Françoise (4/5): Personnel sympathique - Nous avons eu 2 chambres à l’avant dernier étage et n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause de la TRÈS mauvaise insonorisation. nous étions à New York pour travailler et nous aurions dû être prévenu qu’il était impossible de dormir aux 2 derniers étages même avec des boules quies.

Robyn (8/5): Good Bunk Room in New York for a family - The Staff were good. The room was cleaned - but very late everyday. Sometimes because of this we just asked for towels only as we were resting in the beds for the afternoon after a big morning of walking the city. It was expensive for what we got - only $20 per day credit for the breakfast was not enough.

Vue à couper le sou - J’ai TOUT aimé : la localisation, la vue incroyable de ma chambre (executive with view), le confort du lit, la propreté, la gentillesse du staff, les 20$ de crédit par nuit qui permettent de prendre un café et une viennoiserie au café de l’hôtel chaque matin. Tout était parfait seul bémol si vraiment je dois chercher quelque chose qui peut être amélioré c’est l’absence de mini bar dans la chambre mais dès que j’ai demandé d’en avoir un pour garder une bouteille d’eau au frais le staff a été très gentil et m’en a mis un à disposition en chambre en dix minutes seulement ! SÉJOUR PARFAIT 🙌🏻

We had the 4 x bed quad room and the high ceilings made the room feel more spacious than I was expecting. Staff were really engaging and anticipated our every need. I’d highly recommend the Moxy LES! Luca (7/5): Si ce qui vous a attiré est la décoration je vous conseille l'hotel romer's hell's kitchen - L'emplacement de l'hotel est indéniablement très agréable. Le personnel de l'hotel est sympathique, notamment au bar. L'hotel est très propre ainsi que les chambres. Les chambres sont extrêmement petites. Le crédit du petit déjeuner est largement insuffisant car ils augmentent leurs prix en conséquences. 7,5$ un croissant, wtf? Ma plus grande déception a été qu'ils ont refusé de réchauffer un de mes UberEats car ils n'auraient soit disant pas de micro-ondes. C'est très certainement faux car ils ont une cuisine ou l'on peut commander à manger.

Un bout her de 20$ par jour permet de prendre un café avant de sortir. Quelques attentions auraient été bienvenues en chambre : de l’eau (7$ la bouteille), du café/thé, des cotons tiges et de la crème par exemple. Il manque des rangements, une penderie pour un manteau par exemple. Le ménage n’a pas été fait dans notre chambre en 3 jours. Il y a de la poussière sous le lit

Купил номер с видом на город(на фото был красивый вид), амв итоге вид на стену дома. Далее по просьбе дали номер повыше, но и там не особо что-то было видно.

Tom (7/5): We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. De kamer valt wel mee als je eraan went. Zou ik hier nog eens komen? Ik denk het ni - De locatie in NYC, zeer dicht bij Chinatown, Soho, Little Italy. Van hier uit kan je de stad goed bereiken via de Subway of Uber. De lobby en bar zijn zeer leuk ingericht. Er is ook een ontbijtzaak die lekkere dingen serveert. Wij kozen een kamer voor 4 met 2 dubbele bedden. De bedden zijn best klein en kort (ik ben 1m87 en paste niet in het bed). De badkamer is wel in orde maar ook redelijk klein. Onze kamer werd tweemaal niet opgemaakt. Dit werd gemeld aan de balie maar er werd niet veel mee gedaan. Personeel is correct maar niet echt hartelijk.

Fearless113185 (10/5): The Moxy - Stayed at the Moxy Lower East Side last weekend and it absolutely nailed the vibe of the lower Manhattan scene. The atmosphere was one of the biggest highlights: cool lobby bar, shuffleboard table, warm lighting, comfortable seating and a relaxed, social energy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a sweet view of lower Manhattan. The staff were friendly and laid-back but still attentive, especially Jordan and Matthew. Jordan checked us in and also provided us with complimentary drink vouchers at the hotel bar. I didn’t catch the bartenders name but the Aperol spritz hit just right. Matthew brought our bags to our room and filled us in on where to grab a quick bite nearby. If you’re looking for somewhere with personality, good vibes, friendly staff and great social energy, this place definitely delivers. Would happily stay again.

