- Seamus (10/5): - The hotel is ideal for people flying in or out of suvarnabhumi airport, also a place to enjoy a nice stay outside the main city, the hotel is up a quiet alley way. The rooms are clean and well laid out with a balcony. Breakfast is great and food in the restaurant is lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Swimming pool is great for everyone, a lovely place to relax around the pool. I would stay here again and hopefully soon
- emmet (8/5): - This place seems to be recrntly refurbished, everything seems new or recently painted. Much improved on similar hotel on site used by me some years ago. Quick check in, helpful staff, good shower, good wifi. Simple breakfast but good. Nice swimming pool. Lots of food and shopping closeby. Room was clean and comfortable, however i could hear people in next room very clearly through locked connecting door. I was too tired for it to be a big problem.

The bathroom smelt badly of stale urine. Food scraps and plates were left outside our door from previous guests from the time of check in until we left and because of the heat and humidity also smelt badly.

It has a lovely breakfast buffet and extensive menu for lunch and dinner (it might be time to replace the actual menus though - they look a little worse for wear). My hotel room was clean, spacious, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool. I would have loved a nightstand, but no big deal. If I were to need an airport hotel again flying through Bangkok, I would book a room here again.

- Stephen (4/5): - 1. Almost directly under the heavy jets landing at BKK definate noise. 2. Breakfast expensive by Thai standards and CRAP by any other standards. 3. When I asked about taxi to downtown the desk was quick to assist, but when I got a metered taxi back to hotel I discovered the hotel had charged Three Times the Rate. 4. They have no laundry services. 5. No security preventing a street person from accessing your room door. 6.Only 2 power outlets in the room if you want to use a computer on the balcony you will need a 5 meter cord. 7. No microwave. 8. No real security on sliding balcony door, latch would easily unlock from outside. 9. Inadaquate walkway lighting with many tripping hazards. 10. Location so remote from attractions any thoughts on savings on room is eaten by transportation. Nothing within walking distance, or hikeing distance for that matter.

- Andy (8/5): Reliable airport transfer service - Arrived at the airport, had a little trouble finding the pickup counter. It's at level 2 between gate 3 and 4. I went outside but it's actually located inside the terminal. Many airport staff there to assist you. Tell them when is the grand BS shuttle arrival time, they would call and give you an estimate. Once the transfer arrive, one of the staffs will escort you to the shuttle. Would come stay again.

Receptionist had an attitude and when I asked her if there were any good areas for food nearby she rolled her eyes and said there is a 7/11 up the street - awesome thanks. Told her I'd do the 9:30am shuttle the following morning. Room was small but fine for what it was - there was a cockroach in the room. Slept fine and woke up and got a confirmation call the shuttle was at 9:30am so I rushed to get my stuff packed and get thru a quick breakfast. Didn't want to miss my shuttle so didn't really enjoy the breakfast. However when I went to the reception to be picked up at 9:30am - surprise the shuttle was full and I'd have to take the next one. Not the best experience overall but for a short stay near the airport (12-15 min ride) it is what it is.

There were great markets so that we could enjoy our last evenings of Thai food and we found a massage place that we could walk to. Locals are very nice and accommodating. The shuttle to the hotel was a blessing and was on time. Again a good place for anyone who might need to stay close to the airport.

Terrible terrible hotel and I did try to change rooms but apparently none available. One lock in the door and no safety lock despite anyone having access from outside as it’s more like a motel than a hotel! STAY AWAY

- martin (10/5): Ideal for our requirements - We booked this hotel as it was close to BKK and after along flight from London we just wanted to get to a hotel quickly, which we did. The rooms and pool are good, there is a 7eleven near by, our evening meal was good but breakfast was a bit limited. I would definately stay here again if I was after a hotel near to the airport.

Swimming pool was okay too. Very basic dining area and basic breakfast. Close to the road and airport so some noise. Nothing to do in the vacinity, other than visit a market and not a very salubrious area.

We were awaken at all hrs due to much noise in the hallways. Bed was a boxspring. Pool was good if you could put up with the burning garbage stench.

We asked for an extra blanket..(bed is like a rock) and towel and not only was it refused, staff was very rude about it. Dirty all around the property. Plus side is there is a market close by and it's close to airport, but there are much better choices out there. Overall, the worst place I've stayed in all of Thailand

I trusted some good reviews, but after staying, I don’t know how or why they left a good review. 1) the beds are extremely, extremely hard. It literally felt like laying down on a wooden board, or the floor. Most people stay here for a good sleep before/between flights, but it will be an extremely uncomfortable sleep. They only give you 2 pillows - after calling the front desk and asking for more as we needed to lay on them, they said we could only have 1 more. 2) Every place - be it a hotel, restaurant, anything in Thailand had the most welcoming, gentle and nice people we’ve encountered. This hotel was the opposite. Very dry, unwelcoming front desk staff, barely said anything during check in or check out. Didn’t seem to care if we had a comfortable stay or made any effort to ensure that. 3) Breakfast offered was extremely lackluster, could have had a better breakfast at 7/11. There were eggs (which were extremely cold), some chicken sausage (also very cold), and some rice. A few pieces of normal white toast. So disappointing, left hungry. 4) The elevators and rooms all had a musty, mildew like smell. 5) The showers were extremely slippery, no door on the shower. 6) The bidet found in the washroom was leaking, entire bathroom flooded. 7) A/C unit couldn’t be controlled - only had 1 setting (on/off), so the room was either freezing or extremely hot. Only give you 1 key that is used to keep electricity on.
