Het beloofde lunchpakket werd ondanks aanvraag niet ontvangen. Ontbijt was matig. De betrokkenheid van het personeel ( op sommige na )was niet goed.

Værelset havde to balkoner, en dejlig seng, tv og ac. Personalet på hotellet er virkelig imødekommende og serviceminded. Morgenmads buffetten var kedelig efter internationale standarder, og de løb tør kaffe, pandekager og melon ved 9.30 tiden. Jeg kunne så bestille barista kaffe i baren uden beregning 😀 De er første tre dage var der slet ikke melon. Jeg kunne godt tænke mig flere varianter af brød, en brødrister. Større udvalg til morgenmaden.

- Claudia (10/5): - Really 5 stars experience. The hotel is perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and restaurants at the door step. Our room was 402, views the sea :), with two balconies, that allows us to see the most beautiful sunsets! the room was airy, modern, nicely decorated and was spotless! The bathroom, fantastic! The bed very comfortable! But what’s made the experience so special was the staff members that always have a smile in their faces, all super helpful and friendly. A BIG THANK YOU, to: Emiljian, Brian (bar), Fatjona and Leana ( reception) and also the guy that does it all( sorry I don’t know his name). Everything about our stay at 6 Milje was PERFECT! The breakfast was nice, always plenty of fruits. I totally recommend. We loved our stay, we felt welcomed and look after. Also my appreciation for the ladies who do the cleaning, because the room and the hotel grounds were always spotless!
- Maya (2/5): - Disappointing Stay – Poor Handling Despite Apology We booked this hotel well in advance, but after checking in, we were asked to give up our room due to an emotional story involving another guest. They promised to move us to a similar hotel near the beach, but the alternative had far fewer facilities. When we returned, we were told another story that the system had been hacked and the hotel was overbooked — we were left without a room. I’m six months pregnant, and the stress and handling of the situation were unacceptable. One staff member was especially rude and dismissive. Eventually, someone who seemed like the manager apologized and offered a few complimentary items for the next day. We had no choice — we needed a place to stay. Still, this is not how guests should be treated, especially after paying these much amount in advance. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

- Danyil (7/5): In general, despite these things, we had a good time here and I would recommend this hotel if the staff paid attention t - Staying at this hotel has left more positive reviews than negative ones. Positive: here, in case of problems or comments, the staff and competent people at the reception will always help you. For example, despite the fact that the hotel does not have an "airport transfer" option, the staff organized a spacious, air-conditioned transfer for our group from Tirana Airport with a good mood and a driver, which did not cost as much as it did with other carriers. The staff will always be happy to help you with any question. You have a good opportunity to swim in the pool in the shade. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. Good breakfast, although there is not enough tea, cheese, different sausages and more choice. The rooms are cleaned well and kept clean, despite the fact that some things in this hotel should be fixed: air conditioning, which makes noise when turned on, a toilet that is old and not very good, and a few other little things that are outdated and spoil the impression of being in the room. I would also like to note a few negative points: the photos on booking.com may not always correspond to the actual appearance of the rooms. When we booked the hotel, we hoped to get what we saw in the photo. A nice, spacious room with a glass balcony and a nice view of the city, but in the end we got an "old-style" room, which was smaller, untidy, without a nice view and a glass balcony. The positive thing was that the people at the reception were ready to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the TV has only satellite channels, you will not find here access to netflix or a browser as indicated on booking.com. You can also hear quarrels in the kitchen or between the staff, which is very upsetting, because "conversations with the staff" in high tones should not take place in front of guests.

It would be impossible to sleep with that noise We were asked to park on a parking lot next to the hotel which was strewn with rubbish and nails which will leave you with a flat tire The hotel was poorly maintained externally and falsely advertised. The rooms and pool area look nothing like the photos. This is not a 4 star hotel as they claim Don’t book through booking.com either. We checked in and refused to stay, and they noted it as a no show. That way you can’t leave them a negative review. You have to call booking.com to ask for a link. Stay away, trust me, you’ll be sorely disappointed. So many other good hotels in Ksamil which are also cheaper

Location is good - not too far to walk to town or the beach but nice and quiet away from the bars/beach clubs Breakfast was a little limited but was ok. The pool area is nice but a bit noisy.

- Prizza (9/5): Superb - Wonderful hotel. Walking distance from the beach and on the quiet side of the town. Recommended. The ac is not that strong.
- Ondrej (7/5): The hotel has very friendly staff always willing to help, but one would expect more... - - Very friendly receptionists, waiters and cleaning ladies. When we needed something, they did their best to help us, especially when we neded to help with the parking, early take-away breakfast and problems with internet connection. - The hotel is relatively new, so all looks very nice, yet, some improvements would be highly beneficial (see below). - The location is great, because it is not too far from the beaches and not too close to the loud music and fireworks of the city centre. - Hotel took seriously our allergy problems, and all was arranged as agreed. - The breakfast is very decent, and every day is exactly the same. For a four-star hotel, one would expect at least some effort to deliver new types of cheese/ham, different vegetables or different sweets. Also the coffee served during the breakfast is pretty bad and if you want a better one from coffee mechanine, you have to pay for it at the bar. For a hotel of this level, one would expect a simple coffee machine. Lastly, hot water is missing - you have to wait for the barell to boil and then you can have a tea, which is doable, but a bit odd. - Despite the hotel is relatively new, there is no noise cancelling. You hear in the room everything and even through the earplugs. We had very loudly neighbours, who came every night at 1:30 am and made a lot of noice, you hear people talking at the corridor, elevator, neighbouring rooms, everything. During our stay, several nights we could not sleep well. - The beds are very low placed, so they were not really comfrotable, but this was our experience, others might like those well. - The sign says hotel has 24/7 reception available, but this is not true. No problem about that, but it should be corrected in the description. - Originally, we should be having a different room with more windows, but our final room was also OK. - Overall, if this would be a hotel with fewer stars, this would be perfect, but for the given number of the stars, one would simply expect much more for the paid price.
- Joanne (10/5): - Great stay at 6 Milje! Room modern and clean with comfy bed. Pool area nice and nice sunbeds with plenty of shade. Staff really friendly. Easy walk to the beach or centre. Excellent value.

