- Zeynep (8/5): - Oda temizliği ortalamanın üzerindeydi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği, tazeliği ve lezzeti çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, odalar konforlu, halk plajının dibinde. Bizim gibi birkaç gün dinlenip denize girelim, yemek konusunda da özel bir uğraşa girmeyelim diyorsanız gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim.

- M (8/5): - Location was excellent. Some the staff (dining room & wait staff by the pool) were very dry and acted like we were bothering them by asking questions. Other than that the food was excellent and fresh. The facilities were clean.
- Louise (10/5): Lækker storby ferie - Vi var 3 afsted, mine to børn på 14 og 16 og mig. Vi elskede hotellet og morgenmaden. Folkene ved poolen var meget venlige og kundemindede. Lækre pool faciliteter og udsigt. Vi kan varmt anbefale at tage den lokale bus ind til den gamle bydel og slentre rundt i de charmerende gader. Det nært liggende shoppingcenter er også et besøg værd. Af restaurenter elskede vi Feccutine, som ligger lige rundt om hjørnet. Denne restaurent er sammen med burgerrestaurenten, så man kan få noget for enhver smag med god betjening. Pizza i verdensklasse finder man på Piccolo. En lille restaurent med de lækreste pizzaer, som var man i selveste Italien!! Som minus (men det er vidst generelt i Tyrkiet) er sengene ret hårde og puderne med luft.
- Nataliya (6/5): - The hotel is beautifully located with sea view rooms. However, the windows and walla are not well isolated. The music at the pool was very loud and wouldn't stop until 5 in the morning. The hair dryer is not well maintained . I almost burned my hair. In the restaurant there are hidden costs, like they serve starters which you didn't order and then charge for them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Personal war sehr Hilfsbereitschaft und freundlich. Hotelpool war ich nicht aber die Liegen waren modern eingerichtet. Direkt am Hotel gab Öffentliche Strand,
- Mikael (10/5): Mycket nöjda! - Ett mycket trevligt litet enkelt hotell. Valde det för läget. Utsikt mot havet! Dock ska nämnas brant trapp ner till havet. Ingen strand vid hotellet men typ brygga. Vilket passade oss perfekt. På bryggan kunde man hyra solstolar till billig peng.Den drivs av kommunen och var öppen för allmänheten. Vilket var trevligt!Även på hotellet fanns många trappor.Även brant backe från hotellet upp till huvudgatan.Inget hotell om du har svårt att gå eller begränsad rörlighet. Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Personalen väldig service minded. Bra frukost. Underbar terrass! Det fanns typ restaurang och bar på kvällen. Även pool. Men det hann vi inte med att besöka. Hotellet är inte nytt, men skulle säga väl omhändertaget. Vi var väldigt aktiva under vår vistelse i Antalaya. Så för oss en bra utgångspunkt! Ett hotell som passade oss för våra ändamål.

Unfortunately I couldn’t see any ventilation in the bathroom, tea glasses for the buffet were bleached so it was covered with a smoky layer, I asked for new one but waiter said they are clean this is how it looks like. Elevator didn’t work properly, we asked for more bottled water cause there is only 2x( 500 ml )in the room, reception told me to call room service and I don’t know if they are going to charge for the extra ones but overall I enjoyed our stay, the bedding was quite good, there was a big space in the room.

- Syed Shoaib Ali (10/5): Amazing staff - I had a 8 night stay at Qinn Hotel, I really enjoyed my time and thank you to the amazing staff who really made this trip special Sefa, Arin, Ozan and Serhat they tought us so much about the Turkish culture and places to visit that we didn't know about, suggested what place to go to eat for amazing food and really make the most of our trip Arin was outstanding he spoke a great level of English which made communication very easy with him he was beyond professional and polite Sefa also spoke great English and make out time at the hotel enjoyable these two become our full time translator The hotel does need some room for improvement such as the outdoor sitting area could be better more spacious and private they should take advantage of the great view of the ocean they have

Room was okay some wallpaper was coming off the wall, just missing some attention to details but over was okay Noise was abit of problem sometimes as there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel, which plays music pretty late on. And gets really busy, a lot cars in and out. Language barrier was abit of a problem at the hotel bar. Not really good English but maybe I should of learnt some Turkish as I’m in their country, Just be aware. Bar staff are fantastic tho very happy smiley. The 2 sisters are great ! Food and drink at the hotel isn’t cheap it’s quite expensive actually. And very hit and miss with the food, sometimes it was great sometimes it was very oily/greasy. Just get the basics if ordering. Very clean around the pool. Sun beds are always clean. They keep on top of that. Sausage the dog was a bonus.

