Место расположение удачное. Нам понравилось!

- Laura (3/5): Впетачления не из лучших. - Понравилось только расположение отеля. Район Фатих, главные достопримечательности недалеко от отеля. Фото совсем не соответствуют реальности. Скорее всего, снимки были сделаны еще при открытии отеля. Терраса, которая и привлекла мое внимание при выборе, оказалась в ужасном состоянии, и, похоже, готовить её к приезду гостей никто не собирался. Дверь на балкон сильно изношена, плотно не закрывается, остаются большие щели. Пыль не вытирается, к нашему приезду, судя по всему, только сменили постельное бельё и помыли полы. И самое главное — в комнате, куда нас заселили, были клопы! Это недопустимо. Очень разочарованы проживанием.

Le gérant est extrêmement gentil, attentif et toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes, ce qui fait vraiment la différence. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. - Natalia (6/5): Good location, but don’t expect much - fair value for money. - The location is great - close to the old city centre. There was hot water in the shower, and basic toiletries like shampoo were provided. The Wi-Fi was good enough, and slippers were also available. There was no hot water in the tap. There were no hooks or hangers in the bathroom, so it wasn’t possible to hang a towel or toilet paper conveniently. There was no hairdryer. The air conditioner didn’t have a remote control, so we had to use an app to switch it on. There was a sock behind the window, which felt a bit strange. Card payment wasn’t available, only cash, although this wasn’t a major issue. There were some fabric pills on the mattress, which was slightly unpleasant, but not a major issue. There was no microwave, but we didn’t really need one.

Para llegar a santa Sofía tenes aprox 25 min caminando No contaba con lo que dice la publicación,ademas a mitad de la estadía nos cambiaron de habitación No había secador de pelo No había pava eléctrica No había microondas No habia barral para colgar las perchas No había para planchar No nos limpiaron ni una vez la habitación ni nos cambiaron las sabanas, estuvimos 5 días Había un enchufe cerca de la cama pero tenía que enchufar la heladera allí ya que no contaba con otro enchufe cerca de la heladera. Además estaban en construcción y a veces había muchísimo ruido que picaban o que utilizaban la amoladora.

- MARIE JOELLE KARINE (8/5): Our stay was a very very great one. Will never forget! We already miss Turkiye. - First of all the owner was very nice and always helpful. I did not book taxi transfer with the hotel and had a problem on our arrival. As soon as I called Mr Hamdan he solved this problem and made us felt more comfortable. There were supermarkets, restaurants & café, markets and many many shops near the hotel and in the surroundings. Metro/train stations were accessible at meters. Safe to walk at night. We had a girls out the day before our departure. There are lots of good feedback. Each part of Istanbul is special and gives off a cosy atmosphere and also give vibes. You must visit Turkiye and live moments there to understand that feeling. In any case, we are in love with this country🥰😍. It is a really must go! 👏❤️👍 Nothing to do with the hotel. I must say that we didn't like the approach of the people at the Airport. They were not that much helpful. I have read that you must be on your own and its really true. This can be improved as tourists deserve to get warm welcome and appropriate guides.

Malheuresement la chambre ete pas nettoyer j’ai due demander a ce que le menage soit fait mais sans plus c’est dommage que le nettoyage n’est pas bien fait et que la chambre été dans un mauvais état tout tombe en ruine on dirais le coté cuisine ne fonctionne pas du tout. La wifi est tres tres mauvaise on ne capter presque jamais. Quelque réparation a faire serais tres bien. C’est bien que pour dormir...

- Ana (8/5): Great accommodation for a small price, on a good location and with friendly staff. - The location was great although the neighborhood can be a bit scary sometimes especially for a group of girls, but everything was close - the transportation, main attractions. The room for 5 prople was quite spacious and had a small kitchen area which was really helpful. The staff was really kind and helpful. First night they put us in two separate rooms even though we booked a quadruple room and those rooms for 2 people were really small and not really clean. But on the second day they moved us to a room for 5 people which was really nice. The room in the mornings and in the nights was a bit cold and there was AC but it didn’t heat up the room properly.

- Gillian (1/5): It’s a scam ! Don’t go there ! - ARNAQUE ! Je ne comprend absolument pas les commentaires positifs car l’hôtel est vraiment miteux et glauque. Déjà, il faut payer en cash, ce n’était pas précisé. Du coup, le monsieur de l’accueil doit me rendre 100 livres Turques, il me dit qu’il me les rendra demain. Après avoir prit l’ascenseur qui vraiment ne m’a pas donné envie de le reprendre ensuite. Nous arrivons à la chambre et en regardant de plus près, rien ne va, une serviette censé être propre plus que douteuse, pas de télécommande pour la télévision, pas de télécommande pour la clim, impossible de faire fonctionner le radiateur. Ensuite la salle de bain, première découverte, de la matière fécale dans les toilettes, je tire la chasse donc et je m’aperçois que les toilettes sont bouchées. Ensuite je vais vers le lavabo pour me laver les mains, nouvelle surprise, impossible de faire fonctionner le lavabo puisque il n’y a pas de poignée de robinet donc impossible de l’utiliser. La propreté de la douche laisse également à désiré. Et il n’y a aucune place pour poser les affaires. Impossible que le ménage ait été fait entre le client d’avant et nous. La porte d’entrée de la chambre est également cassée, on peut la fermer mais la sécurité laisse à désirer. La Wifi ne fonctionne pas. Le lendemain, évidemment je ne récupère pas mes 100 livres turques, personne ne vient voir les toilettes bouchées. On décide de quitter cet hôtel plus vite que prévu, et vu le ton du réceptionniste, on n’a pas vraiment envie de discuter avec lui car on se doute qu’il ne nous aurait pas laissé en placer une. Je pense sincèrement que les avis positifs sont des faux car je ne comprend vraiment pas comment il peut être aussi bien noté. Le pire hôtel où j’ai séjourné si on peut appeler ça un hôtel ! Je trouve ça vraiment fou qu’en 2026, ce genre de chose existe encore ! C’est une énorme mais alors énorme arnaque ! Je dis bien UNE ÉNORME ARNAQUE !

