• María (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de todo, no se escucha mucho ruido a pesar de ser un lugar bastante concurrido. Al llegar, estaban terminando de limpiar los apartamentos y cuando llegamos al nuestro, tenía un olor como a agua sucia y el baño no estaba muy limpio.

• Gonzalez San Pedro (7/5): - Ubicación y habitación principal. No nos abrieron hasta las 14:30 h. y porque entramos al portal y conseguimos encontrar al personal de limpieza. La propietaria no sé dignó a coger el teléfono, ni contestó con posterioridad a las llamadas. Poco menaje, cocina sin campana extractora y cerrada. Tuvimos que pedir sábana bajera para el sofá cama. Mejor para dos personas, sofá cama incómodo.

Soprattutto nella parte interna si sentono le persone che passano/parlano

• ZDRAVKA (7/5): - Разположението. Точно до блока има супер маркет и много кафенета, намира се в самия център, съвсем близо до главните централни улички. Чистотата не беше на нивото, което очаквах. Би било добре да има поне един малък гардероб, столовете бяха с развити болтове и изкривени.

Luego durante la estadia UNA PERSONA INGRESO A NUESTRO HOSPEDAJE DESDE FUERA ABRIENDO LA CERRADURA QUE ESTABA CON LLAVE E INGRESO AL APARTAMENTO. AL DARSE CUENTA DE NUESTRA PRESENCIA EN EL MISMO, SE RETIRO RÁPIDAMENTE SIN MEDIA PALABRA. LOS RESPONSABLES DEL APARTAMENTO JAMAS ME DIERON UNA RESPUESTA A ESTE CASO MAS QUE UNAS DISCULPAS Y NADA MAS JUSTIFICANDO QUE ERA EL CHICO DE LA LIMPIEZA. REALMENTE UNA PESADILLA, MI MADRE CON UN ATAQUE DE NERVIOS Y ELLOS COMO SI NADA....

Las toallas en cuanto las usabas una vez olían a humedad mucho, nos dejaron 4 rollos de papel higiénico nada más, la higiene del piso era un poco cuestionable, nos dejaron las sábanas del sofá cama del anterior huésped ósea increíble esto, el sofá cama se hundía y dormir 2 personas ahí era un suplicio. Las toallas además venían mal, porque éramos 4 y solo nos pusieron 2 pequeñas.

• Angelika (7/5): Było fajnie - Lokalizacja w samym centrum placu Mercedesa skąd wszędzie jest blisko, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, udzielał wskazówki jeśli się o coś zapytałam Pokoje w rzeczywistości są małe, ogółem przydałby się jakiś remont bo drzwi i ściany są gdzieniegdzie obtarte, nie podobało mi się to że przyjechałam do pokoju po 22 i na 4 osoby był tylko 1 ręcznik oraz brak papieru toaletowego, napisałam to do właściciela i kolejnego dnia fakt ktoś mi doniósł te rzeczy ale mógłby być od początku, głośni sąsiedzi do rana, materac w salonie był nie wygodny chociaż jak wracałam zmęczona po całym dniu to już w końcu nie odczuwałam tego

• Eduardo (8/5): Great Location, comfortable apartment for its price, but with a moderate stench - Location was excellent. Apartment faces calle madre de dios, which is calm enough, but if you step out on the tiny balconies you get a great view of the Alcazaba and Pl de la Merced. We were travelling with small children and were able to fit the mattress from the sofa bed on the floor inside the bedroom so the four of us could sleep in the same room. Good Air conditioning and the windows provide good isolation from street noise and daylight. Very particular smell of sewage that comes out of the kitchen. It kind of smelled like broccoli - and after a while you stop feeling it, and would only feel it a little when walking in. We bought some airfreshner and a scented candle. It seemed like for the price we paid (little over EUR100/night in late June) we can put up with a minor stench that wasn't very overpowering, but it was constant. It wasn't until we left that we noticed the smell was impregnated in the clothes that we had washed there.

All round a great city base Aircon was leaking so we didn't use it on the first night, which also meant there was a funny smell in the apartment. But once we told them, they sent someone to fix it straight away and all was good.

• Borjana (8/5): Very good - No breakfast The location is very good, walking distance to the main intractions. During the night very loudy. The noise from the street.
• Gabriel (5/5): It okay but wouldn't be back. - Location is great, both beach and old town are in walking distance. Im not a light sleeper and was still woken up several times during the night. The windows block out almost none of the outside noise, since the area is full of bars there was noise until the early hours. Another day the trash service came in the middle of the night and made a huge racket. We had issues with the power supply getting cut off, and the emergency switches going down. This happened 4-5 times during our stay, it was quite annoying since the air conditioning would turn off and the apartment would start feeling clammy and warm.
• Christopher J. (10/5): Unexpected - There was a little communication mix up, which was taken care of very quickly with a phone call. No disruption to our travels. The plaza was very noisy well into the night, a common occurrence in Spain. We could hear it clearly. We used the white noise feature on our phone to block out the sounds as we slept.
• Richard (10/5): Très bien situé et agréable comme environnement - Petit problème au début, il manquait la clé du portail principal à notre arrivée, heureusement que le concierge était devant l'immeuble car nous n'aurions pas pu entrée. L'appartement est très bien, par contre étant donné que nos fenêtres donnait sur un rue étroite, les bruits d'autos, de conversation etc... nous dérangeait énormement lorsque nous dormions.

We didn't stay other days, can't say how does it look like over working days.

Met most of the basics. this place with a few minor tweaks would rate much higher....with a much better comfort score. 1) the shower leaked profusely and no bath mat/ floor mat was provided...perpetual wet bathroom floor. 2. towels were old/weathered 3). no dish towels or paper towels provide in kitchen to wipe hands 4) . inconsistent WiFi.
