• Maria Elena (9/5): Muy satisfecha - La verdad que el amfitrión se porte muy bien, super agradable, hablaba bastante inglés y lo que me sorprendió nos dio una botella de agua sin ningún requisito. Si que es verdad que solo quiere que pagemos el apartamento con efectivo, pero él nos lo facilito todo para poder pagarlo. La ubicación es excelente, lo único que hay bastante cuesta, pero vale la pena porque es centrico. En la zona hay bastante cuestas, y por la noche da mucho que pensar, pero nada del otro mundo. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Dopo due giorni ci hanno pulito la stanza e ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Stanza un po’ piccola ma fedele alle foto. Nonostante il cantiere di fronte alla struttura non abbiamo avvertito alcun rumore. Posizione abbastanza centrale.
• Agnieszka (8/5): Gute Lage und super für mehrere Personen nutzbar - Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage her top. Restaurants sind fussläufig unter 1 Minute erreichbar. Auch sonst hat man gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Wir waren mit 7 Personen da, dafür war sie top ausgestattet. Jeder hatte quasi ein Zimmer samt WC mit Dusche für sich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht so gut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet.

Letti comodi, bagno funzionale con spazi ottimizzati. Tetti un po' bassi e scale strette (ma c'è un comodo ascensore).
• Viorel Andrei (1/5): A total nightmare - Nothing To start from the beginning, this place is super-duper ancient. The door was made of old wood and was barely holding together. The hotel is tucked away in some alleys with absolutely no view whatsoever—wherever you looked, all you saw was another dilapidated building. To make matters worse, there was a construction site right across from us, and they worked until late, sometimes even until 10 PM... In the room, the TV was not a Smart TV, so you couldn't connect to watch Netflix; they only had about 10 cable channels, all in Turkish. On the nightstand, there was a lamp that I couldn't even turn on because there wasn't a single outlet anywhere near it... I guess it was just there for decor, to match the one on the other side of the bed (which actually worked). The room was so poorly insulated that we could hear people talking two hallways away. The air conditioning was broken—even on the highest setting, the temperature in the room remained exactly the same after 15 minutes. The bathroom was a total disaster. The shower head was broken, so I had to unscrew it and wash myself using just the hose because water wouldn't go through the nozzle. After I somehow managed to shower, I noticed a plastic, louvered window right inside the shower cabin. It was purely for show, because even when you closed it, the cold air would just blow right through. To be fair, basic cleaning was okay—towels were changed, the bed was made, and the trash was taken out—but there are just way too many technical and maintenance flaws in this hotel...

Днем на террасе жарко, но из-за рабочих нельзя открыть окно. Вид на море только с одного стула. Если живёте на 4-м этаже - там работает механизм лифта над ухом! Очень громко! Это надо указать в описании номера с террасой! Нет кухонных принадлежностей, кухонный шкаф разваливается. На кухне нет горячей воды. Ванные комнаты с очень низким потолком.

Вода горячая всегда. Есть чайник и пакетики чая. 2 дня из 3 вечером отключали свет На лестнице можно было ноги сломать. Хотя бы аккумуляторные фонари повесили над ступенями И ещё в этом отеле запрещено приводить гостей. Даже на 15 мин. Хотя по международным правилам гости имеют право находиться у постояльца отеля до 23-00. Вынуждена была с детьми встречаться на улице.
• Daniel (5/5): Great staff, clean, bare-minimum quality apartments. - The staff and hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Also quick to respond to emails. The place itself is small, dimly lit and not super welcoming. The apartment was bare-minimum everything. Ok for us, but more akin to a 2/3-star motel. Cheap beds, low ceilings, bad lighting, tiny bathrooms, bare-minimum kitchen. It's fine for just spending the night, but I'd look for something nicer if you plan to stay indoors at all.
• Kasumi (8/5): - トラムが２路線使え、利便性が良かった。部屋も大きく、清潔で良かった。 フロントがどこにあるか分からず、行ったらドアに鍵がかかっていたので戸惑った。気付いて出てきてくれたので良かった。 あと、スタッフからwifi 以外の説明がなく、４日ほどいたが、掃除もなくごみもそのままだった。あれは個人で片付けるのか。。 キッチンの道具はあるが、ケトル以外に家電がなく、結局何もできなかった。 電子レンジやコンロなど部屋においてほしい あと、ほぼ毎日停電数時間程度するので、充電やお風呂は早めがおすすめです。

