• Lynda (7/5): Location 10. Beware noise - Location is great for walking to many sites. Large room. Needs maintenance- holes in walls where it looks like a electrical work was done & not patched. Many lightbulbs missing. Floor needs good scrub, white film on socks, white drapes stained. Great having two large balconies , but there were no chairs on one of them so could not enjoy. Worst part was the live music nearby- so loud, walls shook (electronic house music) during day & until 2 am. General street noise was was okay.

• Laura (5/5): Not worth the money - Very close to the metro station Definitely not 4 stars. Down a very dodgy street, extremely noisy. The junior suite is basically a hotel room with a really noisy fridge. Breakfast is round the corner at a really busy restaurant with a set menu, juice or coffee! Uncomfortable bed with really hard pillows.

Temiz değildi , odada vaat edilen çekmece ve dolap yoktu . sonrasında sıcak su için bir pano üzerinde sıcak su salterin Oda temiz değildi . Camlar ın kirinden dışarısı gorunmuyordu . Odada vaat edilen dolap ve çekmeceler yoktu . Bir telden askılık dışında kıyafetler için bir alan yok idi . Son sürpriz ise sıcak su alabilmeniz için bir switch çevirmeniz ve 20 dk beklememi gerekiypr imiş . Yorumları daha sonra okudugumda daha önce kalanların 20 dk dan sonra da sıcak su alamadıklarını okuyunca dehsete kapıldım . Hemen oteli terk ettim .

We also feel that our successful efforts to shield the cushions in the BBQ area from the sandstorm with rain could have offset the dirty towel issue.

• Birgit (2/5): NIE WIEDER ---NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!! - Lage sehr zentral - zur U-Bahn Station MONASTIRAKI nur ca. 4-5 Gehminuten (direkte Anbindung zum Flughafen). Sehr laut in der Nacht !! ( viele Bars unmittelbar gegenüber, die bis in den frühen Morgen sehr laut zu hören waren). Die Fenster waren auf keinen Fall schallisoliert!! Wer gerne ruhig schlafen möchte, dem ist dieses Haus NICHT zu empfehlen!! Das Haupt-Hotel Foto bei Booking.com mit dem wehenden Vorhang und Balkon erweckt völlig falsche Vorstellungen. Kein Zimmer hat einen Balkon!! Ausstattung auf den ersten Blick ganz nett - allerdings viele Kleinigkeiten wurden nicht bedacht. So ist im Bad z.B. keinerlei Haken oder irgendeine Vorrichtung, an der man das Handtuch aufhängen könnte, im Wohn/Schlafzimmer ebenso keinerlei Möglichkeit eine Jacke oder sonstiges aufzuhängen.... Toilettendeckel wackelte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes (trotz Reklamation) - die Fußböden in Bad und Wohn/Schlafzimmer wurden wohl schon seit etlicher Zeit NICHT mehr feucht geputzt (Haare auf dem Boden im Bad, abgebrochener künstlicher Fingernagel im Wohn/Schlafzimmer... Wir haben ursprünglich das DELUXE ZIMMER gebucht - dies befand sich jedoch im 1. Stock und war sehr dunkel. Wir wechselten in die günstigere SUPERIOR- Kategorie, die wenigstens im 4. Stock war und somit heller war (den Differenzbetrag erhielten wir natürlich NICHT erstattet..) Zum Frühstück: dies wurde in einem Lokal namens "The Brunchery" eingenommen - ca. 200m vom Artisian Suites entfernt. Ein bestimmt sehr gutes Lokal zum Frühstücken - allerdings nur eine sehr reduziertes, eierlastiges Angebot für Artisian Suites Gäste !!! Wir werden sicherlich NICHT wieder in den ARTISIAN SUITES übernachten!!!!
• Mark & Paul (10/5): Week in Athens - Excellent location for everything. Staff were very helpful, friendly & professional. Accommodation was excellent spotlessly clean. Excellent toiletries, WiFi, plenty of hot water. Plenty of storage. Excellent breakfast provided by Brunchers around the corner.
• Regula (8/5): - Es waren geräumige Zimmer, das Badezimmer war eher klein, aber neuer eingerichtet. Frühstück im nahe gelegenen The Brunchers sehr schmackhaft! Nahe der Metrostation Monastiraki einerseits und nahe zur Akropolis und Altstadt andererseits, also gut gelegen. Es war sehr hellhörig und da es in einem Szenequartier war ( was wir nicht genug recherchiert haben), sehr sehr laut. Im Badezimmer hatte es nicht ein einzigen Haken, um die Badetücher aufzuhängen. Kein Schrank in der Suite, nur im einen Zimmer eine Kleiderstange

• Abdulelah (10/5): موقع مثالي وقريب من كل شي - 1 - موقع الفندق رائع . خطوات الى أجمل ساحة في أثينا ( مونيستراكي ) ومحطة المترو قريبة جدا والمنطقة مليئة بالمطاعم العربية والبقالات والمعارض والباص السياحي خطوات من الفندق . 2 - نظافة الفندق فوق الوصف والغرفة فيها كل ما تحتاجه من ميكرويف وصحون واكواب وادوات اعداد القهوة . 3 - تعامل الطاقم أكثر من ممتاز وخاصة الآخت ايفي ساعدتني كثير عند الوصول للحصول على شريحة جوال وسهلت دخولي المبكر للفندق . 4 - لا توجد مفاتيح للغرف ولكن كود تدخله ويفتح الباب . 1 - الفطور في مطعم مجاور للفندق وهو عباراة عن اربعة قوائم تختار واحدة منها ولكنه مقبول

