Deborah (10/5): We loved every minute of our stay. - The art work, staff, location and the rooftop bar & pool were all fabulous. We were celebrating our 40th ruby wedding anniversary and staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay extra special. We had a little message on the mirror in our room, a bottle of bubbles, cake & a card. We will definitely stay again & highly recommend it. Breakfast was delicious too. Another bonus was that our room overlooked Battersea dogs & cats home so we enjoyed watching the dogs exercising during the morning. Having no car park is a challenge especially as you can’t pre-book at the power station car park. We pre-booked to stay at the Waitrose car park in Nine Elms which is a short walk away.

Theresia (7/5): Gut, aber mit Mängeln. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück frisch zubereitet und lecker. Das Bad an sich war sauber. Im Bad hat es aber immer wieder sehr muffig nach alten Abwasserleitungen gerochen. Dadurch roch es auch im Zimmer. Zudem war das Bad für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie zu klein.

Peter (5/5): Spend £450 for a night... stunning pool but would not return as they felt greedy. - The location, the roof top pool, the bed was comfortable and shower excellent. The room lighting was terrible... a massive mistake from them. When you pay a huge price for breakfast and the room to have a surcharge for baked beans of 2.50 felt obnoxious... an english breakfast wasnt an option. We did not get a sunlounger so dont expect one on a sunny day. The rooms felt a bit dull, poorly lit and lacking character/empty.

Very easy access from Nine Elms tube station and right next to the Battersea Power Station hub with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There were a lot of people waiting to check in at the same time. Maybe a few more check in staff at peak time would be good.

The water pressure in the showers wasn't great and also if anyway to increase the sunbeds beside the pool would be handy.

Matthew (8/5): Excellent for it's price point, lot's of cool art, heated rooftop pool, and 2 restaurants. - I was really keen to try the rooftop pool. It is heated which is just fantastic, particularly in the UK. The breakfast room was nice and our server Pedro was particularly friendly and charming with our baby. The rooms are an okay size (we booked king plus). They quickly delivered a baby cot for us to use. Mini-bar well stocked. Nice art as you'd expect, and cool books and ornaments around the place. Welcoming and helpful staff. Nice big reception and 2 restaurant options. Pillows could be better but subjective preference I guess, I prefer a thicker softer one, these were thinner and firmer. Could do with a couple of plates and cutlery in the room, and maybe a few more hangers.

Claudia (9/5): Ein wunderschönes Hotel für einen besonderen Urlaub - Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Hotel, große Zimmer ein traumhafter Pool auf dem Dach und ein tolles Restaurant unter dem Dach mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick und Live-Musik. Im Spa Bereich müssten mehr Haken für Handtücher und Bademäntel sein. Außerdem wär es schön, wenn im Aufgusseimer auch Duft wäre. Leider gibt es auch keinen richtigen Ruhebereich nach der Sauna und auch keinen Wasserspender.

Location is fantastic, the roof top pool is exceptional with incredible views and the staff are always so accommodating and friendly! Very comfy beds and cool design; even the lobby smells incredible! Not the cheapest but worth it

Mariana Vanessa (10/5): L’un des meilleurs hôtels - L’infrastructure est top. La literie est des plus confortable que j’ai testé. Tout ce qui est mis à disposition est de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner était divin. En plus ce n’était pas un buffet du coup ça évite les gaspillages et les aliments étaient frais et cuisinés sur le moment. Le personnel était super gentil et accueillant. C’est difficile de communiquer avec eux. Ils ont une sorte d’IA qui répond de façon automatique et elle est assez souvent à côté de la plaque. C’est très dommage parce que les employés sont vraiment gentils pour le coup.
