Piscine avec belle vue sur la ville La chambre n’était pas très propre, l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché, la télécommande du ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas. Il manquait aussi des suspensions pour étendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Sinon l’appart est joli est bien décoré. Ils demande une caution de RM200 ce qui est une grosse somme. J’ai du batailler longtemps pour la payer en carte car je n’avais pas de cash sur moi. Et comme c’était mon dernier jour je n’avais pas envie de me retrouver avec RM200 sur les bras.

• Miriam (7/5): Aquí nadie sonríe. - El apartamento era muy bonito y tenía unas vistas increíbles. La piscina súper chula y cerca de las Torres Petronas. El personal fue muy antipático en todo momento, no parecían muy felices de trabajar allí o esa era la sensación que daban. Excepto una chica el resto fatal, no nos dieron ningún tipo de explicación en el checking, tuvimos que ir averiguando nosotros las cosas. El suelo del apartamento no estaba limpio, y en el menaje de cocina podrían poner alguna olla/sartén más…
• Ronin (7/5): I had an enjoyable stay here and was good value for money. Some facilities could be a little cleaner - I really liked the spacious apartment. Having a kitchen and fridge at your disposal was quite nice. I really liked the pool on the 47th floor and the gym on the 48th floor. The view from the room was amazing as well. My room could've been a little bit cleaner. In the bathroom there were cobwebs and dust. The floor to the shower was slippery and mouldy. Internet kept dropping out and was slow at times. I also wasn't told about the hot water system until I asked on the second day. The staff at reception were very blunt. The lift as well took an exceptionally long time to get to a floor. I waited for nearly 10 minutes at one stage just to get from the 29th floor down to the ground.

• Tourist33183794560 (2/5): Worst hotel ever - The worst hotel ever, they dont issue 2 keys. I have never seen a hotel do this before. Mind you its 2 adults and 1 kid. If one of us stays back. They arent able to get out of hotel because it requires hotel key to use the elevator. My girlfriend stayed back and wanted some food to order but they wont even bring the food to the room. Hotel room is a mess, kettle is dirty, microwave is doesnt work, they also dont provide tissue and soap bar. Dryer also doesnt work but they didnt even label it so we got wet clothes to dry up. Dont fall for this scamming hotel. Get you a better one

• Natalie (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at Scarletz suites. You get the feeling of a long term apartment. you get a whole apartment essentially for your self, with amazing views. Location is great, and I really liked that there is the pool and the convenience store downstairs (really nice for late night convenience store run). Recommended I had to pay a deposit for the apartment in cash (which I was not aware of). I just arrived to the country so I didn’t have local currency with me. Thankfully they accepted EUR for the deposit
• Patrick (7/5): good price and location and even solid room, but I think there are better picks - Location was not bad, room was clean they want a cash deposit. not ideal if you go straight to the airport after an early check out. also it was only mentioned somewhere super small. there are only 2 elevators in the building and you need to wait in line sometimes, no kidding. in the morning there was a lot of trash on the floor in the lobby. many borer employees sitting instead of picking it up.

There was a constant tapping noise three times in a row with a 20 second break in between from the room or ceiling above constantly (wasn’t ac or fans, I checked). Desk Staff were rude, elevator queues were long, probably the worst couch I’ve ever sat on in our room, we were asked for a $200 cash bond which wasn’t mentioned prior to arrival.

The roof top swimming pool was my favourite part of the stay as you can look over the city with amazing views. I found the shop in the hotel really handy. +601156281260 really good laundry service if needed and super cheap and fast return. The staff at reception weren’t very approachable and were on their phones when talking to them so I ended up going to the security for help and they were very helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here :) Reception staff not approachable
• Angie (1/5): Terrible experience, will never stay here again! - The location is good. The lifts were very slow, out of the 4 lifts, 1 was faulty. Th amenities were bad, only 2 bathroom towels and 2 toothbrushing sets given. There was no bedroom slippers, hand towels or floor mat. A CASH-ONLY deposit of RM200 was required, this was not stated on booking.com. The sound-proofing of the room was terrible, can hear the person next door even when he is speaking normally on the phone. Will definitely not recommend anyone to stay here. Not cheap either, very disappointed!

Самый плюс только расположение, не далеко от центра , пешком мин 5 до башен. Есть запах в номерах, мебель и диваны уставшие, грязные у пятнах. Сервис самый удачный во всем мире, особенно ресепшен . 2 номер был с запахом сигарет, мы раза 5 подходили на ресепшен и только потом нам поменяли и то только на следующий день. Разница пару штук, но разница в комнатах ужас просто, лучше переплата долларов 10. На ресепшене девочки слов нет, такое хамское отношения, как будто пришла к ним домой . Сервис самый ужасный из 20 стран где была. В целом Малайзия не знают что такое сервис

The check in was a bit tricky since it's a popular destination for tourists, so queues can take a bit of time. Parking can be claimed at the counter, lift is shared with residence and the facilities inside the room are complete. It could do with a better soundproofing since I can hear my neighbour's TV, but other than that it was great!

