• Richard (10/5): Absolutely magnificent. - We found Alkima absolutely perfect for our 4 day stay in Athens. If you’re reading this you’ll know it’s a small boutique hotel, all the staff we met were so helpful and caring. The room was immaculately clean, modern and stylish and the breakfast was superb. Even visiting in March it was warm enough to benefit from the small rooftop plunge pool overlooking the Acropolis. The local neighbourhood has great bars and restaurants most of which are also used by people living locally and you feel you’re in an authentic Athens suburb whilst still only 10 mins from all the attractions. Thank you so much and we will definitely be recommending Alkima to our friends and family x We noted that some of the reviews mentioned the local area was somewhat rundown but we actually found that part of the attraction and felt totally safe at all times in a very vibrant neighbourhood.

• Mona (10/5): Magnifique hôtel, un lieu inventif, bien géré et joliment décoré, idéal pour découvrir Athens. - Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, préparé sur mesure chaque matin après commande la veille afin d’éviter le gaspillage alimentaire — un concept que nous avons beaucoup apprécié — et servi à l’endroit de votre choix. Nous avons choisi la terrasse sur le toit, près de la piscine, un jour, et un autre matin nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner dans notre chambre. Tout est fait maison, notamment la spanakopita et le muesli. Les lits étaient particulièrement confortables, la salle de bain récemment rénovée avec une douche à effet pluie, et il y avait du matériel de sport dans la chambre ainsi qu’un balcon. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et serviable — ils ont même mis des ballons sur le lit pour mon fils, puisque c’était son anniversaire le jour de notre arrivée. Rien. Ce n’est pas une faute de l’hôtel, mais le quartier, bien que situé à distance de marche de la gare, peut sembler un peu douteux la nuit, en arrivant tard le soir - mais ce n’était pas dangereux. Le quartier donne l’impression d’être en pleine transformation : on y voit beaucoup de bâtiments délabrés et usés à côté d’immeubles fraîchement rénovés.

• Joanna (9/5): Loved it! Would book again! - We loved our stay at Alkima. The hotel is located right in the city centre and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. Everything was really clean and the indoor design was really pleasant. It took some getting used to having the bathroom and toilet only separated by a glass wall. If you share a room, be comfortable with that.

Un accueil au top avec un personnel serviable, et tellement sympathique pour un hôtel correspondant à la description dans un quartier proche des ruelles commerçantes et des restaurants. Également bien situé par rapport aux sites à visiter. Les lits sont confortables et chacun peut choisir le petit-déjeuner qui lui convient. Je recommande vraiment et y retournerais sans hésiter.

• Thomas.Ka (9/5): Ein tolles Hotel in guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal und super Ausstattung. - Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse; etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt liegt es in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg und man befindet sich am lebendigen Monastiraki-Platz. Das Hotel sticht sofort mit seiner neuen Fassade hervor. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auf Wünsche ein. An dieser Stelle ein großes Danke an Zoi! Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und hat den Charme eines Boutique-Hotels. Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock war geräumig, sauber und sehr einladend. Das Bad war sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Bett war bequem und auch das Schlafsofa in Ordnung. TV und Klimaanlage funktionierten einwandfrei und auch der Kühlschrank war benutzbar. Was ich toll finde, ist, dass das Hotel durch einige Hinweistexte sehr auf Nachhaltigkeit achtet. Die Idee, dass man das Frühstück am Vortag selber bestellen kann, indem man einen Zettel ausfüllt, was man essen möchte, und diesen dann bis 23h an der Rezeption abgibt finde ich grandios! Zumal das Frühstück auch sehr lecker war und uns alles bot, was wir gerne wollten. Wir kommen wieder. Das Bad hatte minimale Probleme: die erste Tür lies sich nicht schließen und ging jedesmal auf. Etwas was sich recht schnell reparieren lässt. Und durch das Milchglas im Bad erkennt man die Person dahinter.

Egy butik hotelhez megfelelő teljesen megfelelő módon volt tálalva, friss és tökéletesen elég volt. PONTOS, IDŐBEN szervírozták. A választék egy kicsit kevés egy 4 csillagos szállodához képest. A WIFI sajnos nem túl erős !

In de leuke wijk Psiri, net even een straat verwijderd van de drukte maar temidden van vele leuke restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden allen binnen zo'n 20 min lopen. Ontbijt is heerlijk. Mooi dakterras en cafe om even bij te komen. De kamer had een heerlijk bed en douche en was verder vrij eenvoudig. Centrale airco werkte niet waardoor het erg warm was in de kamer. Ook sloot de badkamer deur niet. Gym vonden wij wat tegenvallen. Slechts 2 apparaten en geeft niet echt privacy, want deze zit in de doorloop van het cafe naar de patio.
