Meals very good and the staff were very good from when we arrived to when we left. More hooks to hang clothes in shows and the water on the floors of the showers. On the roadside the windows could be double glazed to cut down road noise.

The queen room I booked for 130 AUD/night was extreme noisy , on request to change to a less noisy room I got a single bed room and was promised a refund of the price difference 40 or 30 AUD (the stuff was not sure how much) and I'm still waiting for the refund confirmation not to talk about the refund itself.

Honestly should get the whole fee refunded for it. Imagine that had been a single woman. Terrible mistake and I had a bad night sleep because of it

• Drew (10/5): Excellent 10/10 spot!!!! - I liked the location - as I travel solely by public transport e.g. bus/train/tram/coach - being less than 200m from the bus stop to either Central/Burwood/Drummoyne was fantastic, and given it's pretty much almost a 24 hour service, this was excellent to get around. The air conditioning was lovely, especially in the humid week I stayed in Sydney. It was clean, very functional, everything was set up nicely and the soundproofing was really good, and not too difficult to enter/exit the room/hotel as needed. Even the shared bathrooms/toilets were no issue either as they were a quick walk down the hall from the room. Probably fix the loose turn handle in the first shared bathroom. Other than that, nothing wrong at all. I loved the location and stay.

Understandably the bathroom floor was wet. This could be improved by having some kind of extra shelving, seat or hooks to keep belongings dry. All of this didnt detract from our satisfaction with the stay.

We didn't Iike anything at all It is awful place to stay in the smell is disgusting the walls are dirty and dripping water fron bad ventilation no windows to open to let fresh air to come through facility ( toilets and bathroom) are open for public no privacy I will never visit that place again It took over 6 week the get refund through my bank claim otherwise I would have lost my money.

Lunch or dinner set next door in pub. - 3 bdr @ 1 Arlington St was a delight Spacious& Clean modern coastal throughout Multiple aircon units was a godsend Plenty towels. Well equipped kitchen Owners beware outside 2nd bathroom shower drain, drains too slow. It floods whole bathroom floor if shower is on for more than 2 minutes. Repair asap.

• David (10/5): If I come back, I will definitely come here again, - The accommodation looked very clean and tidy, and the bathrooms and showers looked like they had been recently renovated. The bedrooms were more than ample for the short stay, and the beds were very comfortable. The bar and Restaurant very convenient, and good value. For its location to Sydney, the ability to park your vehicle on site the low cost of the accommodation, it ticked all the boxes, and more. The only thing that we could possibly say is there is not enough shelf/seat space in the showers to keep your clothes and towel off the floor while showering. This is a very small thing to comment on, but it was the only thing that we had trouble with while staying here, but it did not affect how we rate the hotel.
• Reichert Jonathan (10/5): Our stay was absolutely fantastic! - This was a house of three bedroom and the facilities inside were absolutely beautiful. As a family we also enjoyed cooking and doing our own laundry as well. As a family of four we thought that was a very good accommodation for stay during the Christmas holidays. The location was great and very quiet. Access from Sydney CBD area was great too. Because hotel rates were some of the highest during the peak holiday period, we knew we selected the best for ourselves as a family.

• Nicole (1/5): Do not stay here ever - The bed was clean and room was small but tidy however we had booked a queen room for 3 people, 2 adults and a child. In the booking sites it stated that children under 18 sleep free (no additional charge) and had to put the age of child, he is 15. Upon arrival we were given our room which had 1 queen bed and when asked about our 15 year old were told that it was a queen room. I told them you had our booking for 3 and she stated that we only booked a queen room. No fold out bed, couch or portable bed, he was expected to sleep on the floor. I asked why their policy was children sleep free of charge if there is no where for them to sleep and was told that it's not her problem as it's a queen room only but she said she could give us another single room for $1900 for 10 days, which was ludicrous as it only had shared toilet and bathroom for all rooms. We cancelled and moved to another hotel with wonderful facilities, 2 queen beds, private bathroom toilet etc for less than.$1000 more. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The idea that children sleep free of charge when there is no where for them to sleep. The staff didn't care about their false advertising and tried to upsell another room to make money. Shameful practice.

• Andrew (1/5): I did not stay at this place as upon arrival it was not what the photos or write up described! - We didn't even stay as the accommodation was shared bathroom, this was not advertised clearly on the booking website, when I booked it stated private bathroom however when we arrived, we were told it was a shared bathroom with 9 other rooms booked. I explained to the duty manager that I had a medical condition and could not share a bathroom for the safety of the other guests, the duty Manager didn't care about my concerns or the safety of the other guests. I asked for a refund and was told NO! I asked to speak to the actual manager and was told they couldn't be contacted, I was then (reluctantly) given an email address, I emailed and was virtually told bad luck with no explanation. as above mentioned the accommodation was not what I had booked.

Staff was amazing. The sports bar downstairs was great for watching events/betting on events. The food was good. And once again, the staff was amazing. This was a great value for the money for a short term stay The rooms have very limited space and no dressers for long-term clothing storage. There is no way to really air out the room other than opening the door. I feel that this is a great value for being so accessible to Sydney. But as I was there for a month, I would probably put out more money to stay someplace that had more amenities geared towards that.the money I would have saved from being able to cook my own meals would have paid for itself twice over. Also, the noise coming from the street. If you have a room on that side for me was a bit much to sleep, but I am a fairly light sleeper.

• Emma (8/5): Good value for money - I loved the location being only a short distance from the airport. Had a great sleep, the bed was comfy. There’s a good restaurant downstairs with a great selection of drinks. Easy check in and check out. Good value for money. 150 metres from maccas and bp if you need any essentials. Clean bathrooms, towels and toiletries provided on the end of each bed. I would highly recommend this place The room was damp. You could see the moisture drips down the walls and the bedding felt damp on the outside
