Guest Reviews
- Tarquin (10/5): -
- John (7/5): Loads of space and convenient location - Good location and clean The stairs do become more of an issue than I expected; no comfortable relaxing area
- Peter (10/5): Perfect for a big group, with plenty of space and an ideal location for exploring Tokyo. - Great spot for a big group! Lots of room to spread out, and the location is perfect for seeing Tokyo. Train stations are close by, and there are convenience stores right around the corner — super handy for late-night food runs or grabbing breakfast on the go. It’s the ideal home base for exploring the city and still having a cozy place to hang out.
- George (2/5): - Not at pictured. Heater and A.c make a weird noise while turned on. (Will need at least one turned on so go figure) main shower has one hand held low pressurized shower head with mostly cold water running. 7 flights of stairs. Needed major remodeling.

- Yumei (7/5): - 住宿位置很方便,離地鐵以及超市很近 整棟的隔音偏弱,若有多人團體居住的須注意,另外枕頭沒有支撐性會越睡越扁
- Tuyet (10/5): - We had a great time at the property. The house located at prime area, with metro and JR within minutes away. Akiko San was very helpful and responsive. The house is great for family with kids, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean and high standard. Thank you for having us, we will be back.
- Amera (10/5): Great staff and great location. - The staff were great and very accomodating. Great location, great facilities, great rooms. Perfect for a large group to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend.
- Matt (8/5): Surprisingly spacious little gem in a great park of Tokyo - We did have trouble getting in to start which was a bit frustrating, had to wait for an hour to get hold of the host who had to give us a new code. Otherwise, it's in a great location, and amazing if you're travelling in a big group.
- Deborah (8/5): The place was nice and clean. The air conditioner were a little difficult to operate. There were a lot of stairs to each - Clean and spacious Close to lots of restaurants
- Christopher (10/5): - Great property for a large group. Elevator available for initial luggage in and out. Really conveniently located.
- Paige (9/5): Great accommodation in the heart of Tokyo - Great location, very clean and lots of space inside Only one private room
- Chris (9/5): Great choice for larger groups & familes wanting a common area, in a fabulous location for exploring. - Location amazing. Good for social environment for family group. Property a little older than expectations from images:
- Glensaro (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (9/5): Excellent location, great property for a family or friends to stay. - Location, space, uniqueness & wet-room If possible some extra instructions in English (humidifier, dishwasher, washing machine)
- YuenTing (10/5): - Quite a nice place to stay in Tokyo, especially for a big group!
- Ka (6/5): Pleasant -
- Randolph (9/5): Great for large families if stairs are not a problem. - For a party of 10-people, this was a fantastic apartment with multiple rooms large enough for all of us to socialize after a long day of sightseeing. The place was very clean and the laundry machine was useful. Also well located to Ueno and a few other stations to reach other neighborhoods. Also was located right across from a 7-11 for snacks and microwave meals late at night. Beware of many stairs if you're travelling with the elderly. Also if you have lots of luggage you'll need to carry it to the very top floor where one of the large bedrooms is. There is a small elevator but it only goes up half-way.
- Eugene (10/5): wonderful place to stay for a large group - great location, beautiful house with an amazing bath. many stairs, elevator only reaches 4th floor.
- Hoda (7/5): Good -
- Marree (9/5): Handy location in Tokyo, quirky cute house with lots of stairs! - Handy location (once we found it!), nice to be in a home not a hotel. Good amenities. It’s unusual, with so many stairs and floors. You could get lost. Some people would not like the steep stairs. it could be tricky for some with luggage. We were fine, but people
who are older or with mobility issues would find it hard. Also, a little cold at the entry and some of the areas without a heat pump. Difficult to find when following maps to the address, need a pin location to follow. No flexibility for our checkout and no luggage storage made life very difficult when traveling internationally!
