• sonia (9/5): - El apartamento muy bien ubicado, limpio y confortable. La atención de Oscar fue pésima...nos tuvo esperando en.la puerta, y al final envió a otro en su lugar. Al final de la estancia no nos ayudó en nada, nos indicó un sitio para dejar el equipaje que no existía , no se volvió a comunicar con nosotros....en fin, su atención dejó mucho que desear.

Das Appartment ist in einem herausragenden Zustand, da offenbar erst vor kurzer Zeit renoviert. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit vom Bahnhof. Fußläufig in zehn Minuten in die Innenstadt. Aufgrund der Lage zur Straße könnte der Verkehrslärm als störend empfunden werden.

• Vicky (8/5): Fabulous florence stay - Location, just out of centre but close enough to everything Size of apartment great . Loved being on the top floor. Airconditoning. Ease of getting into apartment (checkin and check out easy) staff friendly . Could of done with more lounge chairs (comfortable) . No knifes 😆 not a big deal. We didn't have any hot water on day one but was dealt with quickly and didn't impact our stay at all

Las camas bien,almohadas cómodas.Wifi bien, el aire acondicionado funciona.Ducha bien.TV bien.L8mpieza bien. Sales del ruido y se agradece la tranquilidad para descansar para el día siguiente. Si volviera a Florencia volveríamos a cogerlo . Quizas faltaba un sofá para poder sentarte cómodo después de estar todo el día andando.Ya que el silloncito para dos era insuficiente.Una tostadora tampoco vimos. Las escaleras para subir a la segunda estancia para personas mayores no la recomiendo.
• Francisco (8/5): Perfecto para dormir - Apartamento moderno, se ve muy nuevo y limpio. Ideal para pasar tu estancia en Florencia si buscas un sitio donde dormir más que un apartamento completo. La ubicación está genial si quieres huir un poco del ajetreo del centro, pero se llega muy rápido caminando a todos lados. El chico que nos recibió fue muy simpático. En este apartamento encontrarás lo justo, y nada más. Perfecto para dormir, pero si quieres aprovechar la cocina echarás de menos muchas cosas. Falta menaje, desde platos hasta vasos o cubiertos, como si se hubieran roto o perdido y no los hubieran repuesto. Falta lo básico que sueles encontrar en muchos apartamentos: paños de cocina, servilletas, algo de sal, azúcar… nos pusieron 2 pastillas del lavavajillas para 3 noches. Sólo nos dieron una llave y al preguntar nos dijeron que no tenían más. No podemos quejarnos de nada, pero todo es muy básico, sin ese extra al que te acostumbras con muchos apartamentos.
• Emmanuel (6/5): Not bad but owners could have been more understanding - Spacious loft at the borders of the city centre. After having a car accident being still charged 20 euros for arriving late. At the end of the day we are humans I feel the owners should have been more lenient.

• Kim (7/5): The place was OK to Good. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been much much better - Style of the property and the space provided was positive. My spouse would have preferred to stay more in the heart of Florence however I didn’t mind the quietness of the neighborhood with cute restaurants. The property needs a deep cleaning, especially the floors. After 5 min of walking on the floors in our socks the bottom of the socks were noticeably very dirty. Luckily we had brought with us the disposable slippers from our stay in Rome.
