I miei bambini sono stati felicissimi di poter giocare e rilassarsi in camera la sera quando tornavamo dopo aver visitato per tutto il giorno Roma. Personale molto cortese anche per deposito bagagli e info. La moquette ma non lo definirei un difett o...è molto personale come cosa...a molti piace...

Spacious room Fridge in the room Quite for a city hotel We were on the 6th floor. No hot water.... We had to have cold showers. The Internet wasn't working for the 4 days I was there. The inside lock on the door was broken, which is a fire hazard.

- Fatma (7/5): - F/p bir oteldi. Konum olarak treviye 20 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi fena değildi aslında terminiye otobüsle 5 dkda ulaştık ve çok yakınında otobüs durağı vardı bizim için kolaylık oldu. Oda genel olarak temizdi ama en azından ikram su verilebilirdi. Banyosu çok küçüktü kapısı lavaboya çarptığı için her seferinde kırılacak diye korktuk ayrıca burda da otel terliği yoktu maalesef terlik getirmeyenler için sıkıntı olabilir

- Maria (5/5): - O hotel fica perto do centro e facilmente se apanha autocarro, por isso a localização para mim estava ótima. Não tivemos água quente durante um dia e meio, e os empregados simplesmente não quiserem saber e estiveram sempre a adiar respostas. Os colchões movem-se de sítio muito facilmente e acaba por ficar desconfortável.

- Laura (3/5): No volvería al mismo hotel en caso de volver a roma - Las camas y las habitaciones están bien de tamaño y comodidad La cisterna iba fatal, no cogía agua en muchas ocasiones y no se podía tirar de la cadena, en la recepción del hotel no eran muy comunicativos a la hora de ayudar a pedir un taxi o incluso al llegar y preguntar por la habitación
- Maria Rosaria (5/5): Bello ma si può migliorare - La parte migliore dell’hotel situato in una zona centrale viaggiavo con due bambini e per me era fondamentale spostarmi con i mezzi infatti avevamo la metro Repubblica a 150 ma dall’albergo. Altra nota positiva il parcheggio, abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina il giorno dell’arrivo e l’abbiamo ripresa poco prima di tornare a casa però tenete conto che ci sono strisce blu a pagamento. La stanza si trovava al 6 piano di uno stabile antico ma esternamente tenuto bene il personale della reception non ne italiano ma è attento alle esigenze dell’ospite. Note negative la mouquette nelle stanze da rimuovere assolutamente perché era sporca quando hai una bambina che è allergia alla polvere non va bene, i bagni da rifare e magari cambiare un po’ la diposizione per renderlo finestrato. La colazione? Non si può definire ottima avevamo un bollitore di acqua in camera con tisane e caffè solubile. Insomma un po’ da sistemare.

Supongo que lo mejor es que para ir a ver cosas, en unos 20-30 minutos a pie, llegabas a cualquier lado Vas a cualquier lado de Italia y prácticamente todos hablan si no español, al menos inglés. En el hotel, con dos personas diferentes que tratamos, ninguno hablaba ni inglés ni español.

- Mirko (1/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato al Romalive hotel dal 8 al 10 novembre la posizione del hotel è strategica ma il personale poco attento sulle richieste del cliente dopo essersi lamentati che la prima sera lascia della doccia era fredda abbiamo richiesto se era possibile fare un controllo alla reception ci hanno detto che si sarebbero mobilitati per risolvere il problema, arrivati la sera per lavarsi l’acqua della doccia era ancora più gelata del giorno prece de te per non parlare che gli asciugamani non erano nemmeno stati cambiati. Non ci tornerò mai più sicuramente.
