- ozan (9/5): Güzel bir tesis. Tekrar kalabiliriz. - Temiz ve merkeziydi. Giriş ve çıkışlar basitti. Yalıtım kötü, üst daire gürültülü ise sanki sizin odsnızda gibi ses geliyor. Sabah 6:30 da üst oda nedeniyle uyandık. Bir de 2 tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş ancak çok kolay ayrılıyorlar. Sürekli tekrar birleştirmek zorunda kaldık.

- Ελένη (10/5): - Εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά πού φιλοξενηθηκαμε στο κατάλυμα αυτό. Σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία.Πεντακάθαρο όχι μόνο το δωμάτιο αλλά όλοι οι χώροι του. Φτάσαμε πριν την ώρα τού check in για να αφήσουμε τίς αποσκευές και μας πληροφόρησαν ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν έτοιμο και μπορούσαμε να μπούμε πιο νωρίς. Ο κύριος στην υποδοχή ευγενέστατος. Η κυρία της καθαριότητας άψογη. Το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα. Για εμάς πάντα θα είναι από τις πρώτες μας επιλογές. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.

- Lisa (9/5): Excellent location, great hoast, comfortable..we will be back.. - Very straight forward Just a few more goodies like milk / creamer so we could have the coffee. A shower cap with having an overhead shower would be great

I really like coffee in the morning and I could not get the coffee maker to work. Instructions would have been nice. I would have liked to have been able to watch at least one TV station in English.

- May (1/5): Terrible wifi, broken shower door seal, poor admin, fraudulent charges. - I stayed 4 nights in August 2025 and paid upfront through Booking.com. Now, in October 2025, they've made an unauthorised charge on my credit card for the stay - the stay I paid for 2 months ago! I called them as soon as I saw the charge - they claim there was a mistake when I booked and the funds went to another company (Aria Hotels Group - who is their parent company if you Google it). Not sure how the bungle happened but it's not my mistake and has nothing to do with me - completely inappropriate to debit my card (unauthorised) months later instead of sorting it out with their affiliate. They did not bother to send me written notification or explanation. The lady on the phone at Agora Athens hung up on me when I disputed this. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. - May (2/5): Unauthorised charge, poor customer service, poor wifi, leaking bathroom - The housekeeper was lovely. I am only giving them 2 stars for her service. It was otherwise completely impersonal with no face-to-face welcome, contact or help. The WiFi was terrible and the bathroom shower door leaked due to a broken seal. I'm shocked by how unprofessional the head office staff are. I stayed 4 nights in August 2025 and paid upfront through Booking.com. In October (2 months later), they made an unauthorised charge on my credit card for the stay. - Sarit (10/5): מלון מצוין במיקום מרכזי - המלון במיקום מרכזי ביותר, דקה הליכה מרחוב ארמו. אין לובי עם פקיד קבלה אלא מקבלים קוד לבניין וקוד לחדר. מדובר בבניין עתיק שעבר שיפוץ, הכל נראה חדש ומודרני אבל שמר על הצביון של העיצוב המקורי בטוב טעם. נקי מאד. מכיוון שהגענו ביום של שביתה ביוון, קיבלנו מהם הסברים על אפשרויות הגעה משדה התעופה, היו זמינים וענו מהר יחסית לכל שאלה. אין מיתקנים במלון או ארוחת בוקר אבל לנו זה התאים

- Begoña (1/5): - El 21 de septiembre reservé por booking 1 habitación en Agor Athnes Al llegar a este establecimiento para realizar el check in, la mujer de la limpieza de la segunda planta, que estaba terminando de limpiar a las 15 h una suite, me asignó una habitación que no era, pero yo no lo sabía. Mi sorpresa al salir del lugar, para ir a buscar dinero a un cajero es que cuando regresé el codigo de entrada a mi suite no funcionaba. Eran las 17.45 pm. Empezé a llamar a los 2 números de teléfono que supuestamente son de emergencias y nadie contestaba. Únicamente con el móvil y apenas sin batería y sin mis pertenencias ni abrigo estuve durante 3 h desdela calle. Tuve qe llamar a la policia de la ciudad. Éstos vinieron mientras esperaba en la calle. Mientras eso sucedía, desde uno de esos dos teléfonos alguien me contestó: estamos en ello. Le avisaremos cuando podamos. Empezé a llama de nuevo sabiendo que al otro lado había alguien leyendo, pero en las 40 veces que llamé, ésta no me quería contestar. Absolutamente una falta de profesionalidad y nosolo eso, me di realmente cuenta de que esta gente únicamente van a por el dinero. Mi avión salía aldia siguiente debía salir a las 07.30 am de la mañana. De los nervios perdí la paciencia. La polixia consiguió abrir la puerta 🚪 y de pronto a las 10 de la noche me dijeron que lo sentían mucho y que me fuera para otra suite, la correcta. En todo este trastorno de noche desapareció mi reloj de muñeca. Envié mensajes a booking y al hotel para solicitar una compensacion o un reembolso y después de 10dias me contestan que no me devielven mi dinero. Absolutamente decepcionante. Lo que me doy cuenta ciertamente es que únicamente se prima por el dinero. Nada más

We kept it at 25, per the notes, but it required us to leave the windows open and the street has action throughout the night So we didn’t get great rest.

- Sere20582 (9/5): Ideale per un soggiorno ad Atene - Posizione fantastica a 500 metri dalla stazione di Monastiraki ma in una via tranquilla, stanza nuova, pulitissima e dotata anche di un balconcino, a disposizione anche accappatoi, ciabatte e set con rasoio, non mancava nulla. Staff molto disponibile a rispondere alle domande e lasciarci tenere i bagagli in struttura dopo il check out visto che avevamo l'aereo al tardo pomeriggio. Non so se dipenda dall'insonorizzazione ma purtroppo siamo stati disturbati fino a tarda notte da urla e schiamazzi provenienti da qualche altra camera o da appartamenti limitrofi non appartenenti alla struttura, che comunque non ha colpa per l'infinita maleducazione della gente.