There is a small lot for self parking but in the evening the valet closes it off and then tried to give us a hard time until we asked reception how are we to park. Street parking is a bit annoying because it is an inclined street. Other than that rooms are fine, breakfast decent. They have a pool. There are a bunch of stray dogs in the nearby streets.

During our last night, the staff kept on saying they needed to change our tv to a bigger tv, I declined saying that we don’t use it and it was already late like 8pm. In the end they still did it and me and my company got so upset because we just came back from a 14 hour day trip from pamukkale. Overall, it’s a 9/10 experience.

- Boubou (6/5): - Personnel ménage au top rien à dire à ce sujet, l’hôtel est assez mal desservi à prendre en note qu’il y a une pente à prendre pour avoir accès à la ville (restau…) lors des activités certains cars/bus ne passe pas forcément vous prendre devant l’hôtel donc il faudra à nouveau prendre la pente pour y avoir accès. Le petit déjeuner est mediocre, ne prenez donc pas la formule petit déjeuner. Pas de Clim dans les couloirs, peut-être par ce qu’au moment ou j’ai passé mon séjour dans cette hôtel il était en travaux (je ne sais pas si cela a un impact sur le manque de Clim dans les couloirs. Après dans l’ensemble nous passons plus de temps à l’extérieur qu’à l’hôtel !

The facilities were excellent and staff was amazing. Nothing bad to mention regarding this hotel. Everything had been either met or exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone else. The rooms were spacious and had everything required with great air conditioning. The hotel also allowed us to have rooms next to each other as requested due to being a large group. The RA bar at the hotel had great food and drinks selection. The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were great too with loads of seating and space around the hotel. Great hotel strongly recommend to anyone visiting Antalya. The receptionist at the hotel Emre had made our experience ten times better as he assisted us from the first day till the last day during our stay. When we checked in Emre helped with leaving our luggage at the hotel before check in, esims, activity recommendations and bookings, room service requests, taxi fares and late check out. Emre provided excellent customer service during our stay and helped make our Antalya trip unforgettable.
- Abdullah (2/5): - Very inconvenient hotel worth 2 stars. They first gave me a very small room worthy of a hostel. I asked for a change which they did decide to give to and was slightly larger room. However, the Aircon was broken and leaking and the phone didn't work even though we asked them to repair it. So actually they gave us a damaged room to stay. There was also one receptionist with a pretty rotten face and aswell as a rotten attitude. You ask her a question she says no. However, there was one other receptionist she was the only reason that this place would deserve a single star. The fridge also turns off when you remove the key and the food we put in there all had gone off. I don't recommend this place other than an emergency stay. This maybe a 5 star hotel for Turkish standards but for the rest of the world it wouldn't score more than 2. Avoid

It would help if this were changed. In the pictures it looks like the hotel is close to the beach and has easy beach access, but we could not get down to the beach at all, so that was a disappointment.

- Ray (8/5): - Stayed there first week in June 2024, The Hotel is very good value for money and the facilities are good. The staff are friendly and polite. If I was complaining I would say the breakfast could be tailored towards The Irish and English, we like a good old fry up but that was sadly missing. The breakfast provided was excellent, and there no shortage of food variety with a chef making omelettes and fresh eggs on the pan. The hotel is quite central in Muratpasa and is minutes from some shopping areas with Antalya city just 12 minutes drive. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again if I ever return to Antalya.

They also had a dental menu which helped with my dental work. Outside the hotel there were adorable stray dog and cats that would love belly rubs and attention this made my trip better than expected. I will stay in this hotel again. I hope the same animals will be there on my next visit. Thanks

- mark (8/5): Location is good. - This hotel has a nice lobby and a good swimming pool. We traveled as a family and asked our rooms to be close to each other but that did not happen. The hallways to get to your room is long and have no air-conditioning. there are some rooms that you can get into with elevators but most rooms have stairs. The staff are nice and friendly. Except for one man who works in the front desk. His name is Emre. He is very mean and rude and refused to give us an extra room key. The location is great. walking distance to restaurants. Nice view of the water.

