• Asmaa (6/5): Good for just sleeping, as long as you’re not too bothered by noise and not expecting a luxury hotel. - The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street, which made the stay very peaceful and relaxing. The personnel is very nice! The room was very small and not well soundproofed. You could hear the entrance door very loudly, which was a bit disturbing. However, the street itself was quiet, so outside noise was not really an issue. The room was still modern and nicely designed.

Staff is very helpfull, the check-in and out process is easy. The interier was modern and the room has everything you may need for a short stay The room is very small. And has cosmetical defects. The bathroom walls are not cleaned properly, there are toothpaste stains and other strange stains near the window. There are ants in the room (comming probably from under the fridge) and we had many strange holes in the bedsheets

• balaci (8/5): - Tiszta szállás nagyon jó helyen Nagyon pici szoba, sokkal kisebb,mint a leírásban volt. A harmadik személynek nem volt ágy csak egy szétnyitott fotel ami nem volt kényelmes.
• Marianna (2/5): L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione - La posizione a 5 minuti a piedi da Moschea Blu e Santa Sofia Le “pulizie” giornaliere venivano fatte molto male e consistevano unicamente in rifare il letto (male, perché il lenzuolo non era nemmeno pizzicato sotto il materasso che quindi era sempre scoperto) e cambiare gli asciugamani (solo perché li buttavamo a terra e un giorno non li hanno nemmeno cambiati tutti). Il rotolo della carta igienica non veniva sostituito nemmeno se rimanevano 4 strappi di carta. Una sera ho scritto un messaggio per avere un rotolo nuovo (dato che ne avevano lasciato uno con davvero 4 strappi rimanenti) e non mi hanno mai risposto. Il bagno e i pavimenti non sono stati mai puliti, il bagnoschiuma/shampoo mai aggiunto. Non hanno nemmeno raccolto un flaconcino finito di shampoo che avevo appositamente lasciato a terra. Il momento del pagamento poi è stato comico, ci sono voluti più di 10 minuti per fare un pagamento con il pos perché il ragazzo alla reception non sapeva come usarlo, con il rischio di perdere il transfer per l’aeroporto. • Tiziana (5/5): Da evitare! - La posizione molto comoda vicino alla moschea blu e santa Sofia Le foto sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà ma la stanza era pulita. Brutta esperienza con la prenotazione del taxi per il ritorno che abbiamo pagato in hotel, ci hanno fatto salire su un taxi sbagliato che ha preteso di nuovo il pagamento. Nonostante le mie richieste, la quota pagata in hotel non ci è stata rimborsata. Così abbiamo pagato due volte....

• Alexandre (6/5): Boa localizacão, mas fotografias melhores do que é na realidade - A localizacão era muito boa, perto das atrações principais. O rapaz que nos recebeu era simpático e esteve em contacto connosco, arranjando transfers para o aeroporto. Conseguimos fazer o check-in logo às 9h da manhã. O quarto tinha várias zonas por reparar e o chuveiro não escoava a água, inundando o quarto. A senhora da receção quase não falava inglês. A porta do quarto só abria à décima tentativa. O quarto e o hotel parecem muito melhores nas fotografias.

• Ilka (7/5): - Местоположението В банята сифона беше запушен, нямаше друг сифон извън душ кабината и съответно събраната вода на пода извън душ кабината нямаше къде да се оттича . Не работеше телевизора . Стаята за двама, в която бяхме настанени, е реално стая за един човек, двойното легло почти запълваше цялата стая.

The welcome was extremely kind, and the apartment was cleaned every day with great care. All the amenities worked perfectly — TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi — without any issues. The location is perfect and the view simply breathtaking. All of this can be found in many hotels around the world, but what makes this property truly special is the honesty of the owner. My son had dropped my ring under the sofa and I had forgotten it there. By a fortunate coincidence, the owner happened to be in my city shortly after my vacation in Istanbul and managed to return it to me in person. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for this gesture, because this ring has a very important meaning for me that goes far beyond its monetary value. Thank you again, Aykut. A rare gesture that truly deserves to be highlighted. Highly recommended.

• Илья (6/5): В целом, отель на 3 с плюсом, не стоит своих денег. - Отличное расположение, очень приветливый персонал, связались заранее, дали необходимую информацию. При заселении предложили чай, разрешили оставить багаж при выселении. Нормальная кровать. Есть фен в ванной. Сам номер очень маленький, слышимость через дверь отличная. Чистота номера не на высоте, вообще забыли положить туалетную бумагу, часть освещения в номере не работала. В ванной сломан держатель для полотенец, вылезает из стены душевая штанга для лейки. Плохо работает клапан переключения лейка/душ, пропускает воду. Вечером, около 22 часов, затеяли ремонт, что-то сверлили и стучали. Но прекратили, когда написал администратору.

On se sent vraiment comme chez soi dès l'arrivée. La chambre était propre très confortable . Je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Je mets 5 étoiles direct, rien que parce que le propriétaire est supporter de Galatasaray ! :D

Ми жили на верхньому поверсі у номері з терасою, з видом на вихід на Босфор з Мармурового моря, з легким шумом моря кораблів і криків чайок. З іншої кімнати від був теж дуже цікавий на море і на малу Айя- Софію. Це дуже гарно. Господарь отелю, дуже любʼязний молодий чоловік. Біля отелю купа ресторанів та кафе на любий бюджет. В номері є маленька «нано» кухня, де можна підігріти та приготовити щось легке ( плита, мікрохвильова піч , чайник та холодильник). Для людей з обмеженим рухом верхні номера не підійдуть.

