- Celaica (5/5): Good location but facilities and cleanliness was lacking - Location The room is decent but was not clean at all. For example, the humidifier was full of dust. Same is true for the top of the fridge and other furnitures. The room didn’t feel well-cleaned.

The room was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. It is well equipped and smart. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It would have been a plus to have detailed descriptions for the washing machine in English. The ones that were provided were confusing.

The first night our baby slept on a futon and was quite an inconvenience. It would be great to see the hotel more accommodating for younger children, otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Excellent really like a little flat in the one room table and bunk bed with sofa . Great central location is well highly recommend.

- Maha (8/5): - Amenities, we are available for you to pick up at the reception area. Staff was somehow accommodating in terms of changing the bedsheets and cleaning the room. The location was exceptional as it was a walking distance from everything we wanted to see in the area. In the room description, it mentioned that it was two beds in addition to the tatami areas. However, I found that the beds were not as comfortable as they should be. And the idea of cleaning the room once or twice during our day was somehow strange to me. I don’t know whether this is a Japan thing or the hotel thing.
- Scar (9/5): 房間可以看到晴空塔 附近機能很好 藥妝逛街淺草寺和服體驗隅田川都在步行可到範圍 - 幾乎都很棒 雖然沒有附早餐 但是大廳有膠囊咖啡機 可可跟綠茶可以泡來喝 隔音也很好 住在電梯口 但幾乎聽不到什麼聲音 離地鐵小小距離 天氣不好的時候 要移動推行李會比較麻煩 距離最近的是銀座線田原町站 三號出口 但是沒有電梯 可以從有電梯的出口上來再過馬路

Caminando accedes rápidamente a la estación de Ueno que te facilita rápido traslado a cualquier punto vía Shinkansen y Yamanote Line. Era un apartamento lo cual no es facil conseguir a buen precio en Tokyo Como en todos los hoteles japoneses las dimensionaes del espacio no es muy amplia. Podrian tener en cuenta, todos los hoteles, que la media de estatura de los occidentales es mayor que los nipones; acabas con dolor de lumbares y cervi ales si usas mucho el lavamanos.🤣🤣🤣🤣

- elisa (8/5): Overall ok, but too expensive for what it offers - It is well located and functional One of the main lights not working , even if the owner offered a temporary solution. a bit of smell in the bathroom . A sliding door to separate the kitchen would be an asset , as the fridge is very noisy . We arrived two hours earlier , the room was ready but we were requested to pay an early check in. The manager offered us to get in the room one hour in advance for free

- Valentina (9/5): Finalmente gli spazi ampi! - Camera molto spaziosa e equipaggiata con tutto (anche lavatrice e asciugatrice con sapone), microonde, frigo congelatore. Ampia doccia con vasca e bagno molto pulito e ampio. C’era anche una tavolo con sedie e divano x mangiare in comodità. Dormire sul futon e’ stato molto comodo. Zona piena di locali e a due passi dal tempio Senso-ji con tutte le bancherelle e negozi di kimono. Non c’è la colazione ma alla reception ci sono the e caffè a volontà che col bollitore si fanno in camera molto comodamente. Peccato che la metro sia a 10 min a piedi ma la zona e’ comunque bella

The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washing machine in the room was a big plus for managing laundry. The staff were consistently helpful and polite. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet residential street, yet still within easy walking distance of plenty of food options. Nothing.

- Francois (8/5): Bien sans plus - Bonne localisation même si l'hôtel est un peu loin du métro. L'appartement est agréable. Nous avions une belle vue sur la tour Tokyo Skytree. Les revêtements du canapé sont en plastique. Idem pour la pièce Japonaise avec des faux tatamis en plastique. Le personnel n'est pas attentionné ce qui est inhabituel eu Japon. Globalement nous avons été déçu compte tenu du prix.
