• Raffaella (8/5): Ottimo per un soggiorno turistico a Malaga. Deve essere prestata maggiore attenzione alla pulizia. - La posizione centralissima, il palazzo molto bello e la silenziosità. Unica pecca della struttura è il bagno. Non c’è una mensola di appoggio e mancava il tappetino accanto alla doccia. Ma la cosa peggiore era la condizione di pulizia del vano doccia. Soprattutto lo scarico funzionava male ed infatti aprendolo (per poter far defluire l’acqua) si è visto che non veniva pulito da MOLTO tempo. Mancava un cestino per la carta e piccoli rifiuti. Era presente solo uno molto piccolo in bagno decisamente insufficiente per tre persone per tre giorni. Inoltre pur avendo prenotato per tre persone, il divano letto non era stato aperto e preparato.

• Monica (9/5): Well located flat with a super terrace. - Nice flat with great terrace, super location, great value for money There was no condiments in the kitchen, there was no cleaning stuff apart from washing up liquid.
• Msanfra (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente para visitar el centro. La cama de la habitación y el sofá cama son cómodos y dispone de una terraza amplia. El apartamento es muy básico, se nota que han invertido los miinimo en mejorarlo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear.

It's not noisy considering the location. Stairs are a bit narrow, and I would not recommend this flat for a family with small kids. But ok for us.l

• David (10/5): - The location is superb. The check in/out was smooth and straightforward. The roof terrace was an unexpected bonus. It's a quirky little property that has a lot of charm and has all of the basics covered. We loved it!

• Aneta (8/5): - Läget är bra. Nära till gamla stan och sevärdheterna. Dörren till terrassen är jättekrånglig att öppna. Luktar starkt avlopp i badrummet där med hela lägenheten.

• NESTOR (8/5): - Es un dúplex bastante grande con terraza y las camas son idóneas para una familia de 4 miembros. Luego está cerca de las calles principales de Málaga. La limpieza fue pésima al entrar a las instalaciones, colchón con pelos, suciedad en los suelos,... Luego la puerta de acceso a la terraza estaba rota y costaba abrir y cerrar la puerta.

• Kristina (8/5): Very good - Great location, everything in walking distance. Nice view from terrace. Easy communication with host. Elevator. It was noisy outside in Sunday, but on weekdays it’s ok. It was hard for us to open door to terrace, we was afraid that we could easily break it. Not enough cleaning supplies in kitchen (cloth, towels)
• Vincent (8/5): Location was great, the neg reviews re cleaning almost put me off. Glad I didn’t cancel as cleaning was not an issue. Th - Location central, roof terrace was nice to relax in. Noise in living room (sofa bed) while bed was fine it was the single glazed glass to street that faced a night club open till 3am with outside seats. Was like club in room. So much so that the 2nd night of my stay I stayed out last as I would not sleep anyway till after 3am.

Kitchen had only one wine glass, two champagne glasses and two water glasses. If I had a guest we would fight for a wine glass :) , these items not expensive to replace. Feel that some things were overlooked and needs addressing

Vain kahvinkeitin puuttuu + Yhteydenpito huoneiston omistajaan toimi vaivattomasti sähköpostilla tai WhattsApilla + Huoneistossa ilmalämpöpumput ala- ja yläkerrassa, joten lämmitys ja viilennys toimii hyvin + Upea jättikokoinen parveke kattotasanteella + Huoneisto siistikuntoinen, ja sisäilma miellyttävä - Autolla liikkujalle ei parkkipaikkoja lähellä - Olohuoneessa huono sohva. Istumaosan tyynyt valuvat istuessa pois - Suihkussa riittää lämmintä vettä vain yhdelle kävijälle kerrallaan. Seuraava joutuu odottamaan veden lämpiämistä. - Alakerran sohva levitettävä, mutta siihen piti tilata vuodevaatteet erikseen, ja niistä olisi pitänyt maksaa erillinen maksu. Neuvottelun jälkeen ne kuitenkin tuotiin huoneistoon maksutta. - Lähiympäristön ravintoloista kantautuva ääni varmasti häiritsee herkkäunisia
• Lorenzo (9/5): Superb - Apartament: Cozy and with everything you need (and if anything is missing, you can ask the manager and he will bring it to you) Location: Basically in the city center and also close to the Beach (only 1 Km) No noise in the bedroom (Even on weekends) once you close the windows Sleeping in the living room during weekends can be challenging, a lot of "movida" noises. (This is because the living room is downstairs and the window is facing the street)
• Verified traveler (8/5): What a great find! - Arrived in Malaga by train with only email (no telephone) access. Had absolutely no problems getting check-in information and the apartment was exactly as expected. Located in the Historic district it is an easy walk to sites, great food, groceries etc. yet the building is quiet and secure. Bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and washing machine are great perks for a longer stay.
