- Angelique (5/5): - Der Service war ok. Bei Ankunft hatten wir ein Zimmer in Etage 7. Allerdings roch es total nach Gülle, so dass wir sofort wechselten auf Etage 2. Das ging problemlos. Aber wir reservierten für 3. W Erw.+1 Kind. Für die 3. Person war nichts vorbereitet. Weder bei Ankunft in Etage 7 noch am Abend als wir zu Etage 2 zurück kehrten. Keine Handtücher, keine Bettdecke. Dazu hingen die Gardinen teilweise runter. Wir blieben über din verlängertes Wochenende und kamen nur zum Schlafen, so dass es dann ging aber es gab Kein Handtuch Wechsel noch Geschirrwechsel. Gut war, das Hotel liegt nah an der Metro.

Ехать на такси 10-15 мин (10$), большой просторный номер, есть даже диванчик, вежливый молодой человек на ресепшн, помог вызвать такси и донести чемодан до такси в дождь. Если заселяетесь поздно негде покушать. Максимум супермаркет в 5-ти минутах. Нет трансфера в аэропорт, но помогают вызвать такси.

- Suzanne (6/5): Very average and overpriced for what it is. - The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The staff were perfectly pleasant though they could have been a bit more forthcoming with details like, for example, how to get to the airport. We know we needed tickets for the metro but they didn’t explain about the Istanbul kart which is fundamental. The noise from the traffic is too much. The curtains were falling off the hooks so I couldn’t block it out as much as I would have liked. We are a family of 3 but there were forks and cups (sticky) for only 2 people.

Camera non pulita, illuminazione intermittente, terzo letto non preparato e soprattutto divano letto rotto che si tiene con 2 mattoni sotto (vedi foto). Ci avevano assicurato che alle 6 del mattino avremmo trovato qualcuno in reception per chiamare un taxi, invece era tutto spento e non presente nessuno con porta di uscita inchiavata. Ci siamo quindi arrangiati come per dormire.

- Artem (3/5): - The room was relatively clean and spacious, 5 minutes walk away from a metro station. The windows don't insulate either heat or sound - the room was very cold and noisy. The A/C heating barely works and took a long time to get up to temperature. The bedsheets were synthetic and felt very cheap and uncomfortable. The shower door/curtain was missing, the water took forever to get up to acceptable temperature. The receptionist was tired of life and not very friendly. The provided shampoo was cheap and low-quality. Wi-fi was pretty slow and unstable.

Prijazno osebje, lepa, velika soba, wasserkocher, kava in čaj, ter voda v sobi. Kotiček z mizico, kavčem in fotelji kjer spiješ jutranjo kavo in gledaš sončni zahod, vzhod... Čista kopalnica, posteljnina.. vse kot novo. Smo prišli v htl okrog polnoči in v sobi ni bilo vžgano gretje, tako da je bilo zelo mrzlo. Klimo smo dali na full in je rabila saj 2h da se segreje soba. Bolj zmrznjeni, pišite hotelu da vam vžgejo gretje par ur pred prihodom. Otroška postelja imela samo deko, brez preobleke, rjuhe🤔, malo čudno..

- Tamar (6/5): - The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a 24-hour reception with easy check-in and check-out. The check-in was quick, the room was spacious, and there was nice restaurant nearby with good food (also delivery options.) The property, unfortunately, was quite misleading and untransparent. Both on Booking.com and in direct messages before my arrival, they confirmed that they offered a free airport shuttle and that the room included a bath. Upon arrival, I was told that the shuttle no longer exists and that they do not have any baths at all. This felt dishonest and disappointing. The toilet and shower also smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made the stay uncomfortable. Regarding a forgotten earplug: the hotel did contact me about it afterwards, which I appreciated. However, even though they said repeatedly they would send it, nothing was done. When a Turkish-speaking friend called to follow up, the staff were rude and even raised their voice, which was unprofessional. Overall, despite one positive gesture, the stay did not match what was promised, and the communication remained problematic.

- Erica (6/5): Good for backpackers - It was close to the airport. The entrance has stairs, no other way to get in. Carrying luggage in and out was dangerous, uncomfortable and unsafe.

- Tania (8/5): - La ubicación para 1 noche entre escalas está muy bien. A 2 paradas de metro. La habitación es amplia y bonita. La cama es kilométrica y muy buena. Para descansar de verdad. Esta en una avenida con mucho tráfico puede que oigáis a los vehículos pero con unos tapones y el cansancio acumulado no se oye nada. Si camináis unos 5 minutos en línea recta encontrareis una panadería muy buena y enfrente un supermercado. Podéis comprar ahí provisiones. El aeropuerto de Estambul es tremendamente caro. Un café 8€. Huele muchísimo a tabaco. Nosotros tuvimos la habitación con las ventanas abiertas 5 minutos y listo.

Illudono i clienti con transfer gratuito dall hotel all aeroporto, ma la realtà è un altra, quando il taxi arriva a destinazione chiede che venga pagata la corsa.
