• Martin (10/5): - Yiorgos, the manager, was great. Very helpful with everything from arrival to departure. Facilities were great and the room we had was very clean and modern. It was definitely not cheap, but I guess, based on location and room, it might be justified.
• Carolina (7/5): Wonderful to visit Athens, but bring earplugs and a white noise machine. - The location was great to walk to most of the tourist sites and nice restaurants. The building was beautiful and the apartment as well. Everything was clean and in great condition. The person at the reception was fantastic. He gave us tips on good restaurants, and he was spot on with his recommendations. The only problem we had was how loud it was at night. The street our apartment looks out to is incredibly loud until very late in the night. No one in our family was able to sleep well through the night because of it. I wish they had a solution for the noise, but we closed the California blinds, the windows, and the thick black out windows to no avail. The motorcycles and screaming from tourists were very, very loud.

It doesn't have a kitchen, yet it's SIMPLY appointed and perfect for a 3 night stay - for us. It felt like a cozy home away from home - plus the rooftop patio perfect for wine sipping and (to be fair) a partial view of the Acropolis. George, the "front of house "manager" was awesome with suggestions, timely with messaging & seemingly just a nice guy, interested in sharing his knowledge - of his city. I wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely recommend ATHINAIDOS QUARTERS to friends as they travel through Athens.

Located right in the heart of Athens and just moments away from the Monastiraki metro station, the location can't be beat. You're surrounded by countless dining options, charming streets, and vibrant energy day and night. The accommodations are consistently impeccable—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The service is top-notch; every single request we've made over the years has been promptly and graciously fulfilled. One of the things we appreciate most is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is incredibly important to us since we always travel with our little dog. They’ve always welcomed us warmly as a family, and that makes all the difference. We truly missed seeing K. Giorgo this time around, but we hope to catch up with him on our next visit. This hotel has become our home away from home in Athens, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

The attendant Giorgos was very helpful and accommodating (and friendly) The AC in the main sleeping area didn’t seem to be working well, but that was really the only thing I could say wasn’t ideal. The roof deck was great, but the jacuzzi didn’t get very hot (but was clean and functional) Otherwise everything was great.