• Deti (7/5): Okay - The location is a big advantage, as it is close to KLCC and makes it convenient for exploring the city. One thing I appreciated was the staff’s responsiveness. When the TV in the unit was not working, it was replaced immediately, which showed efficiency and good handling of issues. The facilities also had some highlights. The view from the pool was amazing and definitely a standout feature of the stay. The gym was quite basic, but still sufficient for a simple workout. I also found the elevator to be fast and efficient, which made getting around the building easier. Although the location is close to KLCC, getting around is not very convenient without a car or Grab, as the nearest LRT station is still quite far. The unit also lacked some basic amenities. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, and essentials like bathrobes, slippers, and even a kitchen towel were not provided, which made the stay less comfortable. Service at the reception was disappointing. The staff did not show basic courtesy during check-in or check-out—there were no smiles or even a simple “thank you,” which made the experience feel unwelcoming.

• Marine (6/5): Rapport qualité / prix : médiocre - Uniquement la piscine et la Gym avec la vue magnifique. J’ai rarement vu un personnel aussi désagréable à l’accueil. Pas un sourire ou un bonjour. Et quand tu leur pose une question tu as juste l’impression de les embêter. La chambre pas confortable du tout : on sentait tous les ressorts du matelas, la machine à laver faisait un bruit comme si tout l’immeuble allait s’effondrer, et niveau linge de maison : médiocre. Une seule serviette et un tapis de bain pour une durée de 5 jours. Pas de savon pour les mains, pas de serviette pour la cuisine. La vue de la chambre était superbe MAIS ce serait mieux de pouvoir en profiter avec des vitres propres. Les vitres étaient tellement sales avec des traces de doigts partout.

• Kandji (5/5): Pas dingue mais vaut son prix - La proximité avec le centre commercial ainsi que les tours Petronas à pieds. Un restaurant juste en face de l’hôtel et à 2 minutes à pieds de l’hôtel. Il y a également une petite épicerie ainsi qu’un petit bar à café au niveau de la réception. La chambre était pas mal mais pas incroyable non plus. L’entrée en chambre à 15h ! Quand on a un vol qui arrive très tôt le matin après plus de 10h de vol l’attente est interminable. Les chambre son nettoyé tout les 3j idem pour le changement de serviettes. 1 rouleau de papier toilettes pour 3 pendant 3j faut rationner 😂 Le personnel est DÉSAGRÉABLE. Aucuns sourires, parle très sèchement et très mal.

Probaltunk törölközőt cserelni,nem tudtunk. Studio szobát foglaltunk amiben konyha is volt,csak epp 2 kavés bögrén kivul,semmi nem volt. Probaltunk kérni legalabb 2 vizes poharat,azt mondták az nincs. A recepcio semmi kedvesség,semmi segitőkészség nem volt. Nekem egy oriási csalódas volt ez a hotel.

Im Waschbecken waren noch Zahnpastareste und Haare vom Vorgänger. Waschbeckenabfluss leckt auf den Boden 5 MYR fürs Koffer aufbewahren 200 MYR Sicherheitshinterlegung nur bar möglich
• Marziya (7/5): The room can be better maintained and the space can be made more functional. - The location is great close to KLCC. The room is very spacious but little done to make the space functional. They do have a filter water machine which is nice. Our room didnt face the KLCC view so just want to manage everyone's expectation that not all rooms have that view. The sofa in the room is so tiny its not comfortable for sitting. plus the covers were filthy especially around where the hand rest are. There are sweat and dirt stains. the shower area has a tiny glass panel but doesn't really protect water from splashing into the vanity area so it really defeats the purpose. The mattress felt super soft and cheap. The spot to hang our towels were in the shower and there is no way our towels can be kept dry while we are showering.

• Anthony (6/5): Great location and apartment itself was spotlessly clean. - The apartment itself was clean, modern, well kept and spotlessly clean, the only thing letting the apartment down was the building / facilities management. None of this is the fault of the host but the building communal areas were quite unclean and a lot of facilities were either broken or closed. The gym A/C wasn’t working, the spa pools were broken and the bar was closed.

