Carolina (7/5): - La habitación sin duda, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas y el baño amplio y con todo lo necesario. Que esté al lado de la parada de autobús que te lleva directamente al centro de la ciudad es ideal para tu visita. La chica en recepción que nos dio la bienvenida fue muy amable con nosotros y nuestro niño. La calidad y la variedad del desayuno ha sido muy decepcionante, y nada justificado para el precio y para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas. No tenían ningún tipo de leche, solo de vaca. La comida se mantiene caliente con velas (tampoco es propio de un hotel así) y los cubiertos de servir se apoyan en servilletas. Escribimos esto con el único propósito de que puedan mejorar el servicio.

GHEORGHILA (9/5): Short stay :)) - Even if it is far from the Old center, there is a direct line of public transportation bus, which may be taken from near the hotel and the drive is about 26 minutes. Very kind staff, clean hotel. The breakfast is rather poor, the coffee may be improved. The climatization didn't work properly, it couldn't be adjusted.

EveryNickTaken (8/5): - The location in Lapad is real good. There is a bus stop opposite the street and a pharmacy as well as a grocery store right next door. The Lapad restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The bus to the Old Town takes only about 15 minutes, making it very convenient overall. The ventilation in the bathroom was bit poor — towels wouldn't dry properly. Breakfast was bit limited too.

Es la mejor opción, ya que el aparcamiento en el centro es prohibitivo. El personal fue muy cordial y eficiente. La habitación muy cómoda y con buenas vistas. El desayuno no estaba a la altura del resto del hotel. Muy poco espacio entre mesas y productos sin reponer. Notamos a faltar algo más de jabón. Dejan tan solo dos sobrecitos de un solo uso para cada noche.

Michael (9/5): Top Hotel für einen City Trip - Die Lage es Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, unmittelbar neben einer Bushaltestelle. Der Bus fährt alle 10-15 Minuten in Richtung Innenstadt. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man fußläufig viele Restaurants und Bars.

Arno (9/5): - Personeel was erg behulpzaam en dacht goed mee voor wat betreft het regelen van ontbijt erg vroeg in de ochtend (6:00 uur). Een sandwich en fruit kon geregeld worden omdat ik voor dagtrips naar Montenegro en Bosnië en Herzegovina ging. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend te noemen inclusief de locatie. Voor het hotel is een bushalte en lijn 6 brengt je in nog geen 10 minuten naar de oude stad van Dubrovnik. Ontbijt had qua fruit uitgebreider kunnen zijn maar verder goed in orde.

Dobre śniadanie, duży wybór, dokładne wszelkie półprodukty . Świeże soki. Świetna lokalizacja blisko przystanku który jeździ do Old Town, niedaleko pięknej plaży Copacabana i cudownego miejsca Coral Beach Club. Pokoje z balkonami ładne , polecam wybierać właśnie takie.

The location was quiet and residential, and the bus into the Old Town was 50m from the entrance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was great value. Ines (8/5): Für eine Nacht immer wieder. - Die Lage mit der direkten Busanbindung in die Stadt war sehr gut. Auch der Parkplatz für unsere Motorräder direkt vor der Tür war super. Wir konnten auf Anfrage früher einchecken. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Es gab leider abends kein Essen, Restaurant und Hotelbar waren nicht geöffnet, so dass wir im Hotel weder Essen, noch Getränke bestellen konnten. Besonders sauber war das Zimmer nicht, u. a. hinter dem Bett waren mächtig viele Staubflusen.

Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich solle die Zimmerkarte in den Hauptschalter des Zimmers stecken, dann würde der Elektroboiler das Wasser aufheizen. Da am nächsten Tag wieder kein Warmwasser vorhanden war, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die gesamte zentrale Warmwasserversorgung des Hotels ausgefallen sei und das sie die Information der Rezeption, die ich am Vortag erhalten hatte nicht nachvollziehen können!? Das Duschwasser war am Abend und am nächsten Morgen trotz Reparatur nur ca. 30 Grad warm.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the service and the quality of the accommodation. Outstanding Service: I made a mistake during the booking process, but the owners were incredibly helpful and fixed everything for me. To my surprise, they even upgraded me to a better room than the one I originally paid for! The Staff: A huge thank you to the reception team. Everyone across all three shifts was lovely and professional. They were very accommodating and even allowed me a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. The Room: The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillow was phenomenal—I haven't slept that well in a long time. Thoughtful Details: One rare but very useful feature I noticed was the large number of hangers in both the room and the bathroom. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference! Location: The hotel is situated in a stunning and peaceful location, making it the perfect place to relax. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rare to find a property that combines such a great location with truly heartfelt hospitality. I will definitely be back!

SILVIA (9/5): - Stanza pulita, accogliente, letti comodi, bagno grande, colazione molto buona. Unica pecca la posizione, silenziosa (il che è ottimo in una città come Dubrovnik, invasa dall'overtourism) abbastanza distante dal centro. Ma vi basterà attraversare la strada per trovarvi alla fermata del bus: il numero 6 (che transita con cadenza più che regolare ogni 15 minuti) vi porterà al centro in 10 minuti, ultima corsa alle ore 00:00. Organizzatevi bene con gli orari in caso di eventi eccezionali. L'ultimo giorno ci siamo imbattuti nell'evento internazionale della Maratona di Dubrovnik: percorso deviato del bus e tempo di percorrenza per il centro di 45 minuti, solo a piedi. Ma la camminata sulla via panoramica e l'atmosfera in festa ha reso piacevole anche questo piccolo inconveniente.

Fernandes (9/5): Very comfortable - Super friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was ok, and parking on site was something we valued. You can take the bus to the old town, and don’t have to worry about parking the car there. We stayed in an apartment, and often smelled like tobacco, specially in the bathrooms. We didn’t see anyone smoking, so we couldn’t figure out where the smell came from

Anita (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Perfekte Lage, um Sightseeing zu betreiben - Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe Bequeme Betten und gute Ausstattung Das Frühstück fiel eher "mau" aus, was uns wirklich sehr verwunderte; man konnte etwas finden, wenn auch zum Beispiel keine Auswahl an Brotaufstrichen vorhanden war und es nur harten Toast oder Weißbrot gab; ABER das fällt dann vielleicht unter: Meckern auf hohem Niveau?!

Melis (9/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel mit dazugehörigem Parkplatz. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr aufmerksam und haben uns Informationen über die Busverbindung in die Stadt gegeben. Der Bus fährt direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.

Adrien (7/5): Suffisant pour une nuit - Personnel très accommodant et sympathique Parking gratuit avec possibilité de laisser la voiture après le check out Grande chambre avec vue sur le pont suspendu Bon emplacement, peut sembler loin de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik mais cela se fait rapidement en Uber pour pas cher. Le quartier de Lapad reste super agréable à parcourir à pied. Petit déjeuner médiocre avec peu de choix, vaisselle un peu sale. Chambre mal insonorisée Peut être un peu cher pour la prestation proposée.
