They run a free shuttle service to the local train station which is worthwhile using, otherwise about a 12 minute walk but poor footpaths. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. It can get quite busy but we never saw it full. The breakfast area becomes a restaurant during the day & evening. A reasonable choice of foods and I can thoroughly recommend the duck with mashed potato.

- afshin (10/5): Would definitely recommend - Very happy stay for 10 days in a suite, couldn't have asked for much more from the room. It is well stocked with everything you could need, very sizeable, decent shower, no complaints. Very good location for getting around the city, the area has a big Japanese flavour and the hotel reflected this. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, but freshly made omlettes are a nice touch. Disappointed with the coffee and the fruit on offer but can't complain for the cost of the room per night. Staff were great and very attentive and friendly. Thanks to Joe, lunar, pup and the rest for taking good care of us.

- SEUNGHEE (10/5): 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. - 스태프 모두 친절하고 얼굴을 마주치면 늘 웃는 얼굴고 인사를 해주셨어요. 호텔 리셉션에 들어가면 향기도 매우 좋아서 호텔서 사용하는 디퓨져가 뭔지 엄청 궁금했네요. 호텔 컨디션도 좋고 깨끗하고 매우 쾌적했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 세탁기 세제는 숙박하는 동안 딱 한번만 지급되고 그 이후부터는 호텔 로비에서 구입을 하거나 개인적으로 준비를 해야 했어요. 세면대와 간이주방에는 수압이 약한걸 못느꼈는데 샤워실과 화장실 수압이 좀 약했어요. 프롬퐁역과 거리는 좀 있지만 셔틀서비스도 있고 걷기에도 무리는 없지만 더워서 셔틀을 주로 이용했어요. 디포짓이 있으니 가실분들은 참고하세요. 다른 후기들을 보면 수영장이 좀 작다고 했지만 더울때 잠시 수영하고 쉬기에는 너무 좋았어요.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed, I spent a lot of time in the Den(big living room for people living in the hotel, you can work or have social interaction there), the happy hour on Monday to Wednesday brought me a lot happiness! And never forget to enjoy the Onsen! Overally it is not top luxury style though but absolutely modern and considerate, highly recommend!

- Nicholas (10/5): - REally no complains, great value, great locaiton, great staff. I was frustrated by the english levefl of some peole in the restaurant, but again, i can't speak Thai so i shoudln't complain!
- QUNWEI (10/5): - There is a spacious co-working area, and happy hour from Monday to Wednesday at 5:30, this lets you won’t feel lonely.
- Aeily (10/5): - One of the best hotel I have had! Great location, friendly warm staff, the concierge was so helpful, immaculate and comfortable room. Love the onsen…Wow! It was such a wonderful experience and definitely bring my family here again soon.

- TSUTOMU (10/5): コスパ良いホテル - プロンポーン駅付近のホテルではベストのコスパと思われる。(高いお金を出せば良いホテルには泊まれるが） Staffの対応Good. 施設Good ；エレバーターの動き(大事)、ウォシュレット等水回りは日本製(TOTO)、 温泉がある（使ったことは無い） 改善要望；①シャワーの温度調整が難しい ②朝食のパンが美味しくない ③部屋に筆記用具が無いのでチョッとメモる時等不便。 改善点はあるが、ベストなコスパだと思います。 今回含め出張3連続でこのホテルに滞在しています。

- Marlin (10/5): - The hotel caters to Japanese guests with the theme, breakfast and amenities offered. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

- Christopher (6/5): - Quiet area, however our shower was clogged, fridge rim was broken, some staff were not accommodating. We asked to have a late checkout, they refused. They stated that all rooms were full but if you pay half the price, you can stay till 6pm.... Money grab I would say, concidering we stayed for 2 weeks and half of the duration we only stayed half of the time.
- Wing Sze Cisy (6/5): - Too far away to walk to BTS & Emporium. Shuttle only once per hour. Too inconvenient to go anywhere. Would not stay here again
- Gregory (6/5): Great Staff and Place to Stay! BUT... - My wife and I stayed here for several nights and it was all very good. The staff were all friendly, the hotel was clean, and in good repair. The only thing that was a downer was the emphasis on the "Pride" month. It was EVERYWHERE! Rainbow flags and banners in the lobby, rainbow umbrellas hanging from the ceiling, event notifications on the cork board in the room, "The Den" which is a sitting area that is very comfortable overall, I mean the displays were everywhere! They had events scheduled especially for the guests of this persuasion and more. I get it. It is a USA company that is making a political statement BUT...it was significantly over the top. I will reconsider any IHG property from now on given their apparent politically driven position. The staff were all very kind and helpful when called upon for assistance. Overall the hotel was fine and normally would warrant a high mark but the emphasis on the pride stuff was really off putting.

- Teri Lynn (8/5): - Only negative, was that the temperature for the shower was not easy to control. It took several tries of moving the handle around, in order to find the hot water. Next shower, handle in the exact same position still did not equal hot water.
- RHODELLA (10/5): - Excellent place to stay! Staff were all great but these two particular Gentlemen who were so kind and sincere made sure we were comfortable and always so helpful getting us transportation. Yes kudos to Joe and Pete!!! From Mr. & Mrs. L
- Jens Peter (10/5): Lovely Soi 24 hotel - Very nice and new hotel with comfi room and bed exactly as I like it. Big and well equipped gym. Breakfast with enough choices included.

- Sean (10/5): - I will be staying here from now on! Brand new hotel. Rooms are well laid out. Sliding door between bedroom and main area. Large fridge. Microwave. Fully stocked kitchen. Shower has lots of water pressure. The gym is great....a bike and treadmills as well as lots of gym equipment/machines all brand new. The staff at this hotel are truly amazing. I am a light sleeper when I checked in I asked for a quiet room. Ryu at the front desk assigned me a room at the very back of the hotel. He even called the room shortly afterwards to make sure it was to my liking. Amazing service! The hotel is set in from Soi 24 with a commercial building in front of it....I don't think you would hear any traffic noise from any of their rooms. The sign at the lobby says "Welcome Home" and that is exactly how every person working there made me feel. I will definitely be staying here on future trips to Bangkok.