• Sophia (1/5): Eine einzige Tortur, wir brauchen danach erstmal eine ordentliche Erholung. - Die Lage ist gut und die Aussicht. Erstmal war das Zimmer (vor allem unter dem Bett!!)extrem dreckig. Das wäre aber halb so schlimm, wenn wir nicht um 3 Uhr nachts Bed Bugs gefunden hätten und daraufhin in ein kleineres Zimmer wechseln mussten als wir gebucht hatten, indem wir uns dann natürlich ebenfalls nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Auf freundliche Anfrage unsererseits, dass wir eine Rückerstattung für angebracht halten, kam eine Antwort, dass dies überprüft werden würde und man sich für die Situation entschuldige…bis heute und auch auf mehrmalige Nachfrage kam keine Antwort mehr. Einfach unzumutbar!!!!

Staff really friendly and helpful and handy ‘left luggage’ we used on our check out day. Good location and nice bars and restaurants around. Would recommend. Nothing really.

• Alexandru Sorin (5/5): Scarlett suites klcc yes but not with Mykey ... - relatively close to public transport, close to areas of interest the assistance and communication with MyKey, it is cumbersome, they respond slowly, they delay the payment of the amount paid for the guarantee, I have written to them countless times, I also sent a message to booking, I do not recommend mykey to those who want Scarlett suites klcc.

• sara97 (2/5): 부킹닷컴 해킹 및 호텔 화장실 냄새 지독 - 부킹닷컴으로 다시는 예약 안 할겁니다. 제 예약정보, 이름, 예약 번호, 일정 다 해킹당해서 사이버 피싱 당했습니다. 카드 정보를 입력하지 않으면 예약이 취소된다며 제 모든 정보가 포함되어서 왓츠앱으로 연락을 받고 결제를 진행했습니다. 젊은 사람이라 피싱에는 항상 주의했는데 이렇게 제 모든 정보가 노출되어 있고 부킹닷컴 링크로 연결되니 안 당할 수가 없더라구요. 다행히 카드결제이기 때문에 카드사를 통해서 조치를 취해서 결제금액에 포함되지는 않았지만 그 과정에서 해결하는데 애먹었습니다. 그리고 호텔은 엘리베이터 진짜 아침에는 지옥입니다. 48층까지 있는데 엘리베이터가 4개밖에 없어서 내려갈 때 오전시간에는 5분이상 기다려도 탈 수가 없습니다. 저는 13층에서 묵어서 그냥 걸어내려갔습니다. 화장실 냄새, 진짜 끝내줍니다. 암모니아 냄새가 너무 심해서 숙박하는 15일동안 환풍기를 쉬지 않고 틀어놨는데도 냄새가 사라지지 않았습니다. 참고로 제가 묵었던 방은 1313호였습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부를 살펴보니 곰팡이도 잔뜩 끼어있었습니다. 데스크 직원들은 업무처리가 안되는건 아니지만 친절한 직원은 한 명도 없고 업무때문인지는 모르겠으나 앉아서 계속 핸드폰 들여다 보고 있습니다. 제가 상냥하게 문의해도 웃으면서 응대해 준 직원은 15일 동안 한 명도 없었습니다. 정말 유일한 장점은 저렴한 가격입니다. 방음도 잘 안되서 옆방에서 계속 떠드는 중국인 아저씨 아줌마의 대화를 계속 들어야 했습니다. 장기간 숙박할 경우, 방청소는 3일에 한번씩 진행되는데 그것도 해당일자에 제가 요청하지 않으면 먼저 와서 해준적이 한번도 없었습니다. 여행은 좋았지만 15일동안 있으면서 호텔에 대해서는 불편했던 점이 더 많았네요.

