• Peter (1/5): Die Wohnung war kalt und schmutzig. - Lage Kalt, die Heizung war so eingestellt,dass es 15 Grad in der Wohnung hatte und sie konnte nicht geändert werden. Es war sehr dreckig. Es gab fast kein Geschirr, nur ein paar dreckige Gläser keinen Korkenzieher nur ein kaputtes Schneidemesser. Das Backrohr ist kaputt. Es gibt keine TV Sender. Der TV ist nur benutzbar wenn man sein eigenes Netflix darauf installiert, sonst muss man zahlen. Die Fenster sind nur 10 cm zu öffnen. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel. Es gab für 3 Leute für 1 Woche nur 4 Handtücher. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt kein Duschshampoo und nur ein Schuppenhaarshampoo...

• Stanislava (4/5): Not great - good location - near a tube station, the host was responsive to what's up messages. The flat was not maintained. Walls were dirty, the place was tidied on the surface only, lots of dust. The photos look much better than what you get for real. The tumble drier did not work and there was no clothes horse to dry clothes on.

• Nes (10/5): BEST HOST EVER - It was a pleasure to be hosted by Shyed. There were some unprecedented accident in the house, and he couldnt have handled it more perfectly. Even with all the unexpected trouble, he provided us with a different location and anything we needed to adapt our plans to the new place. It could have been easier to just cancel the reservation and lay us out but not only that, he was attentive, kind and helpful beyond our stay. It was our first time in the UK and Shyed had our backs. Also, the house was clean, warm and comfortable and even bigger than the previous one. We couldnt have had a better stay. Nothing, everything fantastic.
• Dionne (7/5): Lovely stay with a highly responsive host. - The location was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. Things like dish towels, can openers and knives were missing from the kitchen, no bar of soap for bathing and having a hand held shower head was difficult. I had a hard time getting into the tub as I had recently had spinal surgery, 3 towels were difficult for a six day stay and I couldn’t wash them as the dryer was not operational.

• Prafulla (8/5): Good location to stay for a short Family - Location was great - close to Subway and Bus. The property is a Victorian style old building which is typical in London. Minor issues were fixed quickly by the owner/representative. Parking was just next to Property and convenient. Things were as described. Came to know later that Parking there on Sat-Sun is anyway free. There was maintenance of property from outside walls going on throughout our stay. It was a bit annoying although over the weekend it was stopped (they didn't disturb us anyway and it was 8 am to 5 pm, when we were mostly outside). We had to use curtains for isolation.
• Zephyr (9/5): a very pleasent stay, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen - the host gets.everything ready! we didn't need to ask anything more duri.g the whole week's stay. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhoods surrounded by many other same style old fashion houses. walking down the street is also a fun activity and makes our visit to London more memorable. if the heating system can be remotely controlled, that will be fantastic!
