- Lesley (10/5): Fabulous property!!! - The apartments are really well situated for the tube station making travel around London very easy. The staff are really friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was well designed. Very clean and water and snacks were really welcome. The bed was super comfortable, just what you need after a busy day. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was really good. Would recommend London Paddington apartments over any we've stayed in previously There was nothing I didn't like

- Alessia (6/5): - Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin! Die Lage ist super und erreicht die Paddington Station zu Fuss in 10 Minuten. Grundsätzlich sauber. Das Zimmer war bereits sehr abgewohnt. Obwohl das Zimmer grundsätzlich sauber war, gab es viel alten Dreck, den man wahrscheinlich nicht mehr weg bringt. Zudem gab es grossflächigen Schimmel im Bad. Das schlimmste war jedoch der Lärm. Und damit meine ich nicht den Lärm von draussen, dies ist in einer Grossstadt wie London unumgänglich. Sondern interner Lärm. Das Haus ist sehr Ringhörig und man hört jeden Schritt der Nachbaren. Der Kühlschrank brummt die ganze Nacht laut und die Elektronik klickt die ganze Zeit. Da wir nach nur einer Nacht wieder abgereist sind, kann ich nicht sagen, ob sich dies noch gebessert hätte.

- Heike (10/5): Perfekt für einen Londonstädtetrip - Gute Lage,die nächste Bahn Station ist 5 min weg auch zum Frühstück findet man innerhalb 5 min verschiedene Locations Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen und je 1 kleine Flasche Wasser und zur Begrüßung 3 kleine Tüten Chips und Getränke. Die Koffer kann man im Appartement deponieren bis zum Abflug Ideal für einen Städtetag!!! Die Matratzen waren etwas durch gelegen!

Traffic noise at times was annoying BUT that comes with being close to all the major roads. Not a big problem at the end of the day.

- Alejandra (9/5): Amabilidad y muy buena comunicación - Los apartamentos tienen una ubicación excelente, con la estación de tren de Paddington y varias estaciones y líneas de metro muy cerca. También autobuses directos a Victoria station. Se puede ir andando a Hyde Park. En la habitación se puede desayunar ya que cuenta con microondas, hervidor y una pequeña nevera. Tienen el detalle de dejar botellas de agua de obsequio todos los días. También a diario pasan a poner toallas limpias y hacer las camas. El personal es muy amable. La única pega que se me ocurre es que es algo ruidoso por la noche, por algún camión de basura y ambulancias, pues hay un hospital cerca. Pero para nosotros no fue mucho problema. Estuvimos muy a gusto y repetiríamos

- Jordina (8/5): Very happy with services provided by reception staff, not so much the cleaning services. - Great location. Easy access to 2 subway stations. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room not that clean. Quite dusty. Cleaners very often left rubbish from bins on dining table in room. We had to resort to disposing of the rubbish in bin near reception ourselves. Cleaners were also not consistent in topping up essential items like toilet paper, although the reception staff were very helpful in ratifying this when asked.
- Pen (9/5): 市内観光に便利 - パディントン駅から徒歩１０分以内で便利でした。近くにスーパーM&Sやウェイトローズもあり買い物も便利でした。サービス度アパートメントなのでタオルの交換も毎日あり、管理面でも安心できました。 これはスペースの点で改善のしようがないと思いますが、ミニキッチンの設備がもう少し充実していたらと思います。電磁調理器があれば調理の幅がぐっと広がると思います。現状お湯を沸かして、電子レンジで加熱調理するぐらいです。それでも驚くほど外食費の高いロンドンでは助かります。なぜかスーパーの食材はそれほど高くありません。

- Nicole (10/5): London - ein tolles Erlebnis in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft! - Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Es fand eine tägliche Reinigung statt, mit täglichem Handtuchwechsel. Auch bekam jeder von uns täglich eine Flasche Wasser umsonst. Die Möglichkeit, ein Frühstück oder kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten zu können, fanden wir super! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben! Es ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten!

Wie schon andere Gäste schrieben sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert. Nachts ist es draußen sehr laut. Krankenwagen, Motorräder, - wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird nicht so ausgeruht sein am nächsten Morgen.

Housekeeping very attentive when we needed more towels and such. It was terribly noisy - updated windows would help, the drains in the bathroom really struggled to drain, challenging to not always have someone available at the desk - even extending their hours from 7:00 to 22:00 would be helpful, the layout and lighting were poor and made it challenging to get ready for 3 women.

Bed was comfortable, towels & bed linen provided were good quality and immaculate. Room was spacious and light with everything I needed for a 3 night stay or more, would come back again. Minor things such as hooks and shelves in bathroom and inside the shower to store toiletries. More accessible plug points would be useful.

I stayed at many places in London, but this was the best and especially no smelly bathroom! 🙌 They had also so many free snacks!!
- Rosin (8/5): Great stay in London! - Great apartment in the area of Paddington Station. The place is close to the metro stations and to many bus stops, not right in the city center but close enough and well served by transport. In the area there are many shops and restaurants. The room was very big and confortable, really appreciated the king size bed and the absence of carpet on the floor. Bathroom and showers were very good too, even if without window or ventilation. I really liked the snacks in the room and the daily supply of bottled water, and the possibility of leaving the luggage before/after check in/out. Wifi was working very poorly and street noises could be heard all night long. We were unlucky to have someone on the upper floor moving furniture all the time and being particularly noisy.

- Marian (8/5): This is a good choice for a hotel in the central part of London. - The location is great, close to two tube stations, and perfect for exploring London by tube and on foot. The area is reasonably quiet for the heart of a big city. The room was spacious enough as was the bathroom. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. The kitchenette worked well for us. The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. Lots of lights, including bedside lamps. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. While the room and bed were cleaned regularly, the bathroom sink, shower and toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Most hotels in other places where we have stayed now change towels only on request and this seems wise environmentally. Perhaps change the towels less often and focus more on cleaning the bathroom!
