Richard (10/5): Bliss!!!!!!! - It exceed my expectations in every way. The room was well designed, quiet and comfortable with a good view. Breakfasts were delicious and the hot spring was heavenly. On-site laundry was a plus. Close to the m-line subway station. Walking distance from several museums. Of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed so far, this is miles ahead of the other two. If and when I return to Japan, I plan of staying at this hotel chain exclusively. It was all top notch, there was nothing I didn’t like

This seemed to be not as fancy as other Onyado’s I’d stayed in. But I got the sense it was more for business than tourists and it was still lovely.

Thomas (9/5): A surprise hotel - unassuming outside and outstanding inside! - The location was excellent - near a lovely part of the city and with quick access to public transportation. The breakfast was outstanding. Services, like the onsen, massage chairs, and quiet space were excellent as well. No particular problems that I can think of.

Lucy Parker (10/5): Unique onsen stay, great location, clean functional rooms, memorable experience. - Great first Japanese Onsen Experience. Loved the entrance of the hotel and the fact that shoes are FORBIDDEN inside the hotel.. Was not at all prepared for the Steam Bath NAKED experience - had assumed it was a normal hot baths... anyways it was really well laid out in the Baths, cold plunge and sauna and a MUST for anyone wanting to go with nature! The Rooms are small but very functional and clean - I couldnt fault them at all I would stay here again as the location was safe, central and in a really nice classy neighbourhood. I discovered "Northshore" Restaurant just across the road for a Vegan, Western Breakfast if you are in dire need and have been travelling for a while like I had. The Steam bath on Night 2 was broken down so I missed my session and by the time it was ready I had already changed my plans which was a shame as it was really the highlight of the stay.

Diego (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing hotel in a very central location - The hotel and location were terrific. One of the people on our party had tattoos that were too large to cover so they couldn't enjoy the onsen. I know tattoos have negative connotations in Japan, but we hoped as it's a larger chain that it might be more tattoo friendly. The hotel was still awesome (I rated it very highly), but it was just a slight disappointment as one person had to skip the bath and sauna.

Ivan (9/5): Колоритный отель в национальном стиле - Большой отель в центре города с национальным колоритом, хорошим онсеном и умеренными ценами. Везде чисто. Мебель новая, кровати достаточно мягкие и удобные. Обувь оставляют на входе в отель. На полах везде расстелены циновки, так что гости ходят везде в носках или босиком. Также гостям предлагают серо-бежевые пижамы-кимоно. Это обеспечивает глубину погружения в японский колорит. На завтраках предлагаются блюда национальной японской кухни по системе «шведский стол». В онсене две купели с 40-градусной горячей водой, бассейн с такой же горячей водой, сауна и купель с холодной водой 10C. Еще есть гидромассажный душ. Все чисто и удобно. Посетителей не слишком много. Для мужчин и женщин онсены раздельные. Есть бесплатное мороженое. По вечерам предлагают суп-лапшу. По утрам на завтраке образуются большие очереди. Даже в 7 утра. Имейте в виду (впрочем, в других отелях та же ситуация). Мы выбрали «угловой номер» т.к. у него больше площадь. Но вид из окна в нем совсем неприглядный.

Liudmila (9/5): - Отличный сетевой отель - достаточно просторный по японским меркам номер, удобные кровати. Расположение 30 минут пешком до gliko men. Любим эту сеть за онсен и бесплатный вечерний рамен. Когда не успеваешь поужинать - самое то. Онсен небольшой, но уютный. Народу много не было.
LAINDKS (9/5): Tranquilo e acolhedor - Localização muito boa, tranquila e perto de lugares muito bons. Lojas de conveniências, restaurantes, jardim de rosas, shopping. O café da manhã é delicioso e farto. Cadeira de massagem um alívio para o corpo. Quarto confortável. Elevador é lento.

Adah (10/5): It was a great stay. Would go back again! - The staff are wonderful. I love how we had to leave our shoes in storage when we arrive. Keeping the building clean. The rooms are good size. Onsen facilities were great. The complimentary noodle supper was a great even though I didn’t have it. I was also able to borrow an adapter. Everyone was so helpful. Lawson was also around the corner! The bathroom in the room made me feel a little dizzy because it’s like a small shower pod.

Mary (6/5): It was ok but not great. Other Dormy Inns have been better - I liked the location, the breakfast was fine, at other Dormy Inns they have an espresso or capuchino option. We would have liked that. The onsen was not clean, one of the times i went in, there were people singing, spraying water from the showers all over, using multiple of the small basins as toys, drinking liquids. It was quite unpleasant; they were clearly not following the guidelines and it felt very uncomfortable. It would be nice it staff came through and made sure it was safe and pleasant for everyone.

Sophie (10/5): - Très bon emplacement, équipement moderne et chambres avec très bonne literie. Onsen très agréables au dernier étage, ramen gratuit entre 19-21h tous les jours. Onsen interdit aux personnes ayant des tatouages.

Hideki (7/5): やはり野々は… - いつもいろいろな場所の野々を利用していますが、淀屋橋の野々もとても快適でした。スタッフの方々の細かい気遣いがありがたかったです。朝ごはんのビュッフェも夜鳴きそばもおいしかったです。施設の広さの関係だと思いますが、露天風呂が壺風呂だけだったのは少しものたりなかったです。

Rubin (10/5): A window into Japanes travel and hospitality. - We have been traveling in Japan for 10 days having a wonderful hotel experiences. This one was distinct and really quite delightful and unusual ways. The Japanese friend had encouraged me to stay at a door. Me in in this experience allowed me to understand a whole other side of Japanese hospitality and travel habits while not flashy,the experience felt in its own way luxurious and Gracious in the amenities offered during our stay. The majority of guests (ourselves included ) moved around the hotel in the pajama sets provided by the hotel. A wonderful Onsen facility, complementary soba noodles in the late evening with popsicles and massage chairs all included Service for the room. The staff was incredibly helpful and facilitating the transport of some excess luggage to a future hotel destination so we didn’t have to carry it around in every way this was an exceptional experience. Amanda (10/5): Great location & value. - Easily accessible to many stations in the area. Staff always available & attentive. Great onsen, sauna & bath, with treats after. Late night noodles, happy hour & breakfast were all great. Do not skip the buffet breakfast! No notes! Keep up the good work.
