- charline (1/5): - Très mauvaise expérience, pratiques abusives et inacceptables Dans cet établissement que je connaissais déjà (c’était ma 6ᵉ venue dans cet hôtel du centre du Caire). J’ai réservé 2 nuits via Booking sous le nom Hotel KMT, réservation confirmée. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert que l’établissement n’opère plus sous ce nom et s’appelle désormais KMT Collection Hostel, tout en restant référencé sur Booking sous l’ancien nom. Malgré la réservation confirmée, aucune chambre n’était disponible. Aucune solution sérieuse ne m’a été proposée sur place. J’ai été contrainte d’annuler la réservation et de payer des frais d’annulation de 24$, alors que l’erreur vient exclusivement de l’établissement. Maintenir l’annonce sous l’ancien nom tout en refusant les clients relève de pratiques trompeuses, voire illégales. Un signalement a été effectué auprès de la police touristique. C’est honteux de traiter les voyageurs de cette manière. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement et invite les voyageurs à être extrêmement vigilants.

- Sergey (5/5): - Забронировал и оплатил делюкс, попытались обдурить и заселить в номер подешевле. После вопроса заселили в тот номер, который оплатил. Сам номер хорош, вполне комфортный с балконом, который выходит на улицу. Кому-то будет шумно, но это Каир, здесь много где шумно и я такой искал. Потолки очень высокие, как два этажа, и мебель комфортная и гармоничноя, очень чисто. Номер очень понравился. Тем кому надо без шума, можно брать номер без выхода на улицу. Персонал нечестный и корыстный. Завтрак был включен, но на третий день давать его без чаевых перестали, даже после просьбы. А почему я должен давать чаевые, если они сразу пытались обмануть. В конце-концов это мое дело давать чаевые или нет, завтрак-то был оплачен. Врочем всерьез, конечно, не огорчился, здесь в Египте много где так, можно сказать норма. Но оценку поставлю ниже. Номер 10 звезд, отношение 1 звезда, вместе - 5 звезд.

- Dmitrii (4/5): unlivable because of the bedbugs infestation - Location is nice The room looks nice and clean at first glance but the mattress was infested with bedbugs (see the next section). 1. the bed was infested with bedbugs and I've got bitten by them several times. It's absolutely unacceptable, they can get into your stuff and infest your home, and it's a very difficult to get rid of them. 2. There were problems with WiFi: there was a qr code on the wall containing the network name and password, but this network was unstable having no internet connection most of the time. There were different networks available, but no password for them provided. I could get it only at the reception, which is not convenient. 3. The breakfast was quite meagre.

- Chloe (7/5): Bien - Chambre correspond au photo (malgré les lumières au plafond qui manque mais c’est pas l’essentiel) Petit frigo même si la propreté n’est pas celle espérer Beaucoup de rangement Serviette, gel douche , savon et shampoing Sèche cheveux , table à repasser en libre service On peut faire une machine pour 20le ( nous elle été en panne mais bon sa arrive ) Petit déjeuner Plutôt bien situer , à 20 min à pied du métro Ascenseur (mais pas adapter au fauteuil roulant car il y a des escaliers avant de l’atteindre) Pas mal de restaurant fast-food à proximité Ainsi que pas mal de magasins Assez compliqué à trouvé au troisième étage d’un bâtiment avec d’autres hôtel à chaque étage escalier en assez mauvais état ( beaucoup de saleté ) Wifi capte pas dans la chambre sauf dans les parties communes (et encore)donc obliger de sortir Petit dej à partir de 9h donc beaucoup trop tard pour commencer les visites au final on en a profiter que le dernier jour Et il faut le demander sinon il ne le prépare pas ce n’est pas un self tu n’as pas le choix et aucune boisson ni thé ni café ni jus ni même de l’eau

- Keith (7/5): - Location is great and the room is very clean. They did not have the room I reserved. I was put in a noisy room next to the reception area. The fridge did not work. No compensation was offered, so I canceled the remainder of my stay.

- Abd alrhman (1/5): - تعامل سئ لا انصح به نهائيا المصعد الاول كان معطل والمدخل والسلم مش نظيف نهائي اعطونا غرفه غير الي حجرتها الموظفه الاول قالت إن فيه ناس دخلت الغرفه وبعدين رجعت قالت دي صيانه والمسؤول قال بيجي ويحل المشكله وبيوفر الغرفه ورجع بعد ساعه قال لا هي مش متوفره مفيش حد من النزلاء موجود علشان تغير الغرف معاه وقال تلغي الحجز وخد الفلوس لو عاوز تعامل سئ جدا جدا لا انصح به نهايا

- B A (1/5): - Full of bedbugs i have pictures and videos and they did nothing about it. Rude staff and they keep smoking cigarettes inside the hostel all the time and drink coffee instead of cleaning the rooms from the bedbugs and respect us for paying to stay there which doesn't make sense!

- Martina (8/5): - Very comfy dorm bed, staff was welcoming. I arrived at 4 am but it was no problem. Location is good. No locker in dorm room, staff didnt show me the blanket so i was cold at night. Some other guest in dorm started talking on the phone from 7 am onwards. Breakfast could be improved.