- Jaspreet (4/5): - Stayed in the Elite suite with outside jacuzzi. Jacuzzi wasnt a jacuzzi so should never be advertised as one. You fill it up urself everytime you want to use it which take hours, no spa hot tub feeling no way to keep the temperature high or set to a specific heat as it’s literally a bath tub outside. Paid the extra money for an item not used. No privacy on balcony an if you do want to use the jacuzzi within a couple of mins it will fill up with flys insects. Two bathrooms but one shower the bigger one has no hot/warm water. A/c in the room was lovely. View from the room was lovely. Cleaning was ok as al that gets cleaned is your bathroom. Hotel is so noisy outdoor event which you could hear from inside your room as if your the one putting a show on til earlys hours of the morning. Hotel has a club which is not stated an reception inform you that you cant hear anything when all you can hear is the club. Definitely a no! For a romantic peaceful getaway hotel try somewhere else. Staff try to be helpful when they are around. Dificult with language barrier. Breakfast was disappointing which was an extra charge so definitely a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel or location. Spent £800 on 4 night stay waste of money.
- June (10/5): Great holiday - Lovely hotel in a good location for bars and restaurants, the old town is 20 minutes away by taxi, Terracity shopping mall is 15 minutes walk Hotel rooms are nice, we needed extra pillows which was sorted immediately, we had a panoramic view room with fantastic views of the sea and mountains, staff are friendly and helpful, food is very good, pool is small but very nice. Only downside for me was the noise from the nightclub on a Friday and Saturday night but not a major problem

Clean, contemporary-looking rooms. Very well cooked and presented meals from the menu and very decent breakfast with very fresh items. Slight downside is piped music / evening disco type music emanating from bar area (but I've experienced much louder elsewhere). OK, it's a bit far from town, but there are plenty of food outlets in the hotel area and taxis are cheap in Turkiye.

- Seyedmohammadreza (10/5): Beautiful hotel with amazing staff - The stay was great! Definitely just as expected, but the views of the mountain from our balcony made it so amazing! The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff at the front desk were always extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to old town yet wanting a more private and secluded feel. It was a great time and the free parking lot allowed us to use our rental car with ease!

Door is a little bit of an issue as got hand trapped quite a few times closing it... leaking windows with condensation on the inside.. holes in the bedding either that or bedding not changed all week. Shower could do with a good clean. Breakfast very very limited. Fruit juice extra cost. Reception and main bar nice and friendly staff. Food and drinks in the bar/ restaurant reasonably priced but beware if you are a wine drinker.... check the menu first. Glass of wine ranges from 360 to 640tl..

- Verified traveler (6/5): A 4-stat hotel without a 4-star service - I would stay away from the rooms in the building where the disco is. They have disco nights a few nights a week. Depending on where your room is, you might hear the bass or the music. Also, the same building does not have elevator. My room was on the second floor, and I could still hear the bass which would go on until 3am, I believe. It's a hotel; the comfort of your guests should be your top priority. For some reason, the front desk staff (not all though) thought saying "I don't know" or " tomorrow" is a good answer. All housekeepers were ok, but there was a young lady who did a great job. I wish I could remember her name.
- Richie (6/5): Nothing special. Shambolic check-in/check-out. - Check in and check out wasn’t good. They tried to charge me again for my room even though I’d pre-booked and paid through Hotels.com. I had to show them my credit card statement to prove that it had already been charged. I was then told that the room type that I had booked (superior sea view) wasn’t available and that I could only have a town/road view as the hotel (in their words) was full. I asked what they were willing to offer as compensation to be told nothing. I said that I wasn’t happy. After ten minutes they miraculously found me a choice of two rooms. Not sure if an upgrade? Both with sea view… remember they told me ten minutes previously that the hotel was full. I accepted the second room. One night during the stay there was a tango dance evening hosted by the hotel. This went on until midnight and the music was so loud in my room that I couldn’t sleep. On check out reception tried to charge me for drinks from the bar that I hadn’t had… This took ten or so minutes to sort out. All a bit shambolic and unprofessional in my opinion. The hotel is ok otherwise, but it’s nothing special. The breakfast offered too was very basic and not particularly great if I’m honest. The sea view (that I eventually got) was by far the best thing about the hotel.

Staff were really friendly and always wanted to help. Hakan really helped us find the best tourist attractions and gave us really good insight into the gems of Antalya. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Manager offered another room in same 3 rd level with no additional charge or panoramic suite with 45 EUR per night charge We took panoramic room with extra charge. Cleaning lady was providing an great service and breakfast bar was nice.

- m (2/5): - Very disappointing experience. Reception staff extremely rude on arrival. Room given was not cleaned at all (other guests clothes and belongings still in the room) when we went to raise this with the staff, they said the room would be cleaned and that the previous guest had not checked out on time. There was hair on the pillows and towel, stains on the sheets, dead bugs on the floor. They gave us 2 complimentary fruit trays which was kind of them. However, unfortunately 4 hours later the room was in the exact same state and had not been cleaned at all. When raised with reception staff again, they were very rude and claimed we were exaggerating and that we were lying as they had supposedly cleaned the room 3 times already despite us having photographic evidence showing that the room was in the exact same state.The following day they finally offered to change the room. Majority of the staff were rude and unhelpful. A very small number of them were kind and actually smiled back. I have never written a negative review however, the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It’s not worth the money at all.
