• Fábio (8/5): - A piscina é boa, na frente do lago. Bem bonito. O restaurante que fica dentro do hotel é ótimo, com pratos super bem servidos. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. O quarto é pequeno e um pouco velho. Da pra escutar o quarto ao lado com facilidade. Isso deve ter sido horrível para os nossos "vizinhos", já que estávamos com nosso filho de 9 meses, que chorou algumas vezes à noite.
• cesar (10/5): Un lugar familiar y maravilloso al cual queremos retornar - Es un lugar maravilloso, tiene una vista al lago espectacular, cuenta con acceso privado a la playa, tiene una muy buena infraestructura, un muy buen restaurante y ademas una piscina climatizada perfecta, bajo techo y con salida exterior, con una vista increible y que funciona hasta las 22 hrs. El acceso al estacionamiento es un poco complejo y dificil. Es una bajada muy pronunciada, y el espacio para maniobrar es reducido, sobretodo para vehiculos grandes. Pero nada que haga perder el encanto del lugar.

• clarisa (10/5): - el hotel es un sueño! la ubicación perfecta , a 15 minutos del centro, pero lo suficientemente alejado para que no se escuche mas que el lago y los pájaros durante el día y la noche. el personal todos amables, dispuestos, y amorosos. el restorán del hotel es un 10, comimos casi todas las noches ahí , es rico y en comparación a otros lugares bien de precio. la vista desde la habitación te hacer sentir que estas en un barco! es muy hermoso! fuimos de luna de miel y fue un lugar perfecto. volveremos sin dudas!!

Fuimos a las 9:30 y el desayuno terminaba 10:30 y no había jamón, queso, huevo, platos, posillos para cereal… no había nada!!! Le dije al único niño que atendía ahí y enojado fue a buscar solo 2 posillos. Le tuve que ir a avisar a la niña de recepción que era mucho más amable y gracias a ella pudimos comer el pan con jamón.

Considerando que el establecimiento ofrece servicios de spa y cuenta con piscina, resulta fundamental que disponga de secadores para batas y toallas. Si la elección del alojamiento está orientada a experiencias de relajación como el uso de agua climatizada o sauna, es imprescindible garantizar condiciones adecuadas de higiene y secado de las prendas utilizadas. La ausencia de estos elementos impacta negativamente en la comodidad y satisfacción del cliente.

• Brenda (9/5): Amei! Voltaria com certeza - O hotel é lindo, equipe educada e simpática, a vista é deslumbrante. Fica a uns 13 min de distância do centro, bem tranquilo para ir e vir, com boas opções de restaurantes perto. O cafe da manhã é bom, mas talvez poderia ter mais variedade.

• Juan Francisco (7/5): Estuvo bien - La ubicación y la vista es lo mejor del hotel. Desprolijo en cuanto a que tenía puesto un secador de piso al salir a la pileta., no debe ocurrir eso. Por otro lado, en cuanto a las habitaciones (la mia fue la 12) que interiormente están bien, nada del otro mundo, pero si muy incómodas las almohadas que no son las normales rectangulares, son alargadas y más finitas que de costumbre y esto no las hace cómodas. El resto Ok.

