• Serena (5/5): - Posizione centrale Struttura trascurata. Tante cose potrebbero essere migliori solo con un pizzico di attenzione. Le sedute del soggiorno davvero sporche. Il soffione della doccia intasato di calcare. Il bidet che perde acqua da tutte le parti…abbiamo messo una padella sotto per evitare che si allagasse il bagno. C’erano solo 3 tazze per la colazione…peccato noi fossimo in 4. Stessa cosa per i piatti. Insomma, decisamente perfettibile

• Orod (7/5): great location - location was great, they gave us late check out up to evening, it was a safe apartment, you had to pass 3 locked door to access the apartment. the windows open to patio, so you feel lack of fresh air and a bit is dark, anyway because of its great location and its cleaness i recommend there for a family. other, although there is an elevator, but you have to pass 16 step from elevator.

• Inês (7/5): Perfect Location, Great for a big group - The check-in process was easy, we were able to do an early check-in! The location is the best part of this accommodation, is right in the centre of everything and all the best restaurants are around the corner. Go to Pasticceria Angelo Carbone for breakfast: prices are great, the staff is nice and it's 1-minute away from the accommodation. The flat was really big and great for 5/6 people. There could be another bathroom, but it's ok. The electricity wasn't very powerful. We tried to use the oven once and the electricity went down. But the customer service helped us through WhatsApp! The Wi-Fi and the signal are not good. The shower pressure was not good and it was hard to make the boiler work at the start (there's a reset button on the side of the boiler). If you take off the shower head, the water pressure will be much better!

The main building door key was not working properly and the apartment is located in a very old building, we stayed at 3rd floor but to reach the apartment you have to take a small staircase after the elevator so had to carry luggage, not feasible for people with heavy luggage, one washroom for the whole apartment, 2 small air conditioner which operated on same machine so had to face electricity breakdown when operated other electrical appliances with it, low water pressure, and no hot water in the sinks made for a disappointing stay."

• Sarah (6/5): Central apartment - Nice big apartment. The location was in the historic centre, so close to lots of sights and restaurants. It was great to have a lift, and the washing machine was handy. Air-conditioning was great. The person who showed us the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed early check in which was very helpful. The bed in the master bedroom had two single mattresses that kept moving apart, very uncomfortable. There was no proper shower head and the handheld one kept falling out of its holder and hitting us on the head. There was no broom or vacuum, no iron or clothes airer, no tea towel or paper towel for the kitchen. There are wires to hang clothes out the window, but no pegs. All just little things, but would make it a more comfortable stay. Being in the historic centre means taxis will only drop you at the nearest main road, so if you have big suitcases it is hard to drag on the old stone streets to the apartment. Fridge and washing machine were a bit grotty, and some dishes not clean properly.

• Timothy (10/5): 10/10 location - Massive apartment for the price. Right on Tribulani and Christmas Alley. Convenient to everything in the heart of Naples Centro Storico. There is a Deco grocery one block away off San Gaetano. Few blocks away from Via Duomo. My sons loved having their own room. The apartment main door had like vault bolts and the windows had guards that you could roll down. I felt super secure with my family. The shower didn't have a shower head holder. And there wasn't a place to put soap except the floor of the shower. The laundry left out clothes smelling a little mildew but it might just need to be cleaned. Overall, I'm not complaining. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Catherine (8/5): Well located apartment in Naples with easy access to amenities - The apartment was quirky in it's layout. Struggled to get in but that was because the key pad was somewhat sensitive. Someone met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. Comes with all you need including a booklet that provides information on the surrounding area as well as the apartment itself. Bit of a walk from the train station/metro. The sofa bed was quite lumpy and uncomfortable.

• Celia (9/5): Great location and so spacious. - The location was at the intersection of pizza street and Christmas Alley, which was fantastic! we could pop out onto the street to buy street pizza, pastries, Aperol spritz and ice cream. The supermarket was a few minutes away. It was close enough to walk to the main train station and most of the attractions. The accommodation itself was a great surprise: so spacious and clean. Having to sign a lease agreement, the artwork in the hallway, no soap holder, making the folding bed, shower head was leaking but will be repaired.
