- alinakD8524AU (4/5): Not bad and cheap, but…. - The hotel's location is excellent.It's right on the bustling Istiklal Street, but the room was quiet enough.That's where the positives end. Now for the downsides: 1. We specifically booked a family room with a mini-kitchen to cook meals for our young child, but there was no kitchenware whatsoever in the room.When I went down to the reception to ask for some dishes, I was told that cooking in the room was prohibited.Why even offer guests a room where cooking isn't allowed?After a scene and me actually crying, a kind, lovely girl at the reception made sure everything was brought up to the room. 2. During our entire 5-day stay, our room was not cleaned up even once! Even though we left requests for housekeeping 3. The breakfast buffet was very limited and repeated day after day. 4. The Wi-Fi was terrible and kept cutting out constantly. 5. The baby cot we requested turned out to be just a playpen with a synthetic blanket and a broken fastener.As a result, our child ended up sleeping in our bed.By the way, the pillows and bedding weren't particularly comfortable either. Overall impression: Negative. Therefore, if you're traveling with children or value comfort, I suggest choosing a more expensive option.Although this hotel looked more than pleasant in the photos on Booking.com...

Worked well when it finally did. You cannot flush ANYTHING in the toilet. Apart from obvious discharge. No toilet paper. At all. On the up-side: location in great. Would we stay again? Absolutely not.

The night before my flight the worker brought tea for me and my sister, they helped us also with our luggage. They are very helpfull!! Its a clean hotel and the housekeeping woman was very kind and the food in the restaurant was delicous. Thankyouu for everything! Its a ten out of ten!

I stayed at room 4007,which is faced to Istiklal cadesi,the mainly street of Istanbul .The stores were open until 1:00AM,and there was a men playing saxophone just under my window, I couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from the street until 1:00 AM. The carpet needs to replaced,is very old and dirty,it's disgusting. This is a 2 star hotel,not 4 as is in booking.com

- vanHaaren (10/5): Hidden gem in Istanbul - A hidden gem, great hotel nearby the galata tower and shopping area. A short walk to the bridge. Very clean rooms and super breakfast. It still looks new and the people working there are very client friendly. The only small recommendation I could make is a coffee machine at the breakfast area. The current coffee is good but it would be good to have a nice capuchino at the great rooftop bar.

Es scheint, als ob man hier hauptsächlich für den Blick und nicht für den Komfort oder den Service zur Kasse gebeten wird. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe und versucht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Dennoch bleibt der Service hinter den Erwartungen zurück, die durch die hohen Preise geweckt werden. Es mangelt an kleinen, aber wichtigen Details, die einen Aufenthalt erst wirklich angenehm machen. Auch die öffentlichen Bereiche und die generelle Aufmachung des Hotels passen nicht zu den verlangten Preisen. Möchte man lediglich die Aussicht von der Terrasse genießen, wird einem schnell klar, dass dies ebenfalls viel zu teuer ist. Man hat das Gefühl, für jeden Blick extra zahlen zu müssen. Zusammengefasst kann ich dieses Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen. Wer bereit ist, viel Geld nur für eine schöne Aussicht auszugeben, wird hier vielleicht zufrieden sein. Für alle anderen, die ein stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erwarten, ist dieses Hotel leider nicht die richtige Wahl.

- Kerem Deniz (10/5): - Kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü iki ayrı yatak olarak kullandık ve yataklar birbirine yakındı. Oda temizdi. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Tek sorun 1.Katta kaldığımız için ve İstiklal caddesinin dibinde olduğumuz için geç saatlerde dışardan gürültüler duymamız oldu. Otel personelinin yapabileceği bir durum yok işlek bir cadde fakat bunu belirtmek istedim. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve sorularımıza hızlı cevap verdiler. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için tavsiye ederim.
- Alice (8/5): - The proximity of this hotel was amazing. However we were in the first floor which was noise due to being closer to the street. This is the busiest Avenue (Istiklal Caddesi) in Istanbul! We kindly asked at check in if we could be in higher floors. The request was denied. Housekeeping was rather haphazard. We were supplied with clean towels but the dirty ones were left in a pile in the shower! Had to ask for tea and coffee supplies… The decor is modern. We were impressed by the electronic messaging pad in the wall that informs housekeeping whether you want your room cleaned etc! Other than that we had a lovely stay. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. And, we were right in ‘the thick of the acrion’!
- PepT30 (10/5): Excellent Location. Impeccable hospitality with Personal touch. True 4* experience. - Excellent location . True 4 star experience. The staff is great. All the folks at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed for 4 days. Ms. Tatiana ,Manager operations, sent a cake with a note for my young one's b'day. Liked the personal touch. It did gave a smile when we came back. Right on Ishtikal street and right across sishane metro station. This is where most all the coffee shops gift stores street stores, Galata tram , pubs are . 500 m from Galata tower. Happening night life and all the food chains in the vicinity . Around 300 metres from the bus stops and 400 metres from Tram No noise in the room despite being surrounded by Hustle and Bustle of Istikal caddessi. Plenty of food options and delicacies around Took a triple room. Got bosphorus view. Decent size room. Could place 5 suitcases. Decent housekeeping and Toiletries. Free Water. Icing on the cake was a lavish breakfast at the terrace with Bosphorus views. Its alone worth $20-25 in my opinion. Probably next time I shall take the 7th flr room with a balcony.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 5* Hotel - Concierge / front of house staff had a welcome smile and helpful at all times. Check-in went very smoothly and the porter explained everything in the room. Bedding was exceptional quality, room and bathroom was very clean, plenty of soaps, shampoos and more. Anything you wanted, they obliged, especially iron and bottled water. The room hot tub was welcome after a long day walking! Book the 7th floor room with balcony if you can. Relaxing hotel in a busy street, and I would definitely stay again.

- Debarati (10/5): Amazing location, comfortable stay - The hotel is at an excellent location and the view from the room was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location at the price. The service was a bit tardy at times but the overall friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and overall condition and the comfort of the stay more than made up for it. There are ample restaurants and shops around, the place is always bustling and the metro is just around the corner. Highly recommended and will visit again for sure.
- Davron (4/5): - All the service at the hotel was great, sour part was when I’ve discovered that money were stolen from my back pack and from the safe box. Really sad, it was $3000 in total worst part is the reaction of the management when they received my complain. No attempt for call to contact with me to explain what action they are taking to solve the situation . Only explanation was that “ we don’t run business like this” who ever did this had access to key for safe box. They could have start there, but they were protecting there staff without solving the situation for the customer. When police showed up, they found that cameras were not working only thing they had is the record of access to my room. Hope you can draw conclusions about the place. Don’t leave money in the room, or for similar price or less get safer hotel for your self.

We reserved a twin room, but they got us a double, and the team separated the bed into 2 :) After relocation, there was only one problem, one of the beds was located next to the lamp keys, and in the middle of night, the lamps were turned on due to my pillow :)) Everything other was excellent, and I suggest it...
