- IvicaMarica (2/5): - es ist nicht weit zu Fuß zum Centrum und auch nicht zum Hauptbahnhof sehr laut von der Straße.Ich fragte nach dem Zimmer auf der anderen Seite aber wurde nicht entgegen gekommen unbequeme Betten sehr übler Geruch im Zimmer und im Flur ( ich schätze es kam vom Putzlappen - wahrscheinlich nach Urin stinkend) morgens um 6 laute Musik von der Straße,wir konnten nicht mal mit Ohropax zu Ruhe kommen

An iron and ironing board would’ve been good to have. Robes are a bit small. Location a bit out and busy road out front. Bed a bit too hard and we only got 1 flat pillow each.

There's also an ice cream shop with delicious flavours served in a coconut shell. Staff were friendly and accommodating to anything we needed that they could help us. Rooms were really spacious and amenities were great. Breakfast was amazing. Many food & delicious bread to choose from. We also had dinner and cocktails from here and we couldn't be more satisfied. Night time view of the bank across from the hallway was also a sight to see. Loved this stay. Close to main city square as well The swimming pool being at the front entrance but its not that big of a problem once you jump in that water 😂

Staff member even escort us to the taxi with an umbrella hot a hot sunny day We came to the restaurant at 20:00 for fruit smoothie. However, the only items available are cocktail and coffee. and it happened 2 nights in a row. Perhaps, the period we stayed was on Lunar New Year, and the hotel was not well stocked for the drink menu

The pool is in the front parking lot. Noisy, not private, not somewhere you want to sit and relax. The restaurant is a buffet only open for breakfast. Many tours stay here so there were mornings we could not even get in.

- Katherine (9/5): Great value, clean hotel, easy stay. - We stayed in a deluxe king room so we had a big window and view of Saigon. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke great English. We were able to extend our stay until 6pm for a half-rate which was very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Slippers and robes were nice touch. The pool was hilarious, we loved it right next to the street of motorbikes - felt very “Saigon”. Every hotel has a pool in the back or front, how often do you have a pool at the street? So fun! Great value in Saigon. We would return. There was nothing we didn’t like! The hotel is located on a main road which was a bit busy to cross.

- Manasa (6/5): The stay was comfortable - The hotel is in a nice location, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff are very well trained and do an excellent job. 1. No exhaust fan in the bathroom which lead to very steamy bathroom and foggy mirrors 2. The laundry service can be improved. I gave new jeans to wash and they were returned with ruffed up edges and a hole. Was very disappointed by this. 3. We felt the AC was very difficult to control. The room would go from too hot to too cold very quickly.

La situación muy céntrica, está a 20min andando del distrito 1. Las vistas de la habitación a Ho Chi Minh impresionantes, en la última planta. La piscina está al lado de la calle. A nosotros nos daba un poco igual porque queríamos la piscina solo para darnos un baño rápido después del día pero si lo que quieres es descanso y estar leyendo en la piscina, este no es el hotel que buscas.

Freundlichkeit und Umsichtigkeit des Personals verbesserungsbedürftig - Der Ausblick Eine halbe Stunde vor Ende des Frühstück wurde lautstark abgeräumt Beim Check Out lies man uns 10 Minuten sitzen, weil das Zimmer gecheckt werden musste… auf Nachfrage legten sie dann das Handy zur Seite und meinten, es sei in Ordnung. Freundlichkeit war in den Gesichtern wenig erkennbar.. Nette Gesten und ein Lächeln wurde nicht erwidert… das sind wir aus Thailand und Indonesien anders gewohnt. Der Umgang mit Menschen zählt nicht zu den Stärken der Rezeption. Der Pool sieht toll aus auf den Bildern. Liegt direkt an der Straße…. Wir haben wenig Ansprüche und geben in 100 Fällen 95 mal 8-10 Punkte. Hier leider nicht.

The attitude of the receptionist that attended to us could be better and also when language is such a big barrier, they could be more understanding and warm. One more thing is that they tried to over charge me for laundry. That's not nice at all.

El personal de recepción te ignoran bastante (acostumbrada a la maravilla de atención que suelen dar en el pais) Las habitaciones parecen recientemente renovadas y con buen diseño, aunque el baño parecía haber sido renovado por un niño de 5 años, muy poco profesional. Las paredes de papel ya que se escuchaba la habitación de al lado.

Og personalet meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Værelserne var gode. Vi havde en fantastisk udsigt over byen fra 10 etage. Man kunne høre trafikken lidt men vi er jo inde i byen. Poolen lå ved gaden men vi brugte den flere gange. Vi manglede et fitnesslokale.