• Dayana (7/5): Можеше да бъде по-добре - Сградата има супер разположение, близо до Кулите Петронас, Павилион и Букит Бинтанг също на добро пешеходни разстояние. Басейнът е страхотен, много приятен със зашеметяваща гледка. Не беше шумно, а и входа беше от тиха уличка, която беше много приятна със заведението отсреща. Фитнеса също беше добре оборудван, но постелките бяха ужасно мръсни. Когато пристигнахме рано сутринта ни заявиха, че дори стаята да е готова, няма да ни настанят по-рано от три часа, ние бяхме съгласни с това, но искахме да оставим багажа си, имаше тази опция срещу 5RM, което не беше проблем, но нямахме все още от тяхната валута, тъй като бяхме пристигнали точно, накараха ни да изтеглим от банкомата във фоайето, които взе 6 евро такса, не само нас, а и всички хора, дори платихме и за друго семейство, за да не се набутват. Когато ни настаниха изморени от дългия път в 3 часа, бях разочарована, стаята си беше мръсна, недобре почистен под, следи от ръце на прозорци, огледала, прах, плота на кухнята не беше добре поддържан, имаше само две хавлии за баня, без такива за тяло или лице, писах на посочения номер и след около час дойде едно момче, за да ,,почисти праха” ( като всъщност просто го замаза) и да донесе нови кърпи, помолих го поне за още една за коса, но така и не ми донесе. За 10 нощувки нито веднъж не са почистили, не взеха дори боклука от кошчето, трябваше сами да го направим. Имахме и още една ситуация, докато се къпех изгасна тока, обадихме се и изпратиха охраната, момчето съдейства и вдигна бушона, на другия ден разбрахме, че е изгорял бойлера и веднага пратиха човек да го оправи, в това отношение бяха мили. Стаите и общите части искат просто едно добро почистване и малко повече внимание към детайла, за да станат прекрасно място за отсядане. Все пак цените бяха добри, но ако остане по този начин ви препоръчвам да разгледате други опции в района.
• Harpreet (2/5): The location was good however everything else wasn’t really the best. Wouldn’t really stay there again. - The location was really good. The staff weren’t really helpful. Being in Malaysia I find the staff so helpful however these people at the front desk just were not that nice. They never came to pick up the towels or to clean the bedsheets for the whole week. I hated the elevator. You would need to wait so long for the elevator and then sometimes it wouldn’t even go up or down. The elevator was so hot. We were so high up in the room and then people just kept coming in and out of the elevator and then we just never got to go down. Just wasted our whole trip. You have to pay to keep your luggage in storage but then they want you to check in at 3 pm. They want you to pay money upfront for someone unknown reason. The washing machine machine didn’t even work. I had to go to the laundromat and spend my own money there. The washing machine was so bad all my clothes were damp and smelly.
• Niklas (3/5): Wirkt wie ein abgenutztes Airbnb. Wäre für ein paar Tage okay, sofern es warmes Wasser gäbe. - Vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight. Die Lage ist gut Sehr unfreundliches und wenig hilfsbereites Personal. Es gab nur 2 große Handtücher für zwei Gäste. Keine kleinen Handtücher oder Geschirrtücher. Die Möbel in Bad und Wohnzimmer sind stark abgenutzt bzw. verschmutzt. Generell war das Zimmer zwar sauber, in Detailbereichen allerdings staubig. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice und auf Nachfrage wurde unhöflich ein einzelnes Handtuch bereitgestellt. Das Bett ist sehr hart und die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, sodass man nachts Muezzin und Motorräder hört. Am schlimmsten ist jedoch, dass die Dusche lediglich kaltes Wasser hat.

Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres que ce soit extérieur (couloir et rue), comme des chambres voisines. .. la piscine qui ferme à 18h avec accès interdit... restaurant et bar fermé tôt également...

• Sarah (10/5): A lovely couple of nights in KL - Our bedroom apartment! It's modern, very comfortable and clean. Handy, prime location with many restaurants & cafes around and the famous PETRONAS Towers was nearby in walkable distance. Loved the price of the rooms and will def come back of we're ever in KL again. The security guards kept opening the doors for us which was a very nice gesture. They also controlled the cars/ Grabs that came in, which helped the flow of vehicles. The receptionist was helpful but needs to all smile... You are at front desk, having a welcoming smile is a must especially in this kind of business. The Jacuzzi was cold and the swimming pool was also cold, which made it hard to enjoy.

• Veronica (5/5): Pessimo - La piscina sul rooftop con la vista sulle torri e la stanza ampia il trattamento a noi riservato è stato pessimo. Chiesto mesi prima di anticipare il check-in e me lo confermano. Arrivati in hotel ci dicono che non sarà possibile e ci fanno accomodare sui divani della hall con tanto di valigie che nom vogliono mettere in alcun deposito, come molti hotel invece fanno. Sono stata rimproverata per aver dormito sul divano, cosa che sono stata costretta a fare dopo un lungo volo dato che la mia stanza non era disponibile. Ho dovuto litigare con la receptionist per poter dormire sul divano. Avevo il mal di testa, non stavo bene. Empatia zero. Nel giro di poco tra l’altro la hall è diventata un dormitorio. Eravamo in due, ci è stato dato un unico asciugamano per capelli, corpo e parti intime e viso. Alla mia richiesta di avere altri asciugamani mi viene detto che non è possibile . L’acqua calda ha improvvisamente smesso di funzionare. Non sono passati MAI una volta a rifare la camera. Davvero imbarazzante. Se la tirano tanto per la loro piscina sul tetto con vista sulle torri, ma non sanno lavorare.

• noval (2/5): - The location is good and the pool area is good. The staff is not very responsive, clueless and very rude. They should learn how to deal with complaints in the hospitality business. I complained to them 5 times regarding the smell in the washroom and no solution was given by the staff. Will not recommend anyone to book this property.
