- Katja (10/5): - Alles top!! Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und sehr sauber. Auch die Inneneinrichtung der Küche! Der Ausblick unbezahlbar, nochdazu wo wir als einziges unerwartet einen Balkon dazu hatten. Obwohl kein Personal direkt anwesend ist, bekommt man sofort auf EMail Anfragen innerhalb weniger Minuten eine freundliche Rückmeldung. Alles total unkompliziert. Lage:perfekter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten. Preisleistung, wir hatten ein LastMinuteSchnäppchen, aber immer wieder gerne und wäre uns auch mehr Wert gewesen.

Although no representatives on site they forwarded clear instructions on how to enter the building and were keen to point out that all contact numbers were available 24/7. This was my first time as a solo traveller and I was apprehensive but everything was absolutely fantastic..thank you guys No instructions about refuge.

Imposible apagar la calefacción. Un día por la mañana intenté comunicarme con el personal de limpieza pero no me entendieron en inglés. No sería importante pero con un poco de entendimiento me entenderían.

- Yelda (10/5): Çok doğru bir tercih. - Çok merkezi, temiz, konforlu ve güvenli. Otel olmadığı için tereddüt etmiştim. Ama şifre ile giriş son derece pratik. Taleplerimizi mail olarak ilettik. Anında çözümlendi. Ev konforu yaşattı. Metrodan inip en fazla 2 dakika da odadasınız. Alışveriş yapıp odaya dön. Tekrar sokaklarda kaybol. Çok doğru bir karar oldu. Teşekkür ediyoruz. Beğenmediğim bir şey yok.
- Yannick (4/5): Top Lage, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, würden diese Unterkunft aber nicht nochmal buchen. - Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Innenstadt. Hier ist es zwar sehr laut da bis spät in die Nacht draussen Party usw gemacht wird, wer damit allerdings kein Problem hat, hat wortwörtlich direkt vor der Tür die Shoppingmeile. Die Heizung läuft rund um die Uhr, wir hatten es teilweise über 26 Grad. Klimaanlage ohne Funktion, laut WhatsApp-Support ist sie nur im Sommer aktiv. Das Problem gibt es wohl schon länger, habe leider die bisherigen Bewertungen hier nicht gründlich genug durchforstet... Uns wurde dann ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt... Das Rollo war defekt, Seil gerissen, musste von uns mit einem Stuhl oben gehalten werden, damit zumindest etwas frische Luft reinkommt. Fernseher defekt, Bild sehr dunkel und kein Ton, ließ sich auch in den Einstellungen nicht ändern, wir waren eh nur zwei Übernachtungen hier und haben auf TV verzichten können. Die Aussicht war nicht ansatzweise wie auf den Bildern. Das die Bilder hier gefaked/nicht echt sind, sieht man sofort, dass sich aber die wirklich Aussicht so stark von der Vorschau unterscheidet, hätte ich nicht gedacht. Man muss sich auf einen Stuhl stellen, um wirklich was von der Umgebung sehen zu können.

That's a very modern room and situated on a courtyard way from the front of the building. Who was extremely quiet neighborhood We had a little trouble adjusting the thermostat which seemed to be at 30 degrees C but once we were able to open the windows we were able to cool things off

- David (2/5): Ich würde dort nicht wieder buchen - Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Das Person an der Rezeption war subjektiv unprofessionell und unfreundlich (Anruf war am 23.03.26 um 11:16 Uhr). Zudem werden Anrufe ohne Einverständnis aufgezeichnet. Der Parkplatz ist relativ weit von der Unterkunft entfernt und teuer. Das Thermostadt hat nicht richtig funktioniert, sodass es im Zimmer zu warm war - man konnte dies nicht ändern. Die Bilder des Zimmers auf Booking.com wichen stark von der realen Unterkunft vor Ort ab. Das Mobilar war relativ alt und nicht modern.

- Anna (7/5): Reasonable - Great location, sizeable room The heating was broken - it wouldn’t go down unless you opened a window. When we would return in the evening, it was around 27 degrees. When we opened the window to lower the temperature, it would become very cold. This appears to be a persistent problem, looking at the reviews. The Hotel’s responses are to use the thermostat, but it did not work.
- goksu (10/5): - Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, her yere yürüyerek çok rahat gidebilirsiniz. Aşırı temizdi, mutfak gibi olan küçük bölmede her şey vardı. Çok memnun kaldık, yine gelsek yine burada kalırız Resepsiyon görevlisi olabilirdi, ilk gittiğimizde girişi bulmakta zorlandık. Her sey size gönderilen kod ile yapılıyor.
