• Blanka (6/5): Lage top, für einen Kurztrip mit normalen Ansprüchen ok. - Die Flat hat eine spitzenmäßige Lage zur Metro (Liverpool Street Station) und auch fußläufig zur City of London. Abwicklung (Schlüsselübergabe, Rückfragen, etc.) mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und schnell möglich. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine innliegende Dachterasse, was sehr angenehm ist, um den Abend "daheim" ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 6 Personen (3 Mütter und 3 Jugendliche 15-16) bewohnt. Die Betten sind sehr schmal. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht sehr zufriedenstellend (zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr), vor allem wenn die Technik nicht funktioniert (Spülmaschine reinigt nicht richtig) so sah das Geschirr und die Gläser schon bei Ankunft nicht einladend aus, Der Kühlschrank war nur mit vorsicht zu benutzen, defekte Ablagefächer,etc.) auch das Bad könnte mal eine Sanierung erhalten.

• Alamin (8/5): Would come again if they sort the issue with the bathroom - Location - large apartment over 2 floors Bathroom - water pressure was awful so slow and low pressure. Also every time the flush was used there was some sort of minor leak

• Darwin (9/5): Confortable - El apartamento era muy amplio, cómodo, completo en utensilios y excelente ubicación. Si tengo que poner un pero, el agua de la ducha salía muy poca.

• Sofia (6/5): Londra in famiglia. - L'appartamento ha una posizione strategica per muoversi con i vari mezzi per la città di Londra , vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e facilmente raggiungibile dai vari rider . La casa è dotata di ogni confort , idonea per un soggiorno in famiglia La pulizia è sicuramente da migliorare , soprattutto per la moquette sulle scale . La tv funzionava a momenti , gli asciugamani forniti erano il minimo per l'igiene personale , infissi da manutentare . Con questi piccoli accorgimenti sarebbe una casa perfetta .

• Rachael (4/5): We arrived late during London heatwave after 22 hours of travel. Arrived to only 2 towels for 5 of us. Stifling hot wi - Location, close to two tube stations Smelt on entry, not enough towels, no bath mat, no dishwash liquid, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, only two working fans.

• Elliott (5/5): For London, I guess it is worth the price. - The place is sufficient, and was located in a good area for us. Positives: Three stand alone rooms set over two floors (2nd and 3rd floor - it wasnt clear to me that the place was set over two floors). The sheets and blankets were clean. Quiet enough location. A lot of things were lacking. There was almost no water pressure, the shower always sprayed water on the floor. there was no floor mat for the shower. The fridge was very noisy. We couldn't figure out how to open the washer/dryer. The window in one of the bedrooms didn't close all the way.

• Julie (9/5): Great flat, great value, fabulous location. - We were granted early check in after arriving on a 7.15 am flight from Australia, we were able to drop our cases at the property as we were way too early fir 3 pm check in, but then at 12 pm we got a message to say room was ready, thank you so much for accomodating us.
• Rachael (6/5): Ideal if you’re happy sacrificing luxury for location. - Check in/out was very easy. Location couldn’t have been better, right across the road from spittalfields market (would recommend humble crumble - worth the queue!). Good transport links short walking distance. Two very spacious bedrooms and one more suited for one person rather than two, especially with luggage. The ground floor of the apartment has a storage room that the hosts access whenever required and will only let you know this the day before you arrive, guests staying in the middle floor bedroom will be woken up by this and there’s no lock or privacy between this access and the rooms. As other guests have mentioned, the kitchen area isn’t big enough for 6 people - only 4 chairs at a very wobbly table, sofa very old. We brought our own towels and used the ones provided as hand towels/floor mat as these are not provided and with 5 people showering the floor will get wet. Steep staircase so would not book if you have any issues with mobility. Mouse traps in every room but thankfully no sign of any mice. Strong smell at all times from the nail shop below. Has real potential to be a wonderful apartment if hosts would take the time to update the “student halls” old furniture.

• Patricia (6/5): Great location, don't expect too much else - Absolute great location. Close the public transportation, wonderful pubs and great market around the corner. Good size for a group of people (up to 5/6 people). Washing machine and drying rack can be used - great for travelers! - Lack of cleanliness in the overall apartment - hair from other people into the bathroom, on towels and stained bedsheets - Pesticide traps in all the rooms - black visible mold in the bathroom - lack of water pressure in shower - mildewy smell in hallway - kitchen table not secured and unusable, not enough chairs (only 4) - too little appliances for meals (cups etc) - couch is very worn out - not recommended for sitting
• Neil (7/5): A good property, its clean, the beds were comfortable, and in a great location. - The property is in a great location, and with easy walking distance to 2 x tube stations. The three bedrooms were all a good size and perfect for our group of 5. So good having the kitchen and washing machine available and in the property. Our host was always available, and any request was actioned immediately. The furniture in the kitchen re chairs and dining table + the lounge need updating. Everything worked and did the job, but an update of the furniture would not go astray.
• Emelia (9/5): Very central and a good place to stay in London - Easy communication with the host and check in was a breeze. Apartment was in a great spot in East London which was central to multiple underground and over ground trains. The stairs are quite steep and narrow but it is manageable. The downstairs space is shared which we had no issues with but didn't realise this upon arrival. It is displayed in the home. Apartment is not very secure however i did not feel unsafe.

• Clive (8/5): Enjoyable clean adequate functional accommodation - God location tube stations markets shops and pubs nearby Outside of premises covered in graffiti could have done with more than one key
• Letty (2/5): AVOID unless you like mice! - Location We saw a mouse numerous times, a random man came into the apartment with a key unannounced! There was bait boxes in every room, mouse droppings on the sofa and in the morning in the living room floor!
