María Daniela (10/5): - El departamento es muy lindo, con vista al mar, luminoso, moderno. Tiene pileta climatizada en la terraza que pudimos disfrutar. El inodoro estaba sucio cuando llegamos.
Chiara (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer generell auch schön mit einer tollen Sicht aufs Meer. Allerdings haben Bad und Toilette keine gute Lüftung sowie kein Fenster, was etwas zu Gerüchen führt. Leider war das Apartment nicht sauber geputzt, es war zum Teil staubig, Chipsbrösel der Vorgäste waren auf dem Boden und das Waschbecken und Armaturen waren deutlich nicht geputzt, daher haben wir erstmal direkt Kontakt aufgenommen und gebeten, das Zimmer gründlich zu putzen. Es war danach besser, aber dennoch nicht richtig geputzt. Auch wussten wir nicht wer unser Ansprechpartner ist, Booking gab es einen, dann vorort zum checkin eiene andere Dame und checkout widerum eine Dritte. Unten zudem gint es Security, die aber keine Ansprechpartner sind und einen nur rein lassen wenn man Name etc. von der Person hat die die Buchung bestätigte was uns aber nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Daher es gibt einiges zu verbessern, das Zimmer ist schön und die Lage genial und man könnte mehr aus allem machen.
Sue (10/5): Hermoso y cómodo departamento, con una vista y amenities espectacular! - El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, tiene 2 baños, fuimos 2 personas pero da para 4, usando el sillón cama. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, es todo recién hecho y esta en excelentes condiciones. Tiene una vista espectacular a la playa. Esta ubicado en Colon y la rambla, cruzas la calle y estas en la playa. Me encanto, lo compraría!. Las personas de seguridad de la recepción también son muy atentas. Lo que no me gusto es el sistema del ascensor, tiene llave magnética de seguridad pero tanto para pedirlo como para que suba, creo que con la de entrar al ascensor es suficiente. Un detalle menor

Monica (8/5): Excelente departamento faltan detalles en ropa de cama y toallas que no estaban limpias - La ubicación y la vista es excelente, el departamento muy moderno. Con seguridad y amenities Ropa de cama y toallas con desgaste de uso. No pudimos usar las frazadas porque estaban sucias.

MONICA (9/5): - Lo moderno que es La escalera de la pileta, debe tener más escalones que lleguen hasta más abajo. Una persona mayor o con cierta dificultad no puede llegar desde el último escalón hasta el piso. Eso es algo fácil de solucionar. Reserve ese lugar por la piscina y fue una desilusión esa escalera para una persona mayor.

Egnie Elizabeth (9/5): Todo bien excepto el check out - Todo muy limpio y nuevo! Todo estuvo a gusto. Me parecio raro que antes de hacer el check-out tenga que venir alguien físicamente a corroborar que este "todo bien". Nunca me paso y por este motivo no sé si volveria.

Gabriela (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente, lo mismo que los servicios y el departamento. Las vistas de la ciudad son maravillosas. Ideal para disfrutar de Mar del Plata en verano y en invierno. Tuvimos que esperar a que vinieran a avisarle al encargado de seguridad cuál era nuestro departamento para poder ingresar a pesar de que habíamos avisado el horario de ingreso. El acceso al sauna podría organizarse de manera más sencilla, por ejemplo dando una copia de la llave junto con la llave del departamento en lugar de tener que ir a pedir a la entrada la llave cada vez que lo querés utilizar.

Gorgeous Condo with fabulous view! - Security Guard on duty 24hrs I arrived early and was allowed to leave my luggage at the property site until my check in time This place was amazing! Location, ammenities, and condo could not have been more perfect! The view was spectacular-WiFi worked perfect. I enjoyed the gym, rooftop pool and sauna. Beautiful beach directly across the street. The host was available to answer any questions and responded very promptly. I will definitely book this place again when I come back!

Wendy (10/5): Lindo y excelente zona - El apartamento es muy bonito, tiene todo lo necesario. La zona es muy buena, está cerca de todo y la torre tiene una vista espectacular. Los anfitriones sumamente amables y anuentes a resolver, incluso nos hicieron el favor de guardar el equipaje posterior al check out. Solo 3 cosas no fueron de mi agrado; 1. cuando realicé la reservación las fotos eran de un apto con vista al mar y nos dieron uno sin vista. 2. Indicaba que tenía un sofá cama matrimonial y era individual y no muy cómodo. 3. El agua caliente falló varias veces y hubo que reportarle, a lo que respondieron bastante rápido y lo resolvieron.
