμε ένα πρόβλημα με το δωμάτιο,γιατι για άλλο ειχαμε πληρωσει και αλλο μαςεδωσαν,αλλά τελικά επειδή είδαν ο,τι είχαμε δίκιο, μας πλήρωσαν το ταξί για το αεροδρόμιο .

You have to climb many stairs to get to it or ride on the smallest elevator I have ever seen. Had to ask for things like toilet paper. They didn’t just give you a new roll each day.

Se puede llegar caminando a todos lados. Además tienen en el hotel un sector donde puedes servirte yogurt, agua, café e incluso cosas de pasteleria. El agua caliente aveces fallaba un poco.

It was really close to all the major landmarks including many restaurants and bars. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and modern. The rooms were cleaned every day, no need to ask. The towels were topped up each day, no need to ask. The air conditioning and heater worked nicely. There was a big window in room for fresh air. The coffee maker in the dining room made excellent coffee and their fridge was topped up with juices. There were small pastries available each day for guests. The employees were helpful and friendly. The rooms looked larger in the picture. Based on the reviews it seemed like there was breakfast served at one point but no longer. I thought that was quite deceiving. It was a hassle having to go out each morning to look for something to eat. Water and Prosecco were only provided the first two days, then after that we stopped receiving them, even though we stayed for 5 nights in total. The king size bed didn’t have proper sheets, so every morning the mattress sheet would be disheveled and in a mess. There were no mattress protectors on the bed. I saw a few beetles crawling around the room. Not enough to complain. No breakfast available.

Se dispone de elementos para preparar un desayuno simple (café, te ) y con un microondas en un sector preparado para comer si se quisiera Es como se muestran en las fotos Ubicado a metros de la estación Barberini, que está a dos estaciones de Termini El establecimiento está en un tercer piso de un edificio antiguo. Con un ascensor pequeño Pero modernizado. Los pasillos del edificio merecen un arreglo pero dentro del establecimiento todo impecable.

• PAOLA VITA (8/5): Roma è sempre bella e stare in centro se hai pochi giorni è l'ideale - Posizione ottimale per visitare Roma, a due passi da piazza Barberini. Struttura in un palazzo con un piccolo ascensore. Sala della colazione un pò piccola con un pochino di scelta sia salato che dolce. In camera piccolo frigo con 2 bottigliette d'acqua e 2 bibite apprezzato. Comodo al check-out poter lasciare i bagagli.

• Kendall (10/5): Perfect hotel for a couple - The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good especially for being free. Air conditioning in Italy in the fall is hard to come by but a treasure when you can find it. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved everything about our stay here. It was not a problem for us, but if you are in a wheelchair, the elevator would not be large enough for it.
• Salvador (9/5): - Chegamos em Napoles dia 14/10/2025 vindo de barco desde Amalfi. Hotel perto do Porto facil de chegar.Desde a vespera estavamos sendo contactados por whatsapp pelo Giovanni o qual nos recebeu na nossa chegada. Foi muito solicito e cordial nos explicando sobte a cidade nos fornecendo mapas ,restaurantes...O cafe era previamente combinado com ele (o que queriamos comer e horario para servir ) pois era servido no quarto. Salvatore e David tambem foram muito amaveis.O nosso quarto tinha uma vista linda para o castel Nuovo e pertissimo de atracoes principais e metro na porta. Voltariamos com certeza Nao observei na hora da reserva que nao tinha elevador no hotel. Foi um ponto bem negativo que foi amenizado pelo Giovanni e David que prontamente subiram e desceram com as nossas malas.