• Patricio (9/5): Estadía tranquila con una vista espectacular - Las instalaciones en general, sobre todo la piscina temperada que cumplió 100%, además del sauna y jacuzzi. También el restorant Cuchara, en donde la comida y atención fue excelente. Por otro lado, la vista privilegiada al lago desde las habitaciones, piscina y reposeras dando un toque de tranquilidad total para un relajo total. Deberían tener en cuenta 2 cosas por mejorar: 1.- Los colchones de las camas son un poco duros, deberían ser más blandos y cómodos. 2.- Tener un poco más de variedad en el desayuno Buffet.
• Antoinette (5/5): Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht weiter. - Die Lage und der Blick auf den See war sehr schön. Das Personal hat zum Teil nicht mal gegrüsst und war arrogant. Statt den Gast willkommen zu heissen, wurden ständig Verbote ausgesprochen. Beim Frühstück wurde um die Gäste herum der Boden gewischt. Da wir am letzten Tag früh abreisen mussten wegen dem Weiterflug, wurde uns ein kleines Frühstück vorgeschlagen. Als wir im Frühstücksraum erschienen, war kein Mensch da und nichts bereit. Im Zimmer ist nur ein Fan und keine Klimaanlage. Beim Fön weiss man nicht wann er den Geist aufgibt. Zudem war es verboten, im Zimmer zu essen. Nicht dass wir das gemacht hätten aber so war es geschrieben. Das Fitnessstudio ist klein und schlecht ausgestattet. Wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Todo fue impecable... el personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones cómodas y súper limpias, y las vistas realmente hermosas. La ubicación es ideal, a solo 10 minutos del centro, y en la mayoría de las excursiones nos pasaban a buscar directamente por el hotel al estar sobre la ruta. Además, el restaurante Cuchara merece una mención especial, por la calidez del personal y la calidad de la comida que es un diez! Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía y sin dudas volveríamos. Lo único a destacar como punto de mejora es que el servicio de cable no funcionaba del todo bien, los canales se veían entrecortados y no había opciones de apps como YouTube o Netflix para compensar eso. No es algo que cambie mi excelente opinión sobre el hotel, pero sería un gran plus que en el futuro modernicen los televisores a smartv, o sumarles chromecast a las que ya estan, para poder disfrutar mejor los momentos de descanso en la habitación!

• Fernando (9/5): Beautiful views in a confortable hotel with friendly staff. - Sol del Nahuel is a nice hotel located ver Nahuel Huapi Lake with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready for any questions or needs. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a good mattress and pillow. The bathroom is comfortable and complete. The entrance at the hotel by car is complicated because of traffic in the highway.

She answered all our many questions, tried to book a massage for me (sadly, the timings didn't work), and asked us each day if we wanted a reservation for dinner. In addition, she went out of her way to find an airport transfer for us, when their local taxi company was fully booked. Truly excellent service.
• Anna (1/5): Extremely Disappointed - We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Sol de Nahuel. During our stay we felt that we were an inconvenience to the staff when asking for things such as ice for an injury and whether they offered laundry. We did finally organize laundry, but when we hadn’t heard whether it was ready by late the next day and checked in on it, we were handed a bag of wet clothing back and told “it was ready a while ago”. We then had to scramble to try and dry our clothes in time for our flight the next morning and avoid mildew. Despite having numerous signs in English indicating that they expect some English speaking guests, the staff seemed annoyed and unwilling to work with our attempts at Spanish and use of translating apps. They continued to speak in extremely fast Spanish each time we dealt with them, seemingly surprised we had not drastically improved in our Spanish since the last conversation, at one point becoming so frustrated at our attempts to understand that the receptionist raised her voice. The rooms are dingy and it is clear have not had a deep clean in a while, with stained towels and walls and grime in the bathroom. We booked this hotel due to the beautiful looking pool area, but decided not to swim after seeing the how poorly cleaned everything was. Our room was directly below the restaurant, leading us to be kept awake until late by the scrapping of tables and chairs and woken early by breakfast service. It’s obvious that this property is a restaurant first and hotel second and guests are treated accordingly. We unfortunately lost one of our electronic hotel keys during our stay, leading to an unexpected $10,000 ARS charge that we were not told about at check in. We have stayed in countless hotels and can honestly say this is the first time we have been charged for a lost key. During our stay in Bariloche it became obvious that there are a number of hotels in the area. I would strongly suggest considering another one of these hotels for your stay.

• Krisztian (10/5): Perfect stay in Bariloche - Would rate this hotel 12 out of 10 if possible. Service of staff was exceptional. Room size and view were amazing. Restaurant on-site was very good. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were warm in the winter and our kids loved them. Sauna was nice to relax after a day of skiing. No extra charge for spa facilities. Highly recommend.

En mucho hoteles sí lo hacen. El dueño muy amable y pendiente del huésped.
