Karol (1/5): - I can't write much about this because apart from the location, I didn't like anything else about this hotel. After checking in, we faced the first and biggest problem. The room looked completely different from the pictures and you could smell cigarettes in the room. The reception gave us another room that was somewhat similar to the pictures, but it was also very dirty. There was dust everywhere on the floor and lots of hair. The bathroom was completely moldy and smelly.Breakfast was the same every day. There was no choice because we were given a pre-packaged plate with bread. It was a big disappointment.

Karin (6/5): Asukoht hea ja üheks ööks piisav. - Asukoht hea, yenikapi metroojaama lähedal. Tuba oli väike, kuigi valisin delux toa mis pidi olema suurem kui tavaline tuba. Kuna kohe hotelli kõrval oli mingi tänavatoidu koht kus elava tule peal liha grilliti siis õhtul magama minnes oli tuppa imbunud gaasi/grilli/vms vingu mis pani isegi veidi silmad kipitama. Akna avamine oleks ilmselt asja veel hullemaks teinud, seega kannatasin ära. Hommikusöök serveeriti ettevalmistatud taldrikul ja oli suhteliselt kasin. Suurema isuga inimesele ei pruugi olla piisav.

O quarto individual extremamente pequeno , a janela do quarto não fechava, calefação muito fraca e com janela não fechando direito , quarto gelado ! Passei muito frio ! Joanne (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is close to the excellent transport system and the beds are very comfortable. It was our second stay and we will be back soon.
Imran (6/5): - Hotel reception staff knows english langaue, this was useful, the rest of the staff had almost zero knowledge of english, which does not help at all. Positive points: Quick check in, good travel guidance from reception, comfortable bed, air conditioning, window can be partly opened, hot and cold water available in shower, electric kettle provided, lift available to top floor, sim card available at reception. Negative points: Breakfast was disappointing, we were misguided that breakfast is provided, room size was smaller then expected, very limited supply of tea, coffee, milk, hotel reluctant to supply it when needed at nights, thrifty attitude, limited seating in lobby for breakfast, sometimes customers had to wait in que.

ALPHONSE (10/5): - Konumu çok iyi, Yenikapı Metro/Marmaray üzerinden her yere rahatça ulaşım sağlanabiliyor ve yaklaşık 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar modern ve temizdi. Fakat girişteki personelin hakkını ayrıca teslim etmek gerek, güleryüzlü bir şekilde yardımcı olup küçük bir aksaklığı anında çözdüler.
Kürsat (10/5): Çok iyi konum ve temiz odalar - Otel Yenikapı durağına yürüyerek sadece 1 dakika mesafede ve ulaşım her yere çok kolay. Odalar modern, temiz ve klimalı, sadece klima biraz sesli çalışıyordu diyebilirim. WiFi sıkıntısı yaşamadım. Personel de girişte yaşanan bir aksaklığı oldukça güleryüzlü bir şekilde zorluk çıkarmadan çözdü ve hep ilgililerdi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde ilk tercih edeceğim yer çok büyük ihtimalle yine burası olacak.

Abdulkader (8/5): - Ich habe das Zimmer, Deluxe reserviert was aber sehr schmal und eng ist! Die Sauberkeit wahr für mich befriedigend und das Frühstück habe ich nur einmal gegessen, weil es mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Das Zimmer war sehr warm weil die Heizung immer an war und man konnte es nicht ausschalten, so war ich gebunden immer die Klimaanlage an zu machen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Danke dafür🙏 Die Hotel Lage ist ruhig und dennoch Zentral, Würde aber nicht nochmal da reservieren, aufgrund der oben genannten Kriterien!

Alexandru (10/5): Money's worth - The location is excellent, right next to Yenikapı transit hub, which provides easy access to Marmaray, metro, the airport, the bus terminal, and tramway. It’s a perfect spot for getting around the city. The staff was amazing – always friendly and attentive. They checked in daily to ask if we needed cleaning and even brought us extra towels without being asked. The rooms are small but cozy, stylish, and modern. The design is quite fancy, but due to the materials used, the soundproofing isn't the best, so you might occasionally hear some background noise from the neighbors. We were lucky to get a deluxe room, which was very quiet and away from the main street. Breakfast is fixed, but it’s absolutely delicious, and there are enough options to satisfy. Plus, you can choose your coffee or tea, which adds a nice touch of personalization. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality! Highly recommend this place!

