• Qamar (10/5): Great for red-eyes and long layoners - I loved the little traditional bath and various amenities in the lobby like complimentary coffee and the ice cream vending machine. If you catch a red eye, the only difficulty is you have to buzz in at the then closed airport domestic terminal doors. But it's ok as staff are responsive and will answer and escort you to check in.
• Diana (7/5): Für eine kurze Nacht ist es OK. - Durch meinen frühen Flug am Morgen habe ich mich für ein Capsule Hotel am Flughafen entscheiden. Nur 2 Duschen für viel zu viele Frauen. Super laut. Die wenigsten haben sich daran gehalten leise zu sein oder zu telefonieren.

• Claudine (8/5): Expérience culturelle et pratique - L’expérience hors du commun et la propreté des lieux. La salle de bain comprend tous les produits nécessaires; même la bosse à dents et dentifrice sont fournis. Nous avions une escale de 20h à l’aéroport et je ferais le même choix si c’était à refaire. Ma voisine a fait des appels main libre de 2am à 4 am, malgré les avertissements contraires quand on s’enregistre. Étant donné que l’établissement était pratiquement vide, ils auraient pu espacer davantage les clients dans l’établissement ou encore, faire des tournées pour s’assurer du silence. A noter que la veilleuse dans la cabine est éblouissante et une fois que j’ai pensé à pendre ma serviette pour bloquer l’éblouissement, j’ai enfin pu dormir.

• KOTARO (4/5): よほどでなければ、次は無いです。 - ロケーションは非常に良くて便利であり、清潔でした。スタッフの対応も丁寧・必要十分だったと感じました。 カプセルホテルを初めて使ったのですが、もっと密閉間のある「カプセル」を想像していましたが、スカスカでした。カプセルの外を行き来する人の気配が影でもはっきりわかるし、光はかなり漏れて入ってくるし。マナー悪く、音を立てる人がいるとまったく無防備。身体を横たえることはできますが、そこまで、という感想。

• Olivia (7/5): Clean and comfortable right in the airport - The cabins were clean and comfortable The cabins were small, so much so that the curtain couldn't drop and there was no place to put bags. No separate area for showering away from the onsen.

• PAUL (3/5): I will never stay here again. - The location No locking storage for luggage, rooms are loud, can’t sleep because others snoring, and room door doesn’t block hall lighting bright light shining on my face while sleeping.
• Cécile (7/5): Comfortable but wrong terminal - Comfortable and nice to have a sento to relax after flight Not in the international terminal, was very awkward to take a taxi to get there where there was nobody and hard to find a way through the terminal. Had no idea it would be completely closed and only one door with interphone would be the way to get in.

• kaneko (5/5): コインロッカーがホテル内に有りません - ベッドが広い　清潔感がある　アイスの自販機がある　大浴場がある コインロッカーがないのでターミナルで預けるしかない、一応ベッドの横に鍵付きの貴重品入れは、 あるが横長で（土産用紙袋の一番デカいのが１つはいるくらいの感じ）です！スーツケースなら置き場があります。自分はリュックだったので足元に置いてました。ブラインド仕切りなのでコインロッカーは、近くに欲しいかなと思いました。

• Joanne (10/5): Hard to find location of room. - Everything was awesome! I could not locate the property for 1 hour after arriving at the airport located because of lack of clear directions and lack of clear direction to the overnight services.

• Doway (7/5): No other choice but OK - It was overall convenient. The ventilation in the capsule is affected by how high the "garage door" is lifted, not the air control knob. Also a bit pricier nowadays... was a bargain 9 years ago.

• Doway (7/5): They increased prices since my last stay - Easy to locate, the choice to stay when not enough time to leave the airport. A bit pricey for a capsule hotel, you can even get a Daiwa Roynet with superb breakfast for cheaper. But of course, location.

• Michael (5/5): Okay for an early morning flight and you only have carry-on luggage. - The location at the airport is very convenient for an early morning flight. The facilities were clean, including the shared bathroom facilities. I was a little surprised that there was just a bed with a screen. No lock for the 'room' + no room for luggage storage within the sleeping facility.

• Mark (8/5): Affordable, comfortable stay and fantastic location. - Location can't be beat and having an option like this is fantastic. Public bath on site was heavenly after a long flight. Mattress was a little thin.

• ALICIA (8/5): Check in muy tarde - Ubicacion El horario de check in es demasiado tarde 7pm y antes de ese horario cobran aprox U$10 por hora extra. Es demasiado comparado con el horario de check out que es máximo 10am. No es estadia de 20-24 horas como en cualquier hotel .

• Helen (8/5): Novelty and convenient - Proximity to airport. Free shuttle. Not allowed to use an alarm. Couldn’t bring myself to trust vibration alarm only for early morning flight.
• Diana (8/5): - Чистый и уютный отель для усталых путников. Прилетела ночью. Надо было поспать ночь. Все было хорошо. Есть онсен. Единственное, сам терминал ночью закрывается, а таксист не знал где отель. Зато было очень тихо. Было бы замечательно если бы открылся такой капсульный отель и в международном терминале 3. Многие прилетают ночью с дальней поездки и переждать ночь там было бы самое то.
• Naoko (9/5): 到着口から出てすぐ！ - 本当に第一ターミナル到着口から出てすぐ！案内カウンターで訪ねると「すぐ隣の通路が入り口ですよ」と。十分な施設で清潔でした。 あともう少し、１０～２０センチのスペースがあればスーツケースと添い寝しなくてよかったかな。

• MelKath (10/5): - It was my second stay at this place and I absolutely love it. The Capsule Hotel is easy to reach (by using a free shuttle bus), clean and offers everything you need. The capsules are spacious and comfortable - even the smaller ones. I've stayed in both types of capsules - the larger one and the smaller one. Both types can be recommended. You get a locker within your capsule as well, so there is no need to worry about your valuables. The hot bath does wonders to your body after a long flight.

• fannie (10/5): Bien mais cher. - La proximité de l’aéroport. C’est un peu cher pour dormir avec sa valise. Ils devraient prévenir qu’un local valise est disponible.

• Antiporta (5/5): - Just inside the haneda airport no need to walk farther I can’t sleep because of too much noise like packing bags, open and close the curtain. For me if you have enough money much better to stay at the hotel.
