• Tesi (10/5): Very good - The view from third floor was breathtaking and the location very convenient with the bus stop right downstairs. Local shops cafes, pattiseries nearby and a quiet neighborhood My only remark is they should have come to change the sheets and clean at least once for our four nights stay.

Чистые апартаменты, отзывчивый хозяин, по первой же просьбе показал как наладить отопление (я мерзлячка). Мы первые три дня жили в районе Галатской башни, потом переехали сюда(отдохнуть от шумных туристических улиц). Крутая и узкая лестница, немного уставшие полотенца и постельное белье. Готовить еду в квартире нельзя), но на это не парило) ели в кафе. Если вы впервые в Стамбул едете, то лучше брать жилье на Европейской стороне, так как отсюда все далековато 🙂.

• Bahareh (5/5): Der Preis passt überhaupt nicht zum Zustand und ist deutlich zu hoch. - Die Lage Die Treppenanlage ist sehr eng. Außerdem sind die Fenster nicht dicht genug, und man bekommt viel Lärm von der Straße.

• JUAN FACUNDO (8/5): Amplitud y comodidad - La amplitud de las habitaciones La ubicación, si bien estaba en el centro del barrio Kuzguncuk, no nos fue funcional ya que solo nos acercó a la calle principal del barrio. No volveria a pagar lo que pagué para alojarme aqui.

• Marcin (9/5): Gorąco polecam, naprawdę warto - Apartament naprawdę godny polecenia. Lokalizacja w super fajnej spokojnej dzielnicy ze sklepikami i restauracjami, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem i bardzo mocna obsługa. Naprawdę warto mieszkać w Stambule po Azjatyckiej stronie, jest spokojniej a komunikacją miejską można bez problemu dotrzeć do każdej części Stambułu. Ulica jest trochę gwarna ale to jest miasto więc to normalne. Odnośnie parowania jest w odległości do 400 m kilka strzeżonych parkingów ale jak się troszkę pojeździ po okolicy to można też znaleść miejsce do parkowania w pobliskich uliczkach. Serdecznie polecam, jak tylko wrócę do Stambułu to napewno do tego apartamentu

Staff brilliant, especially Ilgin, who went above and beyond to help us with a luggage problem. A few more bowls and mugs for breakfast would be good.

The only negative thing is that the house is on a noisy street with lots of buses and the living room and master bedroom overlook this street.

• Pat (7/5): Big room very close to Bosphorus and public transport but with noise from the road. - i stayed in what was really an apartment for two or three so plenty of space. Just minutes away from Bosphorus and public transport so good location in that sense. Right on busy main road and no double-glazing so needed earplugs to sleep. Felt that the kitchenette could have done with better crockery although I was alone so not important for me.

• Irene (6/5): ok for one night - nice flat of good size, close to nice area, easy to reach by public transport, available hosts only default is that it's just over one very passing road with a lot of traffic (cars, bus...) very noisy if you opern the window... bring ear plug :-)
• Ayse (10/5): Perfect stay in Istanbul - Very clean, beautiful flat with all amenities including a hair dryer, kettle etc. Super comfortable bed and lovely view! The check in process was very easy and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Kuzguncuk is a great part of Istanbul with lots of beautiful cafes, art shops and restaurants. Away from all the crazy busy touristy areas but very easy to get to all sights with the ferry, bus or taxi. Nothing- it was exactly what we were looking for

• Artem (8/5): Good place to stay with your friends if you want to explore the city. - Hotel is located at excellent position in the Kuzguncuk. A lot of nice cafes are available within walking distance. If you want explore other parts of the city a bus or 20 minute walk will bring you to the ferry and metro. It is quite noisy event at night as it is located in busy place. This is expected from neighbourhood - just be aware about it.

• Vladimir (8/5): The view, the chill - Excellent balcony to drink tea with a Bosphorus view! We only stayed a night, but the place looks like a cool location for a week No lift and a very narrow historical staircase, 3rd floor - people with large trunks may require help

For long stay their is a little inconvenience you can’t use the kitchen for cooking hot meals also no washing machine which makes it a little challenging.

• G. (9/5): Superb - Farukh was very accommodating in a checkin request I had. He gave me lots of helpful advice about the city. He even walked to the bus station with me, to help me buy a public transport card. The street around the corner has lots of nice cafe's and restaurants. But the best part was Farukh let us use the shower next door, whilst he got our apartment ready for us early. Thanks again Farukh, you went above and beyond! I don't really have any issues here. Really enjoyed my stay.
