- Kkkayoo225 (2/5): - 立地も良く、何年も利用していましたがもう利用しないと思います。 ホテルによんでもらった白いタクシーに遠回りをされて時間とお金を無駄にしました。空港のインフォメーションでタクシーの苦情を伝えたら、ホテルに連絡していただき、タクシー代の差額をホテルが負担する事を聞きました。 ブッキングを通して、何か手続き等ないか連絡しましたが、返事は来ていません。 タクシー代を返してもらいたくて空港インフォメーションに苦情を言ったのではなく、他の人も同じような被害に遭わないようにタクシーの番号を伝えたのですが、ホテルからその場しのぎのような嘘をつかれて、残念な気持ちになりました。

- YING CHIA (7/5): 洗臉檯上的兩塊小方巾，飯店方認為足以是提供洗臉用途。顛覆我過去以為是擦拭檯面的清潔桌布。打了兩次電話，很快就送來正常的中型毛巾當洗臉巾。環保愛地球到極致，擦臉與擦檯面都用同一條。 - 看起來歐中日台五臟俱全，少而媺。但實在太奇特了。例如：有老人家習慣的台式早餐小菜、但卻沒有清粥，只有稀稀的、奇特的皮蛋瘦肉粥，領班很好，代為詢問主廚，回報是"主廚認為要用更好的餐點服務，所以沒有清粥"，依照現場的供應，寧願是 簡單的清粥 比較恰當，奇特的皮蛋瘦肉粥為何乏人問津，主廚有想到嗎? 早餐7.00-10.00，但在9.20左右之後就開始大量撤離牛奶等供餐餐盤、筷子等餐具，可能有甚麼大事吧?

- 康 (8/5): - 住宿地點離捷運站很近，旁邊就是星巴克，離寧夏夜市及迪化街都很近，很棒的住宿地點 隔音可以再加強，晚上12:00左右可以清楚聽到樓上使用熱水沐浴
- Mikako (2/5): 残念でした。 - 迪化街や夜市、カリフールも斜め前にあり立地には満足。 オーナーが変わったのでしょうか？ホテル名が違っていました。 清掃がダメというのではなく、バスルームのカビやミラーのガタ付きなどが特に気になりました。 以前の台北シティホテルという名前の時は古いながらもスタッフの笑顔で癒されましたが…今回、チェックアウトの時の笑顔もなくぶっきらぼうな女性スタッフの方は大変残念な方でした。

- Yi (8/5): - Pros: The staff at the reception were really nice and friendly, everyone I asked for help was great. The soft drinks in the mini bar were free of charge and they refilled the mini bar everyday, which was great. The location was great, like about 10 mins walk to a nigh market, restaurants and the metro station (yellow and red line). They mentioned there was constructions going on, but I didn't experience any inconvenience, nor heard any noise due to that. The facility was a bit old, the toilet seat was not very stable, I needed to let the shower running for 10 mins before really hot water came out. The bed was sooooo hard, which I hadn't slept on such a hard bed for many years. I was not sure if it was advertised as sound proofing, but it wasn't very soond proofing from western standard, I could clearly hear noise from the street of the traffic.

- makie (6/5): - カルフールの目の前にあり迪化街も近く、有名なお茶屋さんにもすぐいけます。 静かで部屋も広く、スーツケースを広げやすかったです。 早朝におすすめの朝ごはん屋さんをフロントのスタッフの方にうかがいました。教えていただいたお店に電話もかけてくださって、開店しているか確認もしてくれました。おいしかったです。台北駅には歩いて15分程度でした。
- SATOSHI (10/5): - 宿泊以前から丁寧な日本語でのやりとり打ち合わせもでき、とても満足な滞在になりました。 ホテルの裏には伝統の屋台も多く、向かいにはカルフールもあり、最高のコンディションで旅ができたと思います。
- Sj (8/5): - 室内は広く使いやすい。掃除はベランダにタバコの吸い殻が落ちていたり、髪の毛がシャワールームに残っていたりでいまいち。隣室の声や椅子を引く音が響いたりで気になる人は気になるかも。近隣には迪化街や寧夏夜市があり、観光もしやすい。

- Kikuzawa (9/5): 快適でした。 - 窓のない部屋でしたが十分な部屋の広さ、バスタブも有りゆっくりと湯船にも浸かれ、ウォシュレットが付いているのが何よりもありがたい。 冷蔵庫のドリンクの無料提供も飲んだ分が翌日にはちゃんと補充されていてありがたく利用させていただきました。 迪化街、寧夏夜市、洪瑞珍も徒歩圏内でスタバ、カルフール、ファミマも有り便利でした。タクシーもお願いすれば呼んでいただけるので助かりました。

- ?? (10/5): - 3人で泊まりましたが，部屋も広くスーツケースを広げても狭い感じはしなかった。シャワーのお湯が出るまで時間がかかるのは残念。机にも鏡があったら尚良かったかな。枕元の電源はそれぞれにあった方がよかった。入り口に照明があると良かった。でも，快適に過ごせました！

- MICHIKO (8/5): - フロントにお勧めの足マッサージ店を聞くと、長年やっている上手ないいお店を予約していただき、またタクシーの手配まで親切にしてくれて良かったです。 カルフールが、目の前なのでバラマキ用のお土産を買うのに都合がいいです。 トリプルルームも広めで、過ごしやすかったです。
- Yasuko (8/5): ほぼ満足 - 2度目の宿泊です。 何といっても立地が最高ですね。 ・スターバックスが同じ建物に入っている ・廸化街に歩いて行ける ・林茂森茶行がすぐそば ・カルフールが目の前 ・大稻埕慈聖宮もすぐ（屋台ご飯が食べられる） ・延三夜市も徒歩5分くらい これらの場所に行きたい人には最高の立地です。 カーペットのシミが気になりました。 （1度目の宿泊時も違う部屋でしたがシミがありました） 洗面台の蛇口が捻って水を出すタイプなので、手にクリームやワックスが付いていると滑って回せないのが使いづらいです。 今時なら、レバーを上げ下げするタイプなので設備が古いので回す仕様なのかと思います。 それから、ハンドソープが液体ではなく石鹸なので、これも液体の方が使いやすいと思いました。
