- Brenda (6/5): U can find a better place and customer service for the price u pay. - Good location I just feel that it can be way better for the price you’re paying! After a long flight u get there and they ask for a credit card (which I didn’t have) and after not having what they required, the lady at the front desk told me straight away that I couldn’t check in when my reservation was already paid for. I was speechless and then asked her if maybe they took cash and she asked for 300 bucks!! For just a night and a room that was paid for and, the best part, there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, I’m not even talking about a welcome drink but it’s a must if you’re in the hotel and tourism industry. I had a 14 hour flight and that’s the welcoming? There’s no curtains so you even have the whole neighbourhood looking at you or you’re pitch black with the blackout cause the balconies are super close to each other. The outlets are useless cause they’re Argentinians but they do have a different one that works for European outlets but this wasn’t the case! Also, shampoo but not conditioner?! You can do better!
- Cecilia (10/5): Excelente - La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento era un monoambiente, ideal para un fin de semana. Solo fuimos a dormir prácticamente y estuvo súper cómodo. Buen colchón, buena ducha, limpio y bien ubicado. Me pareció excelente.
- Sofía (5/5): Mala relación precio-calidad - La ducha era espectacular aunque el baño se termina mojando por completo. La atención en la recepción es sin duda lo mejor. Locacion muy buena La relación precio calidad no era bueno. El departamento demasiado chico, así que si estás pensando en tener una estadía larga no lo recomiendo porque es incómodo. La TV estaba en un lugar inaccesible para ver, al mismo tiempo era Smart y no se podía conectar a internet. Es bastante ruidoso. Nos hospedamos anteriormente en Top Rentals Montañeses y quedamos enamorados, pero en esta ocasión sentimos que fue muy caro para lo que finalmente es el departamento

- SILVIA (10/5): - The flat was very nice decorated, clean, with light coming in the morning and well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to good restaurants and cafes. It also had a mini dining table so in case you are looking for a place to work as well, it has a space for it. There was also a small terrace which was very convenient to receive some sun on the morning. I would add a 1 more pan and better towels. I didn't ask for them so probably my bad for not asking for them but still, those were the only 2 improvement points that I saw.

- Milena (2/5): Una estafa! Un desastre - Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación Faltaba limpieza, cero amor, cero decoración, solo muebles y básico indispensable, parecía un depto abandonado! Para cocinar faltaban varias cosas básicas, el mantenimiento era nulo, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, tuve que llamar dos veces y decirles yo cual era el problema, cuando llegamos en la heladera había comida que dejaron los huéspedes anteriores, la cortina del living estaba rota y pegada con cinta, no se podía bajar porque luego no subía, una estafa! Mostraban algo muy diferente en la fotos

- James (3/5): A major disappointment considering we were there for 8 days. - Breakfast was good but limited menu and over 8 days it became repetitive. The room was over the main road, not quiet at all. I immediately asked to change rooms and was told I could the following day. that promise was broken and a further promise to change 2 days later was also broken. They never changed my room even though I asked and repeated the request several times. The facilities were more appropriate for a 2 or 3 star hotel. The "gym" was not a gym at all, rather like a prison cell with a couple of items thrown in. Not somewhere you wanted to be. The pool was very small and not conducive. The room itself was ok but not inspiring. It had a problem with the shutters and the shower pipe.

- Tijn (8/5): Betaalbaar en fijn verblijf in de bruisende wijk Palermo! - Top locatie in Palermo, op loopafstand van leuke restaurants en barretjes. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. De lakens om het matras zitten snel los, waardoor je na een paar keer omdraaien het bed opnieuw kunt opmaken. Het personeel is prima, maar niet mega vriendelijk.

Je recommande l'appartement avec chambre séparée, particulièrement confortable et spacieux, avec dressing et 2 toilettes. La qualité du service et de l'accueil est variable selon la personne présente. Quand la machine à laver le linge est tombée en panne, on nous a demandé d'appeler nous-même le service de réparation ! Pas de réservation de taxi non plus...

- Irina (8/5): Good but might have been better for this price - Good location, plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes around, absolutely safe and walkable. Clean and quite spacious room for 1-2 people, two zones for kitchen and bedroom. Fast and easy check in, helpful stuff who spoke English (including the laundry repair guy). Coworking upstairs and fitness center as well Quite noisy, I even heard my neighbours signing in the shower, coughing and talking. The mugs were dirty. The kettle wire was too short, so I cannot plug it onto the table and had to put it on the floor. Fitness center is poorly equipped but for short stay is okay. Laundry system with coins that you should buy at some shop nearby that is always closed, so you pay extra if you buy at the reception (the app doesn’t work with no Argentinian SIM)

Aire acondicionado de living no está resfriando. Solo ventilación. Un calor extremo. no podemos usar el sillón y la tele. Un detalle pequeño pero importante.

- Valeu (10/5): Todo excelente! - En general todo estuvo excelente, lo único que molestó fue un día en la piscina un grupo grande de gente que estaba haciendo asado hizo mucho disturbios y se metieron en la piscina tomando alcohol, creo que se debería controlar más eso de manera de respetar una convivencia tranquila.

- Sophia (5/5): À éviter - Piscine Pas du tout insonorisé. On attend tout des chambres voisines. La chambre n'était pas confirme aux photos, c était très usé et pas très bien nettoyé.
- Amanda (9/5): Escolha incrível no bairro de Palermo - O prédio é muito bem localizado. Tem várias opções de restaurantes, mercado, convenicências, sorveteria, padaria na própria rua e também nos arredores, tudo dá pra fazer tranquilamente a pé. Nos sentimos muito seguros caminhando pelo bairro. A portaria 24hr traz segurança e rapidez no checkin e checkout, o que achamos ótimo. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e confortável. Roupas de cama e toalhas de qualidade, persianas que protegem bem da claridade e ar-condicionado funcionado bem. O fato de ter 1 lavabo e um banheiro completo também achamos excelente. A varanda do apartamento e a área de lazer com piscina e churrasqueira são diferenciais muito bacanas pra estadia. Como ficamos um período maior de 8 dias e só tivemos 1 limpeza nesse meio tempo, seria bacana ter no apartamento alguns panos de chão e esponja para limparmos os banheiros. A banheira acaba ficando suja de ficarmos tomando banho no mesmo espaço e gostaria de ter feito a limpeza da manutenção mais vezes. Como sugestão: uma varal pequeno de chão seria ótimo para pendurar as toalhas para secar naturalmente e também roupas de banho como biquíni e sunga. Mas, esses pontos não atrapalharam em nada nossa experência, apenas ajudaríam a ser melhor ainda nossa estadia.
