• Μαριλενα (1/5): So Disgusting I would give -1 if I could - Nothing to like the appartment was disappointed disgusting very dirty everywhere We stayed only one night because we had nowhere else to go and left first thing in the morning They told us that the place was ok and there was nothing they could do They said that they could send the cleaner again the next day but there were so many things wrong in there the cleaner would clean the same way as it was at the check in The Owner refused to give us a refund we paid for the total stay I don’t know how can someone rent this Floor dirty Dust and hair everywhere from closet drawers floor and furniture Broken things inside the room Aircondition wasn’t working In the kitchen there was food leftovers from the previous guests Freezer full of ice and food left overs Really photos can not describe the reality in there Stay away from this house luckily we found an other one close by

• Georgiana (7/5): Decent apartment, it could be great if the management company would have more customer focus - The location was good, 5 minutes from metro station, direct line from the airport as well as to the beach/port and city center. We were traveling with kids so the location was one of the first criteria when we chose this apartment. Another important criteria was to be clean and it was decent - not spotless clean, but ok. The beds were big and comfortable, the sofa was also quite ok to sleep on it. The terrace was beautiful, a great way to spend relaxing evenings after a long walk in the city. the checkin was accessible and we kept in touch easily with the host. There were many things missing from the apartment that are quite basic for any place where you leave, even for a few days.The most important one was the garbage bin in the kitchen - we had to use bags hanged on a drawer to collect the garbage. Even if the rooms are not very small, they have many small and quite useless pieces of furniture and only one room has a wardrobe. Even the glasses were missing, we had only 3 glasses of different sizes and no wine glasses. The thing that bothered us the most was that in order to leave the luggage in the apartment for 2 extra hours after checkout, they asked a fee of 20 euros, even if no one was checking in until 13:00 when we planned to pick them and everything was well packed, easy to be moved by the cleaning lady.
• Tim (8/5): Very good - Very nice shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying a meal in the shade or sun. Beds were adequately comfortable. TVs were very capable with smart capabilities built in (youTube, etc). Air conditioning in each bedroom with remotes. Laundry facilities were adequate. Wireless was good, but upload speeds were horrible. Sharing photos to the internet took a loooong time. Quite a lot, unfortunately. 1. Not enough blankets -- One of us had to use a throw-rug as a blanket. Of the two actual blankets, one had no cover. 2. The access to the main terrace was through the living room door, which had an inside-joulise / blinds, which was controlled by a pulley -- but the pulley had literally come out of the wall and had to be tied around the door to keep it from closing. 3. The shower head had adequate pressure, but it would have been better had the diverter valve worked properly. Thus, water always came out of both the head and shower faucet. 4. For some weird reason, they want you to turn off the hot water heater when not in use. Um, that uusally uses more electricity, not less. If there actually is a safety issue, it should be replaced. 5. One of the bedrooms was not sanitary upon arrival. 6. No central heating? Yes, the A/Cs are great for summer, but we were saying in winter. They also work to heat the place, but pumping in warm dry air is harsher on sinuses, etc. There are radiators, but they were not supplied with heat, nor was there a valve or any sort to turn them on. 7. Very confusing keys. The first time, we needed about 10 minutes to open the door. After that, it was ok. A double lock with unusual keys -- it would have been nice if we had received a photo of the door and keys explaining how to use them. IF these problems were fixed, I would definitely stay here again.