• Tolga (10/5): - Burada yaklaşık bir ay yalnız kalan bir kadın olarak kendimi güvende hissettim. Benim için en önemli kriter bu oldu. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, her zaman ulaşılabilir biri oluyor. Oda gayet temiz ve güvenliydi. Ayrıca rezervasyon yaparken kayıt yapılan misafir disinda da biri kalamiyor, yani bir aile oteli olması da çok güzel. Konumu da çok merkezi. Terasta ve üst katta ortak mutfaklar var.Bu aslında cok buyuk bir avantaj fakar diğer misafirlerin yemek kokulari bazen rahatsiz edebiliyor.

• Lee-Ann (10/5): Close to old town on foot, everything else easy to get to, would happily stay again - Perfect 3 bedroom apartment for a stay with 2 teenage boys. Good sized rooms and plenty of hot water, very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helped us with organising transfers, tasty food delivery late at night and general advice. Used uber taxis for some of stay and had 2 tours arranged that collected us as hotel was so central. Did a walking tour to old town places too, mostly flat and easy 15min walk to hippodrome, Blue mosque etc., easy walk back from bazaar too. Feels like a busy part of town, old narrow roads etc but was assured by 2 guides that I could safely walk anywhere around the hotel at night as a woman, felt very safe. Despite busy streets, the hotel rooms were really quiet. Was perfect for our needs, in terms of accommodation and location All good

• Takagi (5/5): 安宿 - 安食堂が近くにあったり、スーツケースがなければ、駅近でスルタンアフメトモスクやグランドバザールへスムーズに移動できるのはよかった。スーパーも近くにあり日用品を購入するにはちょうどでした。クリーニング店もあり洗濯にも困らないです。 シャワーの温水の水量が少なく疲れが取れなかった。シャンプーも髪がガシガシになるので、出身国から持っていくことを勧めます。また、宿に行くまでにスーツケースだと道が石畳でガタガタなので、スムーズに移動はできないので、ここに泊まるならタクシーで送迎を強く推奨します。ホテルの周りは道が日本に比べて狭いですし、狭い道にトラックを始め、車が結構やってくるので、用心して歩かないといけない。個人的にはヒルトンとか泊まれるならそちらを推奨です。

When the air conditioner is turned on, it becomes warm, so it is not a big problem.

• GUSTAVO (8/5): - La ubicación es relativamente buena al mercado central. El personal es amable y te ayuda con las diferentes actividades. Está lleno de restaurantes de todo tipo (locales e internacionales) al lado del hotel. La calefacción no existe es sólo un aire acondicionado que echa calor. No está bien aislado y entra mucho frío por las ventanas. El invierno es muy duro en Turquía y las condiciones en la habitación no eran ideales para combatirlo

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The convenient check-in process made it easy for us after a tiring journey. I would highly recommend Grey House Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. You cannot go wrong with the price, it was affordable and sensible. I don’t think you would find anything cheaper and even if you do, you wouldn’t find anything better value for money. Straight five stars from me! Everything exceeded my expectations, I loved everything!

The room was clean and overall the stay was acceptable The Wi-Fi is clearly not suitable for anyone who needs to work. While it worked fine on my phone (only at the lobby), it was almost unusable on my laptop, both in the room (4th floor) and in the lobby. This caused significant stress as I was unable to reliably join work meetings. In 2025, a stable internet connection for laptops should be a basic service, not an extra. This is a serious area the hotel needs to improve