- Ugur (10/5): Amazing Stay - It was clean and in the middle of everything. Walking distance to stores and beach . Make sure you carry cash because most of places don’t except card in Albania. But hotel has restaurant and alcohol and you can pay with card . Also hotel has healthy free breakfast with so many options. Rooms are getting cleaned every day and pool was nice and clean . We went with 2 families every one was friendly. They speak English .

- Serhiy (8/5): Great value in the central Ksamil - Great suites on the top floor. Friendly staff, able to resolve issues, if any. Good location, close to numerous restaurants and bars, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach. Also, the staff helps you with the car park. A little boring breakfast, but not so bad overall. Tiny compact rooms on the lower floors.

- Petra (6/5): the stay was nice, staff was really helpful - it was not so close to the sea, what was acctualy good as near sea was really loud bars. When we arrived and we got cards from the room, the room was opened and the cleaning was not finished (we arrived 5PM). On the reception didnt know why was the room not cleaned properly as hair were on the floor and there was not finished drinks on the table Second day was big rain and the water from rain was coming to room.

Needs some improvements. - The hotel was clean, all the staff were friendly and we had a great time in general. The swimming pool was lovely. The food and drink were reasonably priced and fair. Our room was 402. The view from the room was stunning. We liked the walking in shower. Unfortunately I had to report our toilet after two days as it was really giving us a nightmare. First of all, the lid won’t stay up. The flushes are so strong they sprinkle water on the toilet seat. The flush is so powerful that even the lid is down the water comes out of the toilet to the floor. Gross and unhygienic. Apparently it’s been a problem with every room. I hope they can sort this out. The maid cleans the room OK but failed to give us clean cups and left clearly used two glasses ( I made sure they would notice on the second day by putting an empty snack bag..) Also I found the bed making was strange. They leave the top sheet on the bottom of the bed folded. Every night I had to make our bed.. maybe this is Albanian customs?

Which is terrible!and this kind of insect can hurt people, i lived in so many countries and so many hotels , it is the first time i see insect on the bed
- Yosvany (10/5): Exceptional - Le hotel The Hotel is very good but I WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND Albania. rude, aggressive people and if you don't pay for what they want or consume they SPELL you like a dog with scabies. All super expensive Swiss price. Umbrella minimum 30 to 70 euros. Average meal 20 euros. There are countless cheaper destinations, better beaches and better people.

- Alexandru (10/5): Great location - Perfect location for visiting Ksamil. The hotel is in the center of the city near good restaurants and just a 5-minute walk to the beach made it very convenient. The room was clean and staff was friendly. They speak perfect English and this is a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Rooms are comfortable with every equipment you need! The shower leaked a bit which was a little annoying but of course it can be fixed. The breakfast was the same every day so it can be a bit boring for a whole weak. Probably the only thing that could be improved a bit.

- Joao (8/5): Amazing stay in Ksamil - The bedroom was clean and cozy with very good AC. The swimming pool is a nice addition and pleasent most of the times. I had to work a couple of days during my stay and the internet was very good for video calls and remote work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has very good restaurants close by and the beach it's just a few minutes walk. The breakfast could be improved, specially the coffee. It was a shame the restaurant was not working so we were not able to try it. The music on the swimming pool sometimes was too loud but I guess that is a thing in Ksamil.
- Deniz (10/5): Perfect - not one, all Staff is really perfect, helpful. we needed to change the room (because we were 3 people and had big suitcase, so the room was a little bit small for us), they had available room and changed immediately. It really meant to us. everyday cleaning , pool and breakfast area, breakfast its self , balcony, location everything is perfect, i don't exaggerated:) only parking area is limited , but all centre is in same, and the hotel staffs manage it.

- Simone (9/5): Nice hotel close to everything - Awesome pool area. Nice room. Good food and drinks, good price. Walking distance everywhere. Breakfast good and helpful staff. Cleaning could improve. We stayed 3 nights and not once did we get new glasses even though they were clearly dirty. Only one keycard so charging phone etc was only possible while inside the room. Air condition was set on 24c (which felt a bit warm in the summer heat) not able to lower.
- Max (9/5): Great staff and clean hotel - Great staff and hotel manager. They kept the hotel very clean. The room and the view from the balcony over the city where nice. The beds where very comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the pancakes.

- Marie-louise (10/5): Very happy with our stay - according to our needs the best location - Such a lovely place, with very sweet generous and helpful staff. The Hotel has the best location, just a few meters from the main road, with everything that you could possible need, grocerystore, restaurants and 10 min walk to the beach. Not to forget the Hotel also has a really nice pool area. Even though I’m not a big breakfast fan, I really appreciate that they have breakfast that cover everyone’s taste. The rooms are cleaned everyday and it’s very neatly decorated with a modern design. you can see that the hotel is well taken care of. I highly recommend 6 Milje Hote
