• Bastian (7/5): - Bei offenem Fenster war es laut, da das Gebäude an einer größeren Straße liegt. Es gab kein Personal vor Ort. Die Gegend schien ein bisschen runtergekommen, man ist aber relativ schnell im Zentrum.
• Carolin (10/5): Süsses kleines Zimmer und toller Host. - Einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und trotzdem nahe am Zentrum. Ein sehr netter Host. Ich habe eine ganze Liste mit verschiedenen Restaurant und Sightseeing Tipps bekommen.

The self check in process was very smooth thanks to the detailed instructions and the host also sent very detailed recommendations and advice on how to spend a day in Naples. Nothing!

• Karen (8/5): - The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very functional. The entrance/courtyard leading up to the room is a bit rough and has odor, but this is left behind once you enter the property.

Fantastic location! - Communication with the host : Renato takes pride in the rooms he rents (lovely style, very clean, enough towels, lovely liquid soap to wash). There are three bedrooms with private bathroom for each room with a communal kitchen for tea and coffee in the accommodation. Renato looks after his customers very well. We haven't met him personally but he responds to your WhatsApp messages very quickly and is very helpful. Very clean place and very comfortable bed. Location: 20 MN stroll to the main attractions. In the communal kitchen, you can only have tea and coffee (provided by the host. Really nice and appreciated). No food allowed. I would have liked to be able to have a light breakfast there (eg cereals and milk in the morning) . A non smelly food with a note from the host: please leave the place clean as you find it and be quiet so that you respect others.

• alida (9/5): Fijne accomodatie met superhost - De locatie is op loopafstand van het historisch centrum. De kamer was ruim en alles was superschoon. In de gemeenschappelijke ruimte was koffie en thee beschikbaar. De host hebben we niet ontmoet maar alles was heel goed geregeld en hij was via telefoon en WhatsApp goed bereikbaar en heel erg behulpzaam. Eigenlijk niks. Alleen het bed vond ik wat minder prettig. Het was wat onstabiel.

In direkter Nähe gibt es Cafés und Supermärkte. Mit dem Alibus vom Flughafen zum Bahnhof ist das Appartement ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

Do dyspozycji gości lodówka, ekspres do kawy, czajnik do parzenia herbaty. I to co nie mniej istotne - bardzo uczynny i pomocny właściciel. Żadne pytanie nie pozostało bez odpowiedzi. Reagował natychmiast, gdy potrzebna była pomoc. Życzliwe wsparcie przez cały pobyt.

• Susana (9/5): volvería a Florita sin dudarlo y recomiendo este alojamiento - La atención del anfitrión es excelente Ubicación : muy próxima al centro histórico (caminando, en unos minutos) Muy limpio Camas muy cómodas y mobiliario nuevo y muy agradable Se trata de una zona próxima al centro histórico y por ello , la primera impresión de la calle no es la de una zona moderna Pero al conocerla , resulta muy agradable, con muchas opciones de desayuno y comida/cena Desplazamiento a pie a muchas de interés lo(catedral, museo arqueológico, …… , estación de metro, estación central ….) Para usar el ascensor es necesario disponer de 10 céntimos
• Paul Leonid (10/5): A short stay that exceeded expectations – spotless, modern, and incredibly helpful hosts. - I only stayed for one night, but everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – truly a 5-star experience. I didn’t meet the hosts in person, but they were incredibly attentive through messages, checking if I was comfortable and providing me with lots of useful information. Even though I was a bit slow to reply due to a cold, they were patient and kind. Highly recommended! I liked everything about it.

• Peggy (6/5): Florita is an affordable option for Naples, but I can’t say I would recommend it. - We wanted to be in the historic center and Florita is definitely that. Easy walk to sites and museums, and to cafes and a fantastic pizzeria OWAP one minute away. It’s not a touristy area which means it’s noisy and authentic Naples. We felt safe and our room was very quiet. Renato was incredibly helpful and though we never met, you couldn’t ask for a more attentive manager. The rules about not using the kitchen are strange. The place was difficult to find. The bed was large but extremely firm, not comfortable for me.

The room was cosy safe and inviting with a lovely kitchen area to enjoy coffee and tea. Quiet safe and owners always available with helpful information.

Room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Nice to have a fridge in there. I am Most Grateful for the host Renato. He’s so responsive, friendly, accommodating, helpful and kind! He informs me about Bus #182 to the airport and to buy the ticket first. In addition, gave me all the tips about restaurants, what to do and how to get there. Will definitely return to Napoli! We stayed only one night, so we didn’t get to explore much, but it seems like a great local area less touristy and very authentic, which we really liked. The host was super kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It was a bit tricky to find the place at first, so it’s worth completing the online check-in before arriving but once we got there, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🌸

La situacion del hotel era muy buena para empezar el tour desde el norte y los anfitriones muy atentos a todo. La verdad esq todo estuvo muy bien.