- HRashid5963 (9/5): Best value Hotel - Best value for the budget, you cant ask more. The Terraced dining with a kitchen was so useful that works like Airbnb. Beds are comfortable, rooms are good, location super, and the facilities are good. The best part is the Staffs, outstanding, special mention to Hamdan, very helpful and nice. We 3 friends had every minute enjoyed during our 5 days stay. The cleaning could improve a little, and, needed a chair in the room.

There is a super cool vibe about this hotel and all the staff were incredible! Shout out to Himdan - great guy! There is also a stunning rooftop with great views of the city I liked it all

- Guest (10/5): Très bien, je recommande - Tout était bien. Hôtel bien situé, très proche du tramway de kumkapi. Chambre propre et équipée. Mr Hamdan était très gentil, eau, thé et café offerts. Vue splendide depuis la terrasse.

- Andrea (1/5): Insalubre e inaccesible para personas con movilidad reducida - Reservé este hotel por Booking.com porque figuraba como “totalmente accesible para personas en silla de ruedas”. Al llegar encontré cuatro escaleras en la entrada, sin rampa ni alternativa. Tuve que depender de ayuda física constante para entrar y salir. Además, el pago con tarjeta no fue aceptado, aunque se indicaba lo contrario, y la habitación estaba en condiciones insalubres (cucarachas, utensilios usados y sin limpieza durante toda la estancia). He presentado reclamación formal ante Booking con vídeos y fotos como prueba. Una experiencia muy desagradable y nada acorde con la descripción publicada.

- Elena (4/5): Мой первый негативный опыт бронирования - Белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца При въезде предупредили, что предоставляют не забронированный номер, переселиться можно на следующий день. Договорились о времени переселения в середине дня - мы поломали свое расписание - пришли, а хозяина нет, будет через два часа. Бесплатный Wi-Fi работает отвратительно, унитаз не работает, почему горячей воды нет в раковине не возможно понять. Звукоизоляции нет.

- Kevin (5/5): OK for a one night stay - Well located to get to the Blue Mosque square (cannot remember the full name) and excellent price for us to get a clean and comfy bed and a shower before heading back home post-Champions League fixture. Generally needs a bit of love and care, but difficult trying to compete on price with so many options in the area of similar 'basic' quality.

- Garazi (7/5): Bien - Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue el personal, ya que fue muy amable en todo momento. Las camas eran cómodas, aunque la sabana no era especialmente suave, pero el personal nos ofreció más cuando se lo pedimos. El tamaño de las habitaciones de 4 y 5 es un poco limitado, es un espacio suficiente, pero es cierto que un poco reducido para tantas personas. El agua a veces sale fria y el lavabo del baño es muy pequeño.

- Vivian (10/5): Best place for value I’ve ever got in Europe - It may not be the most expensive place in Istanbul but hear me out: they have elevators AND ac. Where do you find such a thing in Europe for this price?! The receptionist was incredibly kind! The room was clean, you get your own bed and shower (again, for the price of a hostel.. I was impressed). Super close to two streets full of restaurants and markets. A walking distance from the Blue Mosque. And there is an AMAZING rooftop you can use for free. I was there for only a layover but I’m def coming back. I wish there was a rag in the bathroom and an extra sheet (maybe there was and I couldn’t find it..)

- Georgi.Krasetv20 (4/5): - Staff was helpful but there were multiple problems In general, it was kinda chaotic, and the problems were piling up, first of all no air condition despite it being promised, we were given strong fan but it wasn't blowing cold air, second we didnt have hot shower water, that was fixed but its still a nuisance and at the end there were tiny little bugs, some sort of mites or bedbugs. Staff offered us to clean our clothes and changed the room but it still worth mentioning, the changed room that was offered still had these tiny mite/bugs. Overall the price is cheep so its understandable that it isnt perfect but these problems made the stay pretty unpleasant, I hope the staff fixed the problems but overall its stuff to note.

- Martina (10/5): - The hotel is in a very kind area and a good position for the public transportation to the Airport. There are twp beautiful terrace and the room and bathroom were really clean. The owners are very kind and the offer water and tea for free when you want. Highly recommended!!

- Ana (7/5): Buena ubicación y precio - El personal nos facilitó dejar el equipaje y nos dejó utilizar el baño e incluso darnos una ducha antes y después de nuestra reserva. Está a 15 minutos andando de Sultanahmet. El precio es razonable. Las instalaciones estaban descuidadas, especialmente el baño. Llegamos de noche a la habitación y la cama estaba mojada porque caía agua del techo y no nos dio ninguna solución porque el hotel estaba lleno, pero tampoco tuvieron ningún detalle de compensación. El servicio de lavandería es caro.
