- NAOKO (8/5): シャワー、トイレの水圧◎ - 環境への配慮の為に歯ブラシやスリッパが無いのは問題無し。シャワー室にあるのが、オールインワン（体も髪もこれで洗うようです。私は未使用）だけなのも大丈夫。ですが、洗面台にハンドソープが無いのは思ったより不便でした。これが改善されるともっと良いと思います。スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、たどたどしい日本語で歓迎の気持ちを伝えてくださり、こちらも嬉しかったです。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらったのですが、その時に引き換えの紙などはくれずに口約束な感じでしたので少し不安でした（苦笑）。ですが、部屋はきれいですし立地も比較的良いので、また利用したいです。

- YUJI (8/5): - 2部屋予約しました。 設備や部屋の間取りが違うのは当然だと思うのですが、冷蔵庫が冷えない部屋だったり、シャワーとトイレが一緒になっていて、仕切りがないため水浸しになり、少し慣れない環境だった。 部屋は清潔で、スタッフの方も親切でした。

Our friend had bed bugs all over her legs and the hotel refused to offer a refund when we left the hotel to find another one. Do NOT book this hotel or with Hotel.com who also refused to offer a full refund for the stress and tear and trouble that the travelers all suffered.
- junyoung (10/5): 단점과 장점이 같은 호텔 - 단점부터 말씀드리면, 역과의 거리는 조금 있습니다. 그래서 걸어다닐 경우 다리가 아픕니다. 장점은 역시 거리가 있어서 길 거리를 거닐며 풍경을 볼 수 있어서 운치있고 너무 좋았습니다. 시설도 좋고, 깔끔했습니다. 접대원의 서비스는 아주 훌륭했고 편안했습니다.

And we wish the common area could be used a lot longer at night. Good hotel for those that are in a mid budget. Also quite accessible to a lot of buses.

- takayuki (6/5): - 9/19〜3泊しました。 何せ狭い。 清潔感はありましたが、水回りがあまり使いやすい仕様ではなかったです。トイレはウォシュレットが付いていましたが、部屋に近すぎ。また、部屋のクリーニングは毎日ロビー言いに行かないとしてもらえません。 部屋には無料のお水があり、ロビーにコーヒーやクッキーが置いてあり無料でいただけます。

- Eo-Jin (10/5): Good value for money - Nice central hotel with good value for money. It would have been nice for the check in staff to ask which language I’d prefer for the information sheet rather than assume I want it in Korean. The staff seemed a little abrupt and rude at first but warmed up in the end. In general, I appreciate the language barrier, but kindness and hospitality can still be conveyed through good attitude and friendly behaviour. Would stay again if I were back in the area.

Hotel should do more clean because i found hair on the floor and dust on the fridge. In case of amenities, hotel should give all rooms in day by day. The price is reasonable and staffs are quite good in service and communication. If you can't accept the noisy, please leave this hotel.

Although they are professional, they lack of service mind and hospitality. The male staffs talked a bad things behind our back. We are not local but my friend is able to understand Chinese. I would rate 5 stars if the hotel staffs are improved for their attitude.

Somehow this hotel directly charged us in Taiwanese currency (not by Expedia in USD) so you better use any credit card that doesn’t charge any foreign transaction fee.

- Sai (4/5): - I was very unhappy with my stay. I booked 6 nights at this property in a bedroom with a window. Turns out the window was facing the concrete facade of the neighbouring building (it was about 2 metres away from the window). If felt suffocating and like a coffin. I paid a premium price because i wanted to have a window, yet the single window was facing a wall and it was very dark in the room. Will not return to this hotel
- Yong Khang (10/5): - The host at the lobby was really really friendly and always made sure we were having a good time and a good stay. They asked about our itinerary and recommended us places to visit or food to try even outside of Taipei area, according to our itinerary. Chilling at the lobby area truly felt like home with how welcoming they were. The stay at the room was also really comfortable, it had a great shower and a really comfortable bed.
- JEONG YOUL (10/5): 가성비 좋고 교통이 편리한 숙소 - 출장으로 5박, 가성비 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 이 호텔에서 조식, 청소는 제공되지 않지만 필요한 만큼 수건 교체가 가능합니다. 카운터 옆 식사 공간에서 원두 커피, 시원한 녹차음료(냉장고)가 무상 제공되며 본인이 가져온 음식을 먹을 수 있습니다. (컵라면을 위한 100도 물과 젓가락, 휴지, 컵, 접시 등도 제공) 침대는 편했고 온수는 잘나왔습니다. 방마다 냉장고가 있습니다. TV는 150개 넘는 채널이 있고 그중 TVN에서 우리 방송을 보실 수 있습니다. 친절한 직원의 안내와 서비스가 좋았습니다. 약간의 한국어를 구사하시는 분도 계시니 참고하시길...

- Kai Yu (10/5): 整體不錯，可再預訂。 - 預訂前無任何評分評價，所以一試。旅館於大廈內其中幾層樓，每層約35間房間，大部分房應該無窗，房間環境良好夠大，要讚花灑水壓夠強，唯新冠疫情，如要每日執房+補給用品需電話按9通知服務員。每層有洗衣機(特定時間+免費)，3樓為check in地方，只有8-11有工作人員，門口有自助chevk in機，15分鐘內到台北車站/台大醫院捷運/西門町/總統府一帶，整體不錯，可再預訂。