• Andreas (9/5): alles wunderbar - sauber, komfortabel, alles da… die grosse Strasse queren und man ist bereits mittendrin in der Altstadt. Die Via Fuori ist eine der meist befahrenen Straßen der Altstadt, 4-spurig, sehr laut und sehr hektisch, komplett ohne Verkehrsregeln, aber im Appartement bekommt man davon nichts mit. Der Gastgeber hatte tolle Tipps für uns und seine Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren prima. Zur U-Bahn etwa 600m, ging auch mit großem Koffer zu Fuss ohne Probleme.
• Stomaci (5/5): - Il palazzo era vecchio rientrare o uscire di sera non è alquanto sicuro poiché sotto al portone e lungo la strada buia di accesso erano presenti gruppi di persone diciamo strane.Nella camera la pulizia era solo di poca facciata( coperta utilizzata più e più volte tutta macchiata,frigorifero che x quanto il ghiaccio non entrava nemmeno una tavoletta e sporco, la tenda sganciata e sporca).

• Karin (8/5): - De kamer is ruim en prettig ingericht. Daarnaast kan je gebruik maken van de koffie en theehoek. Ook de ligging van de kamer is fijn ten opzichte van alle bezienswaardigheden. Tot slot hadden we fijn contact met de host en hebben we leuke tips gekregen voor zowel een wandelroute als restaurants.

• Clara (10/5): Hermoso! - Todo por dentro, hermoso el departamento, bien completo, y con todo lo que necesitabas. No llegamos a estar más que unas horas pero daba gusto poder quedarse varios días. Renato súper atento a todos los detalles y ayudando con todo. La entrada al edificio, está muy deteriorado el patio interior y olía muy mal. Había que pagar para usar el ascensor y no teníamos monedas así que tuvimos que subir por escaleras
• Karen (10/5): A lovely oasis of calm; spotlessly clean, stylish decor and very comfortable - This property is exactly as shown in the photographs and as described. It does not disappoint. It is scrupulously clean and the decor is stylish. The check in and access procedures were smooth and trouble free and our host (though remote) was attentive and responsive throughout our stay, even allowing some flexibility in terms of leaving luggage. Wonderful place. A real oasis of calm after the hustle and bustle of Naples. Don’t be put off by the entrance (which I admit I was, at first) the room and apartment itself is absolutely lovely… faultless in fact.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et encore mieux que sur les photos, le tout très propre. L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein centre de Naples, dans un quartier sécurisé. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci avec la climatisation, mais le propriétaire s’est déplacé immédiatement et a trouvé une solution. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Ras

• Laure (10/5): Parfait - Chambre magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse. Nous avons n'avons pas vu les propriétaire mais ils étaient joignables via whatsapp et très prévenant. L'entrée du bâtiment et les 10 cts pour prendre l'ascenseur.
• Leone (10/5): Peaceful and clean - Florita was clean, comfortable and quite. The room was well equipped for a few nights stay. We enjoyed the location. It was a quiet at night, nice cheap cafes for the morning and had some lovely little gems close by such as the botanical garden, and is close to the metro station. The self check in was amazing as our flight got in really late, the host communicated everything very well and stayed in touch throughout our stay. They recommended places to eat and see. I would recommend for short city break stay. I liked everything, it was good value for money. The only thing of note is that there was no door to the bathroom but that didn’t really bother us.

• Valentin (10/5): Tökéletes választás minden szempontból. - Rendkívül segítőkész és kedves tulajdonosok. Folyamatosan érdeklődtek hogy érezzük magunkat a szálláson, a városban.Teljesen felszerelt szállás és teljes mértékben tiszta és igényes.Csak ajánlani tudom. Nem volt olyan, ami nem tetszett.

• Amanda (7/5): Good - The rooms were clean and well kept. We had some trouble getting inside the building using the provided link and parking is hard. They have a deal with a parking spot nearby but they require you to leave your keys which we didn't want to do. Also, the exterior of the building is pretty rough.
• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Comfortable room with large bed and a very comfortable en suite. Good location surrounded by good restaurants. Friendly staff, albeit all done remotely. Kitchen sink was weirdly unavailable. Between the huge lights on the AC, a strange green light above the bathroom door, and the TV standby light that I couldn't turn off, the room wasn't as dark as I'd like it to have been during the night. Windows are not very soundproof.