From check-in to check-out and everything in between. Front desk staff was on the ball daily for many questions. Karl and the team at the main front entry…also helpful and brilliant with ideas for dining to directions for walkable business meetings. Wake up daily to Angel and Romario and the full team downstairs for coffee service, breakfast suggestions and working in the conference room! Rooms were furnished for workable and relaxing. He really made our day amazing. My mom especially loved the happy, chill vibe throughout the hotel. The restaurant was excellent, the drinks were excellent, the room was excellent — honestly, everything and everyone was just excellent!!

Good location near the subway and lively neighborhoods like nolita, soho, chinatown,... The hot water takes a long time to arrive, so this causes a big waste of water in the shower The bottle of water in the room is too expensive

The location is perfect, you can take just one subway line from the airport and arrive only one block from the hotel. You’re just a few steps away from Soho and amazing shopping and food spots. The Bowery neighborhood is also fantastic, with a Whole Foods just a few blocks away, great museums, and more. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the staff! I received such a warm welcome from every single person at Moxy. I can’t remember all the names, but I’d especially like to highlight the kindness of Jess at the front desk, Asia at the front door, and Assant, who helped me with my luggage. I apologize if I misspelled any names, but I hope you know who you are! I can’t wait to come back!!! ✨

Timal (5/5): Motel 6 with a luxury price tag. - I liked the vibe and energy of the property overall. The room was like a luxury broom closet. The sink in the main room was absolutely horrible. The bed had a sink hole in the middle.
Stef (9/5): Fijn verblijf in modern hotel - Fijne kamer. Receptie altijd aanwezig en vriendelijk. Nette, moderne uitstraling. Goede isolatie, waardoor geluid van buiten bijna onhoorbaar was. Vanaf rooftop bar mooi uitzicht in het donker, vooral richting WTC. Meerdere metrolijnen dichtbij. Het ontbijt is vrij basic, maar met het 20 dollar tegoed per dag kun je dat aanvullen met een luxe broodje (of capuccino) naar keuze. De (opgewarmde) ham-kaas croissant en de amandel croissant met spijs waren erg lekker! Geen glutenvrije opties. Daarvoor kun je bijv vlakbij naar Black seed bagels. Het zou fijn zijn als er bij het ontbijt of inpandige café/bakkerij glutenvrije opties zouden zijn. Bijv een broodje of havermout.

Monica (7/5): Really convenient location. Room is decently sized for NY standards. There is no proper breakfast. - Location was very convenient and staff tried their best to accommodate our needs. Views from the rooftop bar were incredible even if the cocktails were overpriced and not very good. The breakfast description is not accurate. All they offer is buffet with filtered coffee with ultra processed packaged goods. The very few fresh fruits they had ran out the 1st hour and they didn't replace them. We ended up having to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Having said that, the hotel manager gave us extra credit to compensate for that as we wouldn't have booked it if we knew that they really don't offer breakfast.

Das Check-in war nicht so gut, das Personal hat beim Empfang nicht genau kommuniziert, wofür ich was bezahlen muss (Depotzahlung für die Übernachtungen wurde nicht erklärt). Der Fahrstuhl wurde nicht erklärt.

Additionally, the sink located outside the bathroom didn't drain very well. On the positive side, however, we received truly wonderful service thanks to a man named Karl, who was there to open the door for us. He warmly welcomed us and arranged for the hotel's airport transfer service; as a result, we didn't even have to call an Uber, and we traveled to the airport in a spacious vehicle in absolute comfort.

Estefania (9/5): Great stay in a perfect location - I really enjoyed staying at Moxy Lower East Side. The hotel is super nice, stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained. It has a fun atmosphere and feels modern and lively, but still cozy enough to relax after being out all day. The location is excellent and one of the biggest advantages. It’s very well connected to the city, with easy access to subway lines like the B, D, J, and Z, which made moving around super easy. It’s also within walking distance of really nice neighborhoods like Little Italy, Nolita, and SoHo, so there’s a lot to do nearby. The service was great too — everyone was friendly and helpful. I also loved that the hotel has a bar in the lobby and a lounge with live music, which gave it a really cool vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

The Highlight room has one of the best views in Manhattan and they have a great happy hour. All of the staff were so lovely, couldn’t have asked for better people to be working in the hotel. Special shoutout to Matthew who helped me find my jacket that i lost in the highlight room, great guy and great at his job👍
