- Raider (8/5): Clean and tidy rooms, kitchen good for three of us, not big. Door lock good, metal door. Lighting good. Spiral staircase - Location in the historic part of Naples. Easy to walk to local area sightseeing. National Museum is not difficult to walk to. The historic part of city is only a walking distance recommended way to see Napoli. From property a staircase to climb. Safe.
- Billie (8/5): Very central area, great location and lots of space, just missing a few basic things for a much nicer experience - Right in the old town of Napoli, everything at walking distance. Balcony was very nice. Wifi was stable enough to work on. Lots of space inside. Air conditioning was good if you wanted to cool it down but it didn’t seem to warm up the house at all. Very basic offerings in the house. There were no warmer layers for the beds and the air conditioning only cooled the house and didn’t warm it. We had to use towels as blankets as we just had sheets on the bed and were cold at night time in October. The check in process was really tedious having to sign a really long document and signing clauses I’ve never had to before for booking.com in any other Italian city… Sofa is pretty uncomfortable so it wasn’t really used as a communal area, and the tv didn’t really function not that it was a big deal but would have been nice to hang out together before all going to bed. Would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid as we’re asked to clean dishes but given nothing to do it with. No soap for the shower either and not enough toilet paper.

Worst expirience on Booking.com, and I’m Genius 3 level.