La suite spacieuse et à deux pas du resto pour le petit déjeuner délicieux. Le matelas de mauvaise qualité et le manque d’insonorisation avec la rue, les fenêtres ne doivent pas être en double vitrage car la suite côté rue, c’est beaucoup trop bruyant la nuit avec le bar sous les fenêtres !
• Thorsten (7/5): Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer hellhörig - Die Lage der Apartments ist großartig, wenn man im alten, verwinkelten Athen eine Unterkunft buchen möchte. Die U-Bahnstation "Monastiraki" ist buchstäblich um die Ecke, da der Ausgang "Athinas Str." etwa 50 Meter vom Hotel entfernt an die Oberfläche führt. Das Frühstück im benachbarten "The Brunchers" war sehr gut, für Hotelgäste gibt es eine kleine Speisekarte, um aus vier Frühstücksmenüs auswählen zu können, das erste Getränk (Kaffee oder Orangensaft) ist im Preis der Unterkunft inbegriffen. Gegen Aufpreis wird dort zusätzlich jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Leider war unser Zimmer im ersten Stock (Deluxe Suite A2) sehr hellhörig, der Lärm von der Straße drang direkt durch die schlecht schallisolierten Fenster nach innen. Ebenso war das direkt am Schlafzimmer angrenzende Treppenhaus nicht förderlich für eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Auch das Licht von der Straße (Straßenlaterne direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster) in Kombination mit mäßig dichten Vorhängen trug nicht unbedingt zu einem erholsamen Schlaf bei. Eventuell haben wir vor dem Schlafengehen zu wenig Ouzo getrunken ;-)

• FRANCESCA (8/5): - Posizione ottima per vedere tutta Atene a piedi, vicinissima alla metro per l’aeroporto. Ho soggiornato nella suite superior , grande luminosa e pulita. Purtroppo la mia suite affacciava sulla via dove si trova un bar aperto fino a tarda notte molto frequentato, quindi ho fatto fatica a dormire disturbata dalla musica e dalle voci dei clienti.

• Angélique (8/5): Bon accueil et bien situé - Emplacement idéal pour se restaurer facilement aux alentours et accéder rapidement aux sites antiques à pieds, métro à proximité également. Personnel souriant et disponible pour des conseils pratiques. Petit déjeuner copieux servi à table dans un restaurant d'une rue voisine. Literie confortable et chambre spacieuse Le quartier étant animé, même si l'immeuble est un peu en retrait de la place la plus bruyante, le week-end on entend quand même musique et éclats de voix jusque tard dans la nuit. Les rideaux occultants sont un peu juste en taille et la luminosité tôt le matin peut être une gêne pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger. Il y a très peu de rangement dans la chambre familiale donc nous avons dû laisser le linge dans nos valises. Dernier point : une odeur désagréable planait parfois dans la chambre qu'il fallait aérer souvent : a priori un problème de canalisations lors de notre séjour.

• virginie (10/5): Soggiorno davvero piacevole in una struttura accogliente e ben curata, in posizione centralissima - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole: camera pulita e confortevole, ambienti curati, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima e posizione comodissima. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Un piccolo suggerimento, solo per rendere l’esperienza ancora più completa: l’aggiunta di un tavolino in camera sarebbe un dettaglio molto apprezzato. Per il resto, tutto davvero impeccabile. Torneremmo volentieri! Si trova in un quartiere vivo e dinamico: per chi ama la tranquillità assoluta può risultare un po’ rumoroso (non dipendente dalla struttura), ma per noi la posizione è stata un grande valore aggiunto.

• Sand69 (8/5): Beautiful Aparthotel - J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour l'anniversaire de ma sœur, et l'accueil a été exceptionnel. Dès ma demande, ils ont décoré la chambre avec soin, avec un gâteau, une bouteille et une assiette de fruits, ce qui a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à notre séjour. La chambre était jolie et confortable, avec une belle décoration.Merci à Aneta L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également un point fort, idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville et profiter des attractions locales. il manque un meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires personnelles ainsi que pour poser le linge, ce qui aurait été pratique.

• Drora (9/5): נהנו מאוד רק חבל שלא ניקו - מיקום מרכזי, הצוות הקבלה מקסים , רק חבל שלא ניקו לנו את החדר במשך השהייה למרות שהשארנו פתק בדלת. הארוע חזר על עצמו במשך כל השנות שלנו. שלא ניקו לממן את החדר במשך כל שהותנו

• Danil (8/5): - The location is excellent, perfect for city day trips or going out. Staff was extraordinary The breakfast is a block away, but is in a good café, and good quality. Only issue with the room is an odd smell from the bathroom and a bit moldy smell if all windows are closed in the room
