• Marina (10/5): A real vault to provide a safe and comfortable stay for valuable like you in the center of Athens. - The property has an excellent location, right in between Syntagma and Monastiraki squares, very close to metro station. Right by the property excellent restaurants, souvlaki places, ice cream and pastries, mini-market, etc. Beds are comfortable, soft and warm comforters. We asked for an additional comforter, and it was given to us right away. Excellent shower, and really hot water available all day. Staff is exceptional. Very courteous and professional. Our special thanks to Peter. His help and attention really made our stay a very pleasant experience. We liked everything

• Igor (10/5): Clean, quiet, and very well located hotel for exploring central Athens - Very convenient location in the center of Athens, within walking distance of the main tourist areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely renovated, and because the windows faced the inner courtyard it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff was polite and helpful, and everything in the room worked properly. Breakfast is provided through room service rather than a restaurant, which was convenient for early mornings, although there are also many cafés and bakeries nearby. Nothing major. The building is renovated and well maintained, but as is common in central Athens, it is not a brand-new property. A small on-site breakfast area could make the experience even better.

• Sali-Eden (9/5): We would recommend to anyone visiting Athens to stay at The Vault hotel! - The hotel is clean, aesthetic and close to all the interesting places! Literally, only a few minutes walk from anywhere we wanted to go. Also, the staff were super friendly and helped us when we had questions. Our room view was to in between the buildings and there was a window of a neighbour right next to our window😅 on the other hand the room was very quiet at night, which was great!

There was a fold out single bed in the room that we didn't need. It took up space and I would have preferred to have the lounge chair instead.

• Kaan (6/5): I would recommend it overall but have some complaints - The hotel was clean and the room is good overall, the size of the room and the modern look was a nice impression, general comfort was really nice (except the extra bed). very good shower. We payed for the breakfast service but we couldn't.' reach anyone inside the hotel and couldn't get any information about the service. Because we had hurry we couldn't wait more to reach anyone, so we ended up doing checkout and leave without getting the service. Additionally the extra bed for 2 people was a quiet bad quality foldable sofa, so It uncomfortable.

After we rang the bell several times and wait a few minutes the door was unlocked. There was an envelope with our names written and the room cards were in. During our stay we note several times the empty reception seat. There is no lobby and no place to seat outside the room.

The check-in and check-out procedures very fast and the breakfast in the room very comfortable. The apartment is clean and modern. Maybe the quality of the breakfast products is under the Athens standard. But it’s ok

La persona que tenía que hacer el desayuno, que era en la habitación, no había recogido la noche anterior la orden de lo que queríamos y la hora del mismo y tuvimos que buscar hasta que la encontramos, luego fue muy amable La cama extra era como para un niño. Si te sentabas en la parte de los pies se te venía encima

• stavroula (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική ,επειδή έπρεπε να μετακινούμαστε στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένο το εσωτερικό. Οι καρέκλες δεν είχαν τα μαξιλαράκια τους και μια ζημιά στον εσωτερικό τοίχο με βαθούλωμα ,δεν είχε επιδιορθωθεί.
