Also it's close to the green metro line that made it easy to go to other places. Not exactly a problem, but the apartment was pretty small. It was just enough room for a couple and the luggage. I wouldn't rent it for 3 people.

Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom is fully functional. Apartment is located in a quite neighborhood, yet again, in a walking distance from the metro station. For those willing to walk a bit more, most interesting venues are within walking distance. There are several markets, cafes, restaurants and fast food bars very close to the apartment. Gábor Csaba (10/5): Great value for money! Definitely recommended! - The location was great, there was a large shop where we could purchase all local goods! There was a restaurant at the corner, Best Taste, I can highly recommend it! All bedrooms had double bed, one room was en-suite and there was another bath with a toilet and an extra separated toilet- it was very convenient for 5 people. Ancient Agora was half an hour away on feet and the Acropolis could be easily reached in 30 mims by metro and walk. Couple of light switches did not work and one shower head needs a replacement.

Anne-Gaëlle (8/5): Séjour très agréable - Appartement très propre situé dans un quartier à une trentaine de minutes à pied du centre historique ; beaucoup de superettes / supermarchés / restauration rapide à quelques minutes à pied. Il est très difficile de se garer dans le quartier passé une certaine heure (17h environ). C'est gratuit, mais il y a des voitures partout, il faut tourner un bon moment. Nous avions un appartement 4/6 personnes ; nous étions 6 mais il est plutôt conçu pour 3/4 car il n'y a que 3 places à table et le canapé lit n'est pas confortable, contrairement aux lits des chambres qui sont de très bonne qualité ; le toilette est dans la salle de bain, cela peut créer un peu d'embouteillages le matin à 6. Le point positif, c'est le rapport qualité prix, pour 6, ce n'était pas cher ; mais nous aurions préféré avoir un appartement vraiment pour 6 (nous étions 12 au total, et l'appartement voisin avec 3 chambres était très confortable).

Dodatkowo w mieszkaniu był płyn do naczyń, papier toaletowy czy mydło. Ręczniki czyściutkie, ilość wystarczająca. w kuchni mogłoby być więcej krzeseł, a całe mieszkanie trochę lepiej odkurzone. Przy 6 osobowej rodzinie śniadanie musieliśmy jeść na zmianę.

£ucas° (10/5): - Ładnie zaaranżowane mieszkanie, blisko metra, co zapewnia dobrą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania. Mozna rowniez spacerkiem w 30-40min dotrzec pod sam Akropol. Mieszkanie dobre dla 8 osób. Obok restauracja Best, w której można dobrze zjeść i za rozsądne pieniądze. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką, która szybko odpisywała i udzielała wszelkiego wsparcia. Nie mam uwag.
ANDREAS (8/5): Nice staying at Petralwna area - The apartment was centrally located, close to the public transport. Easy to find it and with a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It had very good heating and hot water in the shower. It was also clean. (For the apartment on the ground floor that we stayed) The room although seemed to be spacious, it was pretty tight. The placement of the bed, the sofa and the working table were compacting the space a lot. The access to the bed was possible only from the bottom side with a small step. Also the small corridor where it was the kitchen made it difficult to move around.
mmaslon (10/5): Wszystko przebiegło doskonale - Lokalizacja, wygoda mieszkania, wydajna klimatyzacja, cicho pomimo centrum, szybkie WiFi, w pobliżu dobra piekarnia, sklep spożywczy kawiarnie i metro. Przydałoby się więcej sztućców np. długi nóż do krojenia chleba lub nakładka na płytę indukcyjną żeby można było zaparzyć sobie kawę po grecku (tygielek (briki)) jest ale nie można lub po prostu nie umiałem użyć.

The check-in instructions were clear and detailed and she even provided precise travel information that made planning my departure so much easier. The residence itself is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend Eos Residence.

Small bedrooms, one bathroom very tony and shower door opens inwards making very hard to enter, shower head not secure and fell on my head during shower, there is a washer but no dryer and could benefit from folding drying rack, only shampoo provided- no body soap, bathroom in main bedroom had flying gnats ( I think from drain).
Tanja (10/5): Bilo nam je sjajno i doći ćemo ponovo - Lokacija je odlična. Mirno je, prijatno za spavanje, kreveti su jako udobni. U svakoj sobi ima TV i klima. Smeštaj je blizu velikog marketa, pekare, restorana i metro stanice, tako da je sve bilo blizu. Stan je opremljen sa svim potrebnim uređajima, a Ofeliya u ime MGV tima je bila dostupna i kooperativna za sve što je bilo potrebno. Vreme nas je poslužilo tako da smo obišli i celi potez obale od Piraeusa do Glyfade. Jedini nedostatak je što se u jednom od kupatila povremeno oseća neprijatan miris.

Vašek Kmoníček (8/5): Extended weekend in Athens - We liked the location. The apartment is close to the subway and local restaurants and pub. Also the seamless check-in (keys in the safe box) was pleasant. The kitchen was designed by a man who never travels or cooks. No boiling kettle for tea or instant coffee. Just big pots were available to boil water. Cutlery hidden in a "secret" drawer while the usual cutlery drawer had only glasses. No mugs for tea or americano, only cappuccino cups. The fridge doors were hard to close, one had to push a lot. Summarised - the kitchen should be equipped better.

Pałac (10/5): Maraton w Atenach - Polecam to miejsce. Jest wszystko czego potrzebuje grupa przyjaciół, aby odpoczywać i zwiedzić Ateny. Apartament jest nowoczesny, wygodnie zaprojektowany. Bardzo przydatne są dwie łazienki. Jeśli potrzebujecie pralkę, to popytajcie o nią. Szybko można dostać się do centrum metrem - dwa przystanki. Zabudowania w okolicy nie są nowoczesne, ale jest spokojnie. W drodze na metro mija się duży supermarket. Skorzystajcie z restauracji na rogu, przepyszne i tanie jedzenie! Brak

Very good location of the building, 5 minutes from Petralona metro station, practically 15 minutes from Monastiraki 6. 1 minute from a good restaurant 7. Very clear instructions regarding checkin and checkout For 2 families it is a choice with a very good quality price ratio. Our host Ofeliya was available in case any problems arose, but everything was impeccable!

Joana (8/5): Muito bom apartamento - O espaço era muito confortável para 3 casais. A localização era muito boa. Zona calma, com restaurantes bons e próximo do metro. Recomendo muito. Tivemos um problema no primeiro dia. Fomos contactados a dizer que havia um problema com a água no apartamento. Tivemos que passar essa primeira noite num apartamento próximo mas que não tinha 3 quartos portanto, um dos casais teve que dormir no sofá cama da sala, o que foi bastante desconfortável. No entanto, a reparação da água foi rápida e o apoio dado foi bom e conseguimos trocar no segundo dia para o apartamento original que tínhamos reservado.

Abbey (8/5): - If you’re coming to Athens, this apartment is both cute and comfortable to stay in. Although the apartment is small, you are provided with basic amenities, which is quite convenient. Ofeliya, the host, was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. In general, I think the apartment was enjoyable to stay at and well-worth the price you pay.