Abdul (4/5): - I liked that the room was clean and the hotel in general was clean. However the only issue was that the rooms were very small and the walls were very thin and you could hear everything. It is in a lower scale neighborhood but I never ever thought I was threatened or scared, it is a safe neighbourhood. The breakfast is normal with one boiled egg and some olives, cheese etc exactly what is shown in the image and bread with tea. If you want an omelet or coffee or cappuccino then you have to pay extra for those. Overall it is a decent hotel and very close to the Havaist bus stop which makes it convenient when landing at Istanbul airport. The area is close to lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the tram. Would recommend for a short trip and if your on a tight budget.

The rooms are on the small side but we knew this before we booked and this wasnt a problem for us as it was onlybfor sleeping. The hotel is ideally situated, only a 5 minute walk to tram and marmaray, with lots of shops and restaurants very close by. We will definitely be back

Ve gece banyodan gelen korkunç bir sigara kokusu vardı.Bir gecelik bir kabus yaşadık diyebilirim. Odaya el havlusu koymamışlardı. Kahvaltı çok standart bir tabaktı. Fakat fiyat düşünüldüğünde kabul edilebilir.

Maeva (2/5): - Un peux decu du sejour quon a raccourci car la chambre et consept petit dej ne nous convenais pas . Chambre ne fermant pas a clef , pas tres propre et une odeur dans la salle de bain horrible . Pas de choix de petit dej une assiete nous ai servi et cest tout .

Myloslava (7/5): Good for one night - I chose a hotel near the central transport junction of the city and due to the relatively early check-in time, it turned out to be convenient. The staff was very friendly and tried to check me in as early as possible. The beds and towels were clean white, there were slippers, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, water in a small refrigerator, air conditioning. The bed was a regular double, not the advertised king size. The room was uncomfortable, the bed was right next to the door. There is no soundproofing, it is noisy and the elevator is next to the door in the corridor. Construction work outside continued even after midnight, although this is not the hotel's fault, but the noise was very loud with the window closed. Breakfast is simple and the same every day.

Verified traveler (2/5): Overrated - I booked the hotel because at the time the reviews shoed 7.8/10. The first room they gave me was extremely tiny, I couldn't undress without banging on all the walls. I found hair in the sink, on the bed sheets and shower. The shower didn't even drain. I took my stuff and treat to leave, but with no reimbursement options, I was stuck there. They offered a bigger room, but in similar conditions.

Claudiu (6/5): If you are looking for a place just to sleep and take a shower is a good place , the position is very good , I don’t rec - The price was good and the position close to yenikapi marmaray metro , they change the slippers everyday and towels, it was good temperature in the room , they are cleaning the room every day The A/C was very dirty , airway in the bathroom dirty to, every angle was dirty , the cleaning is just for the direct visible parts, they said that there are tv with streaming but it was a simple tv , the room is not like in the photo is a loot smaller , i didn’t have space to open the baggage

Gisa (3/5): Poor - Nothing The staff that works at night doesn't speak English, I had a bad experience with a taxi driver, they didn't want to help me, we didn't understand each other, and I asked to call the police, they refused. They also recommended a boat service for which I paid 50 euros and I later discovered when I got on the boat that it was a 20€ service.... They didn't return my money back to the hotel and no one took responsibility and as always they didn't There were people who spoke English and they even laughed at my face speaking in their language. It was very humiliating... yes You have to stop lying because I paid for the alcohol I consumed separately and you know it very well. I will be in Turkey tomorrow and I will come to your hotel so you can give me my money back. I even understand that you want to protect your job, but not with lies... And let me tell you, when the police passed by outside, I saw the fear in your facial expression, afraid of me talking to them.

Hector (7/5): Economic room close to metro and tramway - Very well located, close to Yenikapi metro and Aksaray tramway. Simple and deliciousTurkish breakfast included. The room was too small for a double bed. You cannot easily walk around the room. Humidity problem in the bathroom needs to be treated.
Kateryna (4/5): Disappointing - Nice staff, speak English so good, can answer all questions. At first I checked into a standard room, then the next day there were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the evening we found a live mouse in the trash, asked the staff to take it away. After that, the management provided a room of a higher value, it is beautiful, but there are disadvantages I didn’t like sound insulation in the hotel at all. The front door of the room has cracks in the bottom and sides, which makes the light from the hotel corridor interfere with sleep, also because of this, the elevator is very loud all the time, and you can also hear the staff cleaning at night. This is a big problem for sleeping on vacation.
