• Jo (8/5): - Property is just as shown in the pictures . Very clean. Good communication with host I think more detail should be given about the extent of the stairs in the property . Some of the smaller sets of stairs have no handrail and there are two steps in the upper bedroom that lead to the toilet that do not have handrails. All well and good for agile people but I found it all awkward as I have mobility problems . This is not to distract from the property which is fantastic but I think some written mention of it should be made . The step into the property from the path is very high and not very accessible for someone with mobility issues .
• Claire (8/5): Great location, really clean, home from home parking a massive bonas - The space., lots of it. Great kitchen and facilities. It’s quirkiness. Felt like home. Heating came on at Radom times of day. Shower head in top bathroom wasn’t working properly.
• Julie (9/5): I’m pretty sure my guests found the house very much to their liking. - The property was convenient to family. It was very clean, comfortable and warm as far as I could gather as it was booked by myself for overseas visitors. No complaints at all.
• Camille (3/5): Not a good stay - Great location close to station. Back garden has a little swing. - Too many weirdly placed stairs. - Floor boards creaking is so loud if anyone wakes up at night to go to bathroom the entire house wakes up. - garden is poorly maintained, deck area was not clean. - Once you book they send a huge email with several house rules which were not there when you book, this includes washing everything, putting everything back in cupboards, taking trash out. Don’t expect this is a hotel equivalent, it’s an airbnb type of listing and they expect a clean house in the end. - Security breach - this is the worse one. The night before I left someone tried to enter the property in the evening with keys. The only reason they didn’t come in is because I heard the noise and ran to confront the person. The person was unapologetic and said she didn’t know there was anyone in. To make it worse when I messaged the manager on booking they said they didn’t know who that was.

• Aileen (8/5): - It was a beautifully decorated and furnished house as per the description, in a lovely setting high up on Forest Hill with wonderful views of London. Very well equipped with great kitchen area for preparing meals if needed. Very nice airy and comfortable living room and bedrooms Good facilities Lovely patio and garden area While the beds were very comfortable, the covers were skimpy and very light - too light for this time of year - November. While it added to the houses's lovely quirky appearance, the numerous stairs, steps and varying floor levels, especially through the hall and living areas, was disconcerting and felt a little hazardous, for older, less-able people and children and to some extent for all ages. Upstairs, having to step up and down to get to bathrooms/ensuites was tricky at night even with lights on. Some guard rails, extra bannisters and a second step up outside the front door to break the deep drop, would help.

• Marie (9/5): - Ubytování je velmi hezky zařízené, je opravdu velmi prostorné, cítili jsme se tam naprosto jako doma. Vybavení kuchyně nám i usnadnilo vaření. Některé věci hlavně v dolní koupelně by potřebovaly opravit, ale jinak opravdu top ubytování a už jsme ho několika známým doporučili. Komunikace s majitelem byla taky výborná, odpovídal okamžitě. Dolní koupelna má rozbitou výpusť vody a stojan s baterií je taky uvolněný, jinak je to opravdu krásně zařízený, velmi prostorný dům

• Joanne (9/5): Wonderful! - Location about a 10 min walk to Forest Hill Station, coffee shops, a few small restaurants and a large Saibsbury's supermarket. Loved the very spacious family home with 3 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large eat in kitchen, separate dining room seating 8 and separate lounge. Also nice enclosed garden with swing for a child. Wished we could have stayed for a week! No ground floor toilet but not a problem for us to go up to next floor.
• Alan (8/5): Enjoyable short stay visiting a show our daughter was producing for her school. - Location for our visit was good and the overall facilities were good. Unfortunately two of our party were elderly and they found it difficult with all the stairs.
• Selen (5/5): Sıkıntılı bir konaklama deneyimi - The house is modernly furnished and is suitable for large families. When we went, the house was very cold and the combi boiler was not working. hot water was not working. When I tried to reach anyone regarding the problem, I could not reach anyone. At the end of 2 days, I turned on the boiler with an individual effort to run the water and heating of the house. Unfortunately, not being able to reach anyone is very bad. It is stated that it is very far from the center and very close to the metro, but it can be quite difficult to walk on a 1km hilly road. There are many stairs in the house, which can be challenging for most people.

• Eleanor (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for us as we wanted to be in Forest Hill area. The house was spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped.
• Chris (9/5): Fab house lots of space and very clean - Message re key code was not easily accesible- as previous messages were deleted. There was nothing in the home details that gave the key code The wall hangings were not affixed permanently- just stuck on and when a door slammed it meant that one of the hangings fell to the floor and smashed.

• Jessica (9/5): Immaculate house for friends and families. - Beautiful house. Well appointed and very clean. Great decor. If stairs are an issue for you, this is not a house for you. We loved the split levels, as did our toddlers.
