- Alicja (3/5): the stay did not meet my expectations - When I made a reservation at the property through Booking.com, I encountered numerous problems with my reservation. Initially, I was assured that I wasn't entitled to breakfast at the hotel, even though I had purchased the breakfast-inclusive option on the Booking. Only after presenting my reservation on my phone was I able to reach an agreement and receive information about the meal. I had selected a Deluxe room in my reservation, but upon arrival, I was assigned a room of the lowest standard, with very limited space, no working bathroom lights, and poor cleanliness. I am dissatisfied with my stay. It was difficult to communicate with the staff because most of them don't speak English. Furthermore, I had difficulty receiving an invoice. I do not recommend it.

Personel son derece nazik, içten ve profesyoneldi — kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Yataklar rahat, ortam huzurluydu; iyi bir uyku için aradığınız her şey vardı. Konumu ise hem merkezi hem de sakin, bu dengeyi yakalamak gerçekten zor. Sessiz bir kaçamak ya da şehri keşfetmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

- Mohammed (6/5): Good hotel to stay for the young and value for money - The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great, like changing bedsheets and toiletries almost daily. The Fi-Wi was very poor, and breakfast was just average. The hotel is situated on the downhill side, and it was challenging to walk uphill for almost ten minutes before reaching the top of the main road. Not recommended for the elderly.

- Miledi (8/5): Very good - i really liked the reception staff, they were friendly and atttentive guys. the location is also great, close to almost all the important places, u can walk the taksim square. the metro and bus stop are also close by. i didn't like the breakfast, it was very simple, the same every day. In addition, i didn't like the hotel service, they only changed the trash in the room. when we entered the room there was a lot of dust, the bed linen was not changed and was not cleaned because i found drink cans by the bed. i asked but they didn't changed bed linen, i changed myself, and also didn't have bathrobes. when we asked them to come later, they didn't come to clean.
- Bessi (1/5): Worst experience in Istanbul - Nothing I booked a large double room for 3 nights , the images on booking looks very nice , but we were surprised once at the hotel , first they gave us a small room , not the one we booked and we saw in the pictures here , they said they have guests, which is not my problem because i paid extra , and they were not even sorry , they were talking with such a rudeness like they are giving me the room for free , anyways dont choose this , even the rooms are old, dirty walls , not nice to stay

The staff were so attentive and friendly it felt like I had known them for years. My room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a peaceful atmosphere. In short, everything was delightful. You really feel special here. He tried his best to resolve the issues with the room. That rating is just for Jamal and not for the hotel. The AC wasn't working and took 3 days to fix. The breakfast was no more than a joke and the lady serving the breakfast was very rude.

- Liam (4/5): Low-End Hotel, Noisy, Mediocre Service - My stay was not consistent with the ratings I saw. The walls are very thin and room is not noise proof. Walls were also dirty. I had no hand soap because room cleaning took it the day after it was opened and never replaced the soap they took. They also took my hand towels and did not replace them. One night someone was smoking and I had to open my window to get to sleep from the smell. I had to use ear plugs every single night. The front desk was not able to resolve these issues. The breakfast is of poor quality. I would not stay here beyond a simple one or two nights. This was a regrettable stay for me given what is available in this area.

Otele adım attığım andan itibaren sıcak bir karşılama ve kusursuz bir hizmetle ağırlandım. Otelin zarif tasarımı, hem şık hem de konforlu bir atmosfer sunarak konaklamamı son derece keyifli hale getirdi. Odalar özenle dekore edilmiş olup lüks yatak takımları, şık mobilyalar ve tüm modern olanaklarla donatılmıştı. Rahatlık ve konfor için her detay titizlikle düşünülmüştü. Otelin sunduğu hizmet ve olanaklar gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Taze ve kaliteli malzemelerle hazırlanan lezzetli kahvaltısından, iyi donanımlı spa ve dinlenme alanlarına kadar her şey misafirlerin deneyimini en üst seviyeye çıkarmak için tasarlanmıştı. Konumu da harikaydı—şehirdeki önemli cazibe merkezlerine ve kültürel alanlara oldukça yakın olmasına rağmen huzurlu ve sakin bir konaklama sunuyordu. Genel olarak, bu otel beklentilerimi fazlasıyla aştı. İstanbul’un Harbiye bölgesinde yüksek standartlara sahip bir butik otel arayanlar için mükemmel bir tercih. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ve tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum!

- Shklqim (1/5): veryy bad stuf and rooms very bad - nothing i do not like there the rooms are very unclean and very noisy all night i could not sleep i we were earning what they told in the room next to us in the morning i wentvin reception to ask for any solution for other night becouse i had payed 2 night the guy in recepetion told i will call police !! i told we do not need police we need solution from you becouse we are your gueest he told you can take lagage and go other hotel we did not sleep there that night and they did bot give back the money for one night more very rude stuf

- Mohammed (1/5): If you want to get a good value of your money don’t stay on this hotel go somewhere else. - Nothing The room was so dirty, the bed was having the smell of dirt as I am allergic to it. The hallway was smelling the piss, and the room was on the last floor which was noisy because all of the setup of the air conditioning just on top of it.

Dirty beddings and pillow cases. it seems they don't change the sheets and pillow cased for the next gusts if the previous guest has stayed just for one night. Breakfast is Poor with low quality foods. you have no choice to choose what you want, you'll be given a plate of rude ladies who work in the kitchen. This hotel just looks very good and attractive in it's pictures with it's misleading pictures but in reality is rubbish and in a very poor area and far from most attractions. It is almost 20 min walking to Taqsim too. So please avoid avoid avoid this 1 star hotel.

- Hassan (1/5): Bad - The location isn't that great and the area is a bit bit dodgy. The hotel itself looks fine on the booking.com page, but don't fall for it as it is very misleading. The hotel stinks of cigarette smell, the lift and carpets are dirty and full of stains, pillow cases were smelly and were not changed when we arrived and when we told the receptionists he seemed ok with it and not very surprised but he offered some pillows from other room which were not better. Smell of cigarettes was unbearable, and the next day when it was mentioned to the reception, they said they couldn't ask people not to smoke in the hotel. Shower enclosure has no door or has been taken out and walls are moulded and dirty. Breakfast was poor, and they give you a plate of their choice which and if you complain, you'll get rudeness from kitchn ladies. The only good point about the hotel was one of the receptionists(Ali) who was kind and polite and listened to our complain and tried to rectify the issues. I wouldn't give more than half a star if I could. I wouldn't recommend the Hotel to anyone. I didn't like anything about this hotel.

The cleaner did not clean well all the period of stay, Bedsheets were not changed for period. You could hear sound from outside in your room. The room was not sound proof enough.

- Ece (1/5): Terrible choice, not recommended - nothing This hotel was a major disappointment for myself and my three international friends. The hygiene standards were shockingly low, with towels given randomly and a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom, which made me sick by the third day. Furthermore, the breakfast was a disaster, kitchen stafff was very mean, only instant coffee, and on some days, our pillows were left without covers. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with rooms cleaned (!) some days and neglected on others, adding to the overall very low-quality experience. It's baffling how this establishment can claim to be a 4-star hotel.

You can hardly find a parking space. The location of the hotel is not very good, but it is close to the central area and Galata port.