• Oleksii (4/5): Плохо - Расположение, нормальная кровать, было тепло, есть чайник В ванной треснутая плитка во всю стену, Лейка отломана и висит на честном слове, вода в душе одновременно шла и с лейки и из душа сверху , температура воды постоянно скачет, грибок по всей плитке в ванной, персонал не говорит на Английском совсем, цена в букинге не соответствует действительности, было около 180-190 заплатили под 200, оплатить было проблемно нужно было или наличные или физическая карта которая сработала только раз на пятый так как на нфс терминал не среагировал раз на 10, женщина на ресепшене не объясняя просто показывала типо платите хотя наверняка знала что терминал реагирует только на карту, странно что оплата после выселения а не перед или не через букинг вовсе хотя написано что бронь подтверждена деньгами на карте, такая себе шумо изоляция
• Awad (7/5): Just good. - 1- Clean. 2- Friendly staff. 3- Location is good (walking distance from the blue mosque and its surroundings. 1- I booked the luxury room for the view of the mosque and for the bigger room, they gave me a room with view of the opposite direction (facing other similar tiny hotels), I was shocked by the room (if the luxury one is this small, I don’t know how tiny is the basic option). Also be aware that you may not get the view that appears in the photos here in booking. 2- The whole hotel (BTW I don’t think it’s an official hotel), is very tiny, they even placed the reception down in the basement.

• Aneesurahman (8/5): - The property is in a very convenient location — within walking distance to tram routes and surrounded by great restaurants. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the station, though the slope on the way can be a bit steep. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and peaceful. The room was small but well-maintained and comfortable. The host was exceptionally responsive, pleasant, and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The only minor downside is that breakfast isn’t provided, but overall, it was a lovely stay and great value for the location.
• Ioana Adina (8/5): Acceptabil - Mi-a plăcut locația, aproape de restaurante si de Marele Bazar , camera curata, patul mare, gazda foarte amabila Nu mi-a plăcut ca nu am avut un dulap unde sa ne punem hainele, am stat cu hainele in troller , camera mica, AC-ul funcționa doar cand conectam cartela, iar daca eram plecați toata ziua in camera găseam foarte frig, balconul extrem de mic. Încă un aspect care nu tine de hotel, însă sa știți dvs, noi am avut un soc : Duminica dimineața la ora 6:00 se aud foarte puternic rugăciunile turcilor.

• Gabriela (10/5): - Cameră foarte curată, elegantă și utilată cu tot ce este necesar. Situată central foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice. Dacă veniți cu mașina parcarea la locație este puțin dificilă, fiind în centrul Istanbul. Dacă lăsați mașina la locație trebuie să lăsați cheia pt ca parcarea se face pe o străduță care se înfundă și acolo se parchează toate mașinile una după alta, iar în cazul în care unul trebuie să plece trebuie mutate toate mașinile. Mai există o parcare la 5 minute cu plata 400 lire pe zi, foarte ok.
• Mark (8/5): Perfect hideaway/lookout for young couples and v close to historical euro side - The view was amazing, nice on site services and staff. location handy plenty of cafe restraunts bars all within walking distance, shuttle offices to airports nearby as well. The area is near the mosques and public transport links for visiting and museum although its a steep climb uphill to sultanahmet, no problem for younger folks but there isn't any lift in property, taxis are always parked outside in this area though and does not cost that much to simply get you there in a hurry.
• Stano (6/5): Minimal offering. Don’t plan to spend much time in your room. Poor value. There’s better choices. - Located close to the biggest attractions if that’s important to you. Decent shower. Pictures are deceiving. They make the room look much better than reality. Broken bed. Half of the mattress collapsed. Very small room, very small. Had to lay luggage on the floor to get clothes in and out. Key didn’t work. Didn’t hold the charge. Had to request a key daily to get back in my room. Stayed 7 days. You’d think they’d offer a better room especially since they weren’t fully booked. There’s much better choices. When I read the other reviews I’m shocked at how positive some are. I wouldn’t stay again.

• Slav Zahariev (8/5): Great place to stay on budget with your family for a short trip to Istanbul. - Right in the Old City center, close to all sightseeing places, yet on a quite street where you can park your car. Peronnel were very kind and helpful. Close to a mosque. 1st prayer in the day at 5:00 in the mornig was waking whole family up. It was rather shorth, though and you could fall asleep again. I guess it is normal in muslim world, though.

L’appartamento piccolo, nelle foto sembra più spazioso, ma comunque diviso bene, luminoso e con un balcone molto carino. I kit monouso. Pulizia buona ma non eccezionale (l’ultimo giorno volevano riscaldare qualcosa al bambino e ci siamo accorti che c’era un piatto usato nel microonde). Staff cordiale ma… …la cordialità non serve a molto se mancano i servizi essenziali.Appena arrivati di sera ho notato che il flusso di acqua calda non era continuo.Sul momento non ho dato molto peso perché eravamo stanchi dal viaggio e può sempre succedere un momentaneo disservizio. Il giorno successivo con più calma ho controllato meglio l’appartamento.Tralascio il fatto che per il mio gusto ci sono tante piccole imperfezioni, le cose gravi sono l’aeratore del bagno non funzionante e il flusso dell’acqua calda.30/40 secondi di acqua calda e poi acqua fredda.Sempre così.Tutti i giorni a tutti gli orari.Ho fatto notare questi problemi ma mi sono state date risposte evasive o generiche.Ho segnalato il disservizio ben 3 volte su whatsapp e 2 in reception.Niente.Il giorno prima di partire mi viene proposto un cambio di camera ma ho declinato visto il poco tempo rimasto.Ho pagato più di 100 euro a notte e l’acqua calda era il minimo.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel truly at home. We arrived early in the morning, around 7 a.m., although the regular check-in time was at 2 p.m. The staff kindly made every effort to prepare our room by 8 a.m., so we didn’t have to wait in the car. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and we appreciated it very much. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay with exceptional people. We will definitely come back!
